Disappointed Player
I’ve been completed all of the spa locations and for almost two months I haven’t been able to play this game because it’s been saying that more locations are coming soon but nothing has been added. Add more locations so that we can continue playing the game. I’ve cleared all 915 and still waiting 😡

This game is fun and lowkey addictive, amazing level upgrades it still no home decor upgrade for over a year now. Fix that! Glad yall updated the VIP list, curious why Don got swapped out for Swifty 😂

Nice game to play when you’re bored but it freezes up at times and causes you to lose your streaks and any boosters you may be using at the time. That’s kind of annoying. I’m currently watching the game just sit after all the customers have left and I’ve reached the goal. Third time today. Wasted boosts.
Love the game but cost a lot to play
I have had the game for about two weeks and I spent so much money on the game because everything you need to actually win you have to buy … why every new level do I have to rebuy ( with gems which cost ) things like the air freshener… and I like the challenge but why must I provide so much food and their patience is low … great game concept though

Paid VIP Progress Keeps Resetting — No Support Response
I really enjoyed playing Serenity’s Spa, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I have spent over $30 on this game, but my VIP ranking has now reset multiple times after the game crashed. Most recently, it froze again right as I was reaching VIP status. I have reported this issue through the in-game support, emailed multiple official support addresses, and even used the contact form. I also followed up on a previous emails I sent. Despite all of those attempts, I have never received a response from a human. This is not just a gameplay inconvenience it involves paid progress. I simply want my VIP progress restored and for someone to acknowledge the issue. Until then, I cannot recommend spending money on this game or playing this game.
Freezing
I enjoy this game but it freezes on me often. It causes me to lose my streaks. Annoying but still a good game.
Game has hit a wall
Game was fun but now I have been stuck because there are no new levels. I’m tired of playing the same spa scene in lotus. We need new spas and levels!!
Constant Crashing
The game crashes so often that it is almost impossible to play. It constantly is restarting your VIP account even when you do not lose a level due to the amount of crashing that is happening. I really enjoy this game, but this is absurd. I have restarted my iPad, made sure that my iPad was up-to-date, and even restarted and cleared the cache on this app, but nothing has changed.
New area update please

New bug
The mother left the baby in the spa so I lost all my upgrades because the board wasn’t finished because the child was still roaming around. So I had to quit in order to start over. 639-2 Now the animals got left.

I really liked the game and then it hasn’t updated or can’t reach higher levels do to I guess them not expecting us to reach a higher level its a lack of effort please do better now I have find a new game !!! I like the game until I didn’t 🙄
Cool
Great game love to play but the game keeps freezing in the middle of play. I’ll be on a win streak and the game will freeze and I lose all my progress. Very frustrating especially when I spend money sometimes to advance the levels.
App Crashes
This game is very fun until you get to higher levels then you are forced to spend money on the app to even get a chance to win levels. The app crashed on me (after the update) more than once causing me to lose the level, power-ups, one of my “lives” and any extra help they give you to “win” levels. It was very fun at first, now just frustrating.

This is an update to my first review….Ok I’m going to say I have been playing the update now which I’m going to say is not good now sorry but I can really see where you really made the game to hard it’s just to much going on now, I can see that you have to put a lot of money in this game which I’m not doing at all. I’m going to try to give the game some time but yes it looks like I’m going to have to delete the game soon.

The game is so buggy. It randomly lags and freezes while I’m playing, forcing me to reset everything. It’s super annoying

The game was very appealing and fun, the challenges are easy to solve in game however I ended up uninstalling because it was frustrating to play due to the pause button placement! Every movement would result in the game being paused and although this sounds like a personal issue, the pause button should be able to be moved or just removed altogether since the games are so short.. the gameplay is simple but it really could be more fun, it is the same challenges each level just alternating every round.
Very glitchy
It’s a fun game. I keep trying it over and over again. But the game levels glitch, the people get stuck, the features disappear and then reappear. I have a new iPhone with the latest updates. This is def the game. No other games glitch like this on my phone.

BUG ISSUE
I really enjoy this game. Easy and fun levels and the graphics are great. However you get stuck at level 294-3 since the goal is 920 thumbs up and that’s actually impossible in this game, I think it’s supposed to be cash. But it’s counting thumbs up. It needs to be fixed in order to move on through the rest of the game since it is a key level. Kind of annoying to be enjoying the game so much and you have to wait for the to fix this issue… maybe.

