Don’t Spend Money on This Game! Game Goes Back to Tutorial Over and Over
It has been months since the game constantly freezes and takes me back to tutorial at level 1. I am at the highest level and it keeps happening in the middle of playing. I am glad I don’t spend money on this game.
Fun but…
I’ve been playing for years. Loads of fun. But I would never buy gems because it’s too easy to accidentally use. During gameplay (which is timed) we are trying to do the task. Not looking at the clock. When time runs out,the option to continue by watching an ad or using gems comes up. The option to use gems is in a spot that I’m sure is accidentally hit by everyone. It doesn’t ask if you’re sure it just takes the gems. I work too hard to just give away money like that.
Game was fun but preview pictures are disturbing
I used to enjoy this game back in the day and came back to redownload it. I am left horrified at the first 7 preview pictures of this game that weren’t there before. They seem incredibly weird, disturbing and fetishy, specially the ones with the babies,. It’s even more weird considering that this game has nothing to do with delivering babies or pregnancy… it’s just weird and I refuse to believe you guys don't know what you are doing . GROSS do better
Very difficult
: It used to be my favorite game, and I updated it (I had avoided updating for a long time). After the update, the game became very difficult, and you can no longer pass levels easily. I’ve now been stuck on the same stage for two weeks (adding VIP-category patients was a big mistake). I’ve stopped playing now because I got bored, and I went back to my old game, Hay Day.
Thee Best Game in History!!!
This is one of thee most interesting little games I’ve played. I love it so much it’s so calming. There are so many levels, I wanna it’s almost like a trip around the world.
Money Pit
DO NOT start playing this game unless money is no object to you. The first few hospitals are challenging but beatable getting you hooked but then they become impossible to beat without spending a fortune. I will have plenty enough upgrades that I should be able to beat it but still have to shell out more money for extra time or patients to win. And this game doesn’t give very many free coins and jewels like a lot of them do. They will offer cheap packages making it more likely you will buy them but it adds up and you don’t realize how much you’ve spent until you get an e-mail with the list of charges. Also, there are too many levels on the hospitals. The first one has 40 which is fine but then after that, there’s 60 levels. After about 40 or so, there are no new additions to the level and the last 15 to 20 are just repetitive and frustrating. To make it worse, later in the game they bump it up to 100 levels per hospital. There’s an endless mode after you finish each hospital but it’s pointless. You get very little coins for beating it in endless mode. I got a response from the company saying I could beat it if I tried and that it was free. It’s not free when you have to constantly shell out money to win.
Addicting
Absolutely love this game, but it is hard to acquire the coins you need to move in without buying them.
STOP REWARDING WITH BUCKS
We invest too much REAL money to be rewarded with clothing bucks. We don’t care about dressing up our avatar, most clothing can’t even be purchased. Reward with coins, time or gems.

Quebec level has ended it for me
Enjoyed this game. Spent far too much money on the game. But always enjoyed each of the “locations” until Quebec. It’s not a well designed level. It’s difficult to get any real rhythm in the “game”. Only on level 10 of this location and just don’t see finishing the level. It’s too frustrating to want to finish.
Nice
I haven’t played in a while, but this game almost never lives up to what it promises in the ads. The nice thing is that last time I played, the people don’t DIE if you don’t get to them fast enough. It can be a lot of pressure in that you feel a lot more than in something like a cooking game like this. That’s all but nice
VIP patients are not a fun addition
Regretting updating the game. Before the update it was challenging but if you worked at it enough you could get through the levels alright. The new VIP patients don’t add any enjoyment or positive aspects to the game, they only serve to make it much more frustrating to beat a level to try to get you to spend money. I’ve been grinding away and still can’t gather enough coins for upgrades to pass a level now that the VIPs are in the game. Sadly I think it’s time to move on to a new game.

This is a fun game!
Waste of Time
This game has made me repeat levels that have already been SUCCESSFULLY completed. I have even used the diamonds to advance—just to have to repeat and lose the 50 diamonds. I contacted customer support and was offered NO assistance or resolution. This has happened to me on several occasions. I contacted customer service once before and was told that I didn’t actually complete the level—which I thought was strange because I pay attention to how close I am to the next city. BUT when it happened a couple more times, I realized there must be some sort of glitch in the game-which is completely understandable. However, the response from customer service made me realize that this game is a TOTAL RIPOFF. Don’t waste your time!

