Great Game!
I really love your game and it’s the right amount of challenge! I’ve completed 200 levels for the latest two shops and can’t wait for the next one. Could you please tell me how frequently do you be release new shop? I don’t want to keep checking everyday…
Money grab game
The amount of rewards is literally laughable compared to what you need to be able to properly progress in game. Like it takes me multiple levels to earn 1 gem and it costs 5 gems to get even a single most basic upgrade. You can’t replay levels, and even watching ads gets ridiculous- you can get gems for the first ad but you have to watch like 10 more to get more gems. And yes, I have been participating in events. I’ve played plenty of time management games, I’m the type to get 3 stars every single level, go back if need to, but this is so far from “challenging and fair”. And EVEN if you pay, the return isn’t great. Say you pay for 50 gems for $5. Shop #3 needs over 200 gems to fully upgrade.

Game Reset My Boosters
I’ve really been enjoying this game, but I’m extremely disappointed that all of my boosters and my Frozen Clock were suddenly reset to zero. I can’t progress properly without them, and if I can’t complete levels, I can’t earn enough gems to buy upgrades. I really hope this isn’t the game forcing players to start spending money just to continue progressing. If my boosters and Frozen Clock can be restored, I’ll happily continue playing. Otherwise, I’ll unfortunately have to stop playing. I’m happy to provide my Player ID privately if the developers can help restore these items.
Pet Shop Fever Fun
I almost made it to level 80 without extra’s. At this point not really able to go on without extras. This is one of the nicest games.
Enough with the ads
I would have given this game a great review, but because of the excessive forced ads I refuse to. I will always automatically delete a game if it forces ads before very level. It was every couple of minutes and that is way too excessive. I prefer the games that do ads as a choice with incentives.
Too many gems for upgrades
The game is great except it takes far too long to get enough gems for upgrades so the levels become impossible.
Fully Pay to Play
Really fun game, until you hit a point where you literally cannot progress unless you spend money to be able to get upgrades or boosters. The levels get harder faster than we are able to progress leaving us stuck on a level until we buy multiple EXPENSIVE upgrades.

I love the game, just don’t like to have to keep purchasing so much to keep playing it, you should give more away than what you do. I have stopped playing games because of that reason!
If you have money to blow you’ll love it
This game COULD be one of my absolute favorite games- I enjoy the concept, and who doesn’t love cute animals. But honestly the challenges give very little room to succeed without boosters and they do NOT give enough gems to move forward or excel without spending money- it’s FORSURE a money grab game and it’s just annoying because, like I said, it really could be a favorite. But every. Single. Time. I open it I’m reminded why I haven’t played in weeks because who wants to spend money playing a game that’s meant to be enjoyed and an escape.
issue with the game
I do like the game but it gets hard when your only getting a couple of gems every couple levels and are doing the upgrades but still am somehow off for the coins every coin earning level and the 2x profits are only gained every once in a while. So it makes the game not fun when I am doing the updates but still unable to beat the coin levels for a while. I had a 2x profit that I was using for during a level and the game froze out and then took my 2x profit and I had no more left afterwards. I think this needs to be fixed because now i can’t beat the level.

This game is trash
It starts off pretty easy and then as soon as you get to the second shop, they make it almost impossible to finish. The levels is definitely one of those things that you have to pay to win.
Fun but frustrating
I like the game, however it takes you a long time to earn lives and diamonds to upgrade. Levels are kind of hard so you just give up.
Misleading
The ads use AI and the one I saw had a more polished art style at a different in-game perspective that looks nothing like the actual game. It appeared to be a cutesy pet shop simulator when really it’s a tower-style diner dash with no real animal care elements.
Competitive and not fair
At first this game gets fun but then it does get super competitive to the point where you don’t have enough boosters or enough points to upgrade your stations. This game tries to push you to buy their tokens and boosters when it shouldn’t have to be that way. Will not play again.
can't open it
Since the game couldn't update, I had to uninstall it and reinstall it. After the installation was complete, I opened the game again only to find it completely unresponsive. I'm really disappointed with this game.
Last world impossible
I have thoroughly enjoyed this game. There are plenty of opportunities to earn what you need to upgrade your shop. Storyline is engaging and the animals are adorable. Until the last world. When I tell you that it becomes impossible to beat I’m not exaggerating. I don’t have the extra funds to spend on games. I wish I did. But even if I did the cost to benefit ratio isn’t great. I don’t want to uninstall this game but it no longer is fun. It’s impossible and stress inducing.