Do NOT believe what they say
I always give developers a chance to make things right before uninstalling and boycotting a game. I genuinely enjoyed this one until progression became nearly impossible without spending money on gems. What pushed me to write this review is the misleading claim in the shop. At the very top, it clearly says: “ANY purchase will remove forced ads.” That’s not ambiguous. It doesn’t say “specific purchases” or “packs with a No Ads icon” it says ANY purchase. I made a purchase expecting the forced ads to stop. They didn’t. I’ve been going back and forth with support for five days. At one point, they said they would add a pack to my account. That never happened. When I followed up, I was told they would “investigate.” Their final response ignored the missing pack entirely and instead said: “The message ‘Any purchase removes forced ads!’ refers to purchasing any pack that includes the ‘No Ads’ icon.” That explanation directly contradicts what’s written in their shop. If that’s what they meant, then that’s what should have been clearly stated. This isn’t just frustrating it feels misleading. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and resolve this privately, but the lack of follow through and accountability is disappointing. Time to move on and find a different game.
Fun but
It’s fun however some levels are literally impossible to beat unless you get extra time. Also, once you buy gems you no longer get the option to watch an add for an additional 10 seconds. Also, the game hasn’t been updated for a while, so there are no additional ways to get gems once you beat all the levels. Definitely room for improvement

It gets to a point where it is impossible to continue playing without constantly purchasing boosters. Disappointing. Deleting now.
Game glitches
I LOVED playing this game- to where I purchased extras with actual money. Once you get past level 150- the game starts to glitch. Including freezing, and using up the things I spent real money on. It has happened to me twice today alone, for a total of 5 times in the last couple days. Good to play, just don’t spend money on it bc it will take your money

Pay to play. The glitches are out of control now. I keep trying to play and every level the characters freeze and you lose lives. Either fix or remove your game from the App Store! This is not serenity’s spa more like hell spa!!!!!!!!!!!
Good game
Nice enjoyable game with different locations and levels but on the second level of 112 its just stuck waking the old man up so cant progress any further and dont want it incomplete as passed every other stage

I started playing this game again after stopping for a while and realized why I stopped, bugs! 1) they don’t tell you but you have to replay the level 3x to ‘Complete’ the level, then this blank level just appears, when you’ve completed a level 3x, there are no stations, no customers, and when you quit to start an actual level you lose a life. This time I’ll delete the app.

Can’t win without buying diamonds
I have paid for the ad free version of this game as I was genuinely enjoying it. I’m on level 429 and it’s getting to the point where you can not win levels without spending diamonds. To get diamonds you need to win levels. So realistically you have to buy them, which I refuse to do. Such a shame they’re letting a good game be spoiled by greed. Games are made to be played not paid.

Downloaded this game about a week ago and been enjoying it. Tonight have gone on there and it says there’s been an update but now everything has an ! On it and I literally cannot do anything on there? Won’t load a level or let me into anything other than the main game screen? Please fix this as I really am enjoying it
Was good
Started out good. Paid for boosts. Then game freezes randomly after you selected to use those boosts and you lose them then because you have to force shut the game to unfreeze it. Game is 100% rigged. The people freeze up when you’re trying to move them while the clock keeps counting down or freezes up right before you need that last person to check out. The further you get in the game it becomes impossible to beat a level without using boosts. The least they could do is let you carry over the money you’ve accrued on the previous spa island instead of having to start all over.
Love but need to make it easier to win diamonds
I really enjoy playing this game but when you fully upgrade it’s impossible to complete some levels. It’s also 150 diamonds to get 3 boosters to do this but it’s not easy to get these diamonds to do this. Please make it easier and more options to do this.

Was really enjoying the game, until I’ve completed all houses, and all levels. Now there are no more levels left. Pitty because I was enjoying, will delete now as no point. It’s boring without new levels and houses to decorate

Pro: beautiful layouts Cons: crashes out sometimes then I loose that level and other things I added the more time, or smiley option. Currently pasted all levels, stuck at 835. No new levels or apartment levels to play and advance in the game. Keeps saying new levels coming soon Update: Levels have been added (the Paris location). Unfortunately there are no new levels after this. It’s like the developers forgot about this game. With the amount of money spent, there should be new locations added before we get to that point. & yes, you will need to spend money to add boosters. There are a lot of levels you can’t pass without having them.