Great game but recently I have not been able to play. My energy stopped restoring and I can view any of the adds to gain energy. Hope the problem is fixed soon!
Tired of ad traps
Really tired of stupid adds screwing me out of points/coins earned. You watch the ad to double points and then get stuck in the add, forcing you to kill the app as the only way out, which causes you to lose all the points you just earned. Fix the bugs please! Pointless to play otherwise.
Not a fan of upgrade
I re-added this game and the upgrades don’t make sense. If I gain a new boost, then the game forces me to use it. No option to skip.

Really enjoy this game but sometimes find it impossible to complete levels, also I see on the game advert tasks such as looking after babies and also the elevator challenge, where do I find this in the game? Would be cool to do little mini games every now and then
Was fun before…
This game used to be really fun but now it’s so difficult to play for fun without paying. I refuse to exchange real money for fake money my conscious won’t allow it. Before when you beat a level you could double your coins by watching an ad, now you only get 50% more by watching ads. Also, when you lose a level you watch an ad that is usually 30s-60s long but you only get 10s of gameplay added. I am very close to deleting because it is impossible to play for fun anymore. 😒
Wont login to Facebook says error
Isn’t anything like the ads say but it is a fun game with affordable in game purchases. However with the latest update it won’t let you log into Facebook so I can’t get access to the game huge disappointment. I’ll have to delete the app if it’s not fixed soon enough.
Good game!
Most free games are an ad filled nightmare. With this game, the ads are mostly optional, and if you choose to watch them, you are incentivized with all sorts of things for the game. I am absolutely addicted to this game right now, lol. It’s a lot of fun, and so far the best out of all similar hospital games. 10/10 would recommend.

You charge up to $20 a month for multiple passes but still make paying players need to sit through advertisements. Something doesn’t make sense here.

Nothing like the Ad
I do enjoy this game and I’ve been playing for months, but it’s nothing like the Ad no babies are in the game. Also since it’s been updated it’s a lot harder to pass the levels. But all in all good game.
Cash Grab
You cannot advance in this game unless you spend real money. The prices are ridiculous and the upgrades keep increasing. As soon as you clear a level you have you upgrade all of the doctors again, equipment etc. It’s a fun game but I will more than likely stop playing.
Needs Improvement
I enjoy playing this game, keeps my mind moving. I do have issue with the fact that sometimes when I update - I do not receive my award. This happens constantly. Work on treating the people who play better and this game would be amazing. I also feel as though the game does not match the advertising.

The game itself is fine but I’m not sure why you feel the need to have home screen icons that are a bit gross and have nothing to do with the game play. Also the preview pictures are not what this game is luckily!

Addictive but very difficult
Game is very good and addictive, but after a certain point it becomes extremely difficult, I’ve spent days on the same level trying to get enough coins to level up enough things and get enough boosters to pass. Iris possible it’s just a very long process, I’m on level about 790 I think. I quite like that it’s difficult, but also you don’t get enough opportunities to get coins to level up enough to pass the next level most of the time. Most games give you about 1500 coins or less, maybe 1200, and the cheapest things to level up are 1600-1800 for the lowest levels, so there’s no way you can level up enough with winnings from games alone. I watch the ads every day to get diamonds and coins and boosters to level up but it often is still not enough and I will have to repeat this for even up to a week on some hard levels before I can pass them. Endless levels only give you about 200 coins and are generally even more difficult, and if you lose a level you only get 50-75 coins instead of whatever you earned in game, I wish they just gave you like 50% for losing instead, it would make the game so much more enjoyable and satisfying. Also there are no ASMR pimple popping situations that I’ve come across so I’m assuming by now there are none, so not sure why they are on the photos and ads. Great game overall but could really do with some better ways to level up, either cut the cost of levelling up or increase the winnings because they don’t match up so it becomes extremely difficult to afford enough upgrades to pass the next level, and if you choose one that doesn’t improve your score very much, you’ve just lost about 3600 that will take days to get back to get what you actually need
Still can’t login ever since the update!
This new update will not let me get in, it continues to say they want me to login with facebook so they can share my information 😏 if i don’t it won’t open, and I’ve tried logging in but it’s not working, telling me to make a new fb account but I’m already logged in fb, telling me it’s not the right password, so if i try making a new account then it shuts it down and i have to start again, so i haven’t played in almost a week, please fix, we should have a option to share fb account it shouldn’t be mandatory! Once again nov 10 there was a new update and now I can’t play because it tells me my fb paw doesn’t work and that’s not true