Was having a lot of fun with this but on one of the levels I completed it perfectly and it still doesn’t earn enough coins to pass the level. This a very poor game design.

Laggy
I’ve had so many issues with this app. I tried to play the game but it gets so laggy. Every once in a while it works okay but majority of the time I have to repetitively click where I want the character to go but even then it still lags and doesn’t always cooperate.
Loving the game
I love playing this game. But the most annoying part is having to wait for months for a new pet shop to be opened. When are you going to update the game?? When are you going to upload new pet shops?? I would give more stars but so disappointed that I can’t play a game that I really enjoy playing.

Stupid glitches
I just started to play this game be each time you TRY to click on the client it won’t eat you put them where they need. Like it’s stuck and won’t put them where they knew until you do a triple click then you can move them.
When do you launch the next map ?
I have completed all the levels. Ready for the next chapter ! When do you launch it ? I wish the updates come more frequently.
Design Flaw. please fix
Gonna have to revise how I feel about this game…. So the game doesn’t have an option to set a pet back down once you pick them up from a station if all the “lobby spots” are full but the pet you’re holding wants to go to a station that’s full soooooo you have to quit the level because there’s literally nothing you can do and in a fast past game like this waiting around for them to finish at a station and then deciding where to take them etc makes you lose costumers who are waiting and stacking up in line so i lose over and over. might just switch back to my regular hotel management games great idea here but…. poor execution
More levels needed
I absolutely loved this game but there just aren’t enough levels. By the looks of it there has been no more levels added in months. Gutted due to how much time I’ve put into the game. Would have been 5 stars if they kept adding more levels
Best game ever
I’ve looked for games like this and have finally found it, it’s not too difficult and not too easy, I love that the ads you watch are only optional, only downside is I’m awaiting an update. I have no more locations to unlock!!!

Buggy, repetitive but fun
I really enjoyed this game but it gets really repetitive. I started going for the achievements to mix it up a bit and found that they don’t log your game play correctly. I’ve upgraded every bench in the capital (very pricey in terms of game tokens) and still didn’t complete that achievement. I also have been stuck on 44/45 for bathing the big city pets despite multiple levels with multiple baths. So I gave up and now I’m bored with the game.
No Boosters
Without boosters, you get stuck and you can’t get them except paying for them. 0.99 isn’t worth paying to pass ONE level. Never wanted to watch an add so bad. Game is great but progression stinks.
Fun but downsides
Really fun game especially once you figure out how to get gems and coins like several other people have said my only thing is once you beat it there’s nothing else to really do with the game while you wait on new levels to come out
Ready for more!
I love this game. Anyone complaining that the levels are too hard is just not good at it - those are the facts. I breezed through every achievement and challenge and now I’m ready for the next location to be added so I can keep playing! Edited 12/2024: there has been ONE new location added to the game and I’ve already completed it within a week or so of downloading the update. I’m a little disappointed by the lack of STORY in this update. There was tension within the crew and then they just got rid of the story entirely? I liked the story aspect of the game. Overall I wasn’t super impressed with this update but am eagerly awaiting more..

Fun game
It’s a fun time management game. I was looking for one and this satisfied that itch. I don’t love the controls, as I can’t always tell where the hit boxes for stations are and sometimes you think you’ve hit one and it doesn’t register.
Passing Levels
Once you get to a certain level it’s impossible to win without buying gems. Levels set up with register far away takes customers at least 10 secs to get there then the level is lost.
Metropolis world design is terrible
I find that playing the Metropolis world is cumbersome in that the way the shops are lined up, not following the outline of the previous world, is super tiny, transferring pets overlapping the signs of the current sop they’re in. The medical shop is stuck waaaay in the far right corner, almost in an “out of sight, out of mind” setup. Also, I’m still havin* issues with game sound/music disappearing after playing a few ads.

Only complaint
I only have one complaint, when it is suppose to show a picture before you press anywhere to continue; it doesn’t show you the picture. It’s just a pitch black box that says tap to continue.
They take away diamonds I have won
I win 13 diamonds they take 4 away out of the blue. I win 6 they take 3. No way would I pay for anything with this game since they take them away anyway. Lucky you get 2 stars frankly
level 38
I absolutely love this game but i’m on level 38 right now and i just think that its rigged. No matter how many times I restart I will always get the same amount of coins even though non of the pets got anxious. I just think it’s really annoying and that’s what made me delete this game.
