I really like the idea of this game I’ve played it on and off for years but there is so many glitches. With the people disappearing mid conversation to the sound going out… and allll the ads I get it you want to make some money which I’d gladly pay but you didn’t even ease into it it’s just adds after every thing you do. And with all the glitches why would I pay🤦🏻♀️
Can’t even play
Every time I go to play the game it says a connection error has occurred and it has done it with both my phone and iPad and I’m not understanding why, I used to have this game on my phone before and it never had this issue.
Game is enjoyable if you spend money
Great game. But I will say there’s some bugs in the game. Also the game purposely makes you spend your money. Staff,building,energy drinks is expensive and will make you think about buying with your money. Other than that it’s good 👍

Hello I understand u have to do ads for it to be free but they are over whelming and am not able to play with out a minute or more long ad wastes my time I am on a add longer then the game
Research Bugs
I have emailed the developers multiple times about the issues with the game research and they always push me past it but never fix it completely so when I have a new research mission I have to reach out again. There is a major issue with the game research on iPhone.
Purely okay at best.
I, of course, need to put aside my nostalgia for the original operate now games when I write this, but this game is purely okay. I feel like it misses the mark on what made the original games so enjoyable in the first place; free, fun, and actually educational. It seems like the new dev team wanted to put an unusual focus on drama and management, instead of the gameplay itself, which does make the game drag pretty bad. And of course, like most mobile F2P games, it’s extremely pay to win. After every operation, there’s an ad, and a popup comes up after EVERY AD asking you to buy something in the shop to remove ads. The gameplay, when it’s actually the focus, is pretty enjoyable, albeit ridiculously easy and short lived. I like the updated graphics, though sometimes they bug out while I try to cut or use the forceps. All in all, it’s an alright game. There are things I wish were better and more like the original series, but it’s not THAT big of a deal unless you’ve played the originals like I have. If this is your first introduction to the operate now series, then I’m sure you won’t hate this game. A solid 4/10 for me.

Not Working
Hello. I had this game a long time ago and enjoyed it but not downloaded it to get it back and I opened the app and it was saying they were loading my profile and the 15 secs later it would say connection error when I have Wi-Fi and stuff and I deleted the app and downloaded it back 3 times and it kept doing this. No directions
I am not able to get past the fist mission in my summer field hospital as it wants me to transfer staff but gives me no directions on how and I have searched but I can not figure out how to transfer staff.

Disappointed but still fun.
I have deleted this game a few months ago due to lack of storage, I download it again since it saves my app data, but once I launched the app, it didn’t show where I can login back onto the account and to return all of my progress. this can may be a glitch or something.

The game is excellent except for the fact that I recently completed the research task in season one but if still yet to be able to release my staff from the mission even though it has been completed for a few weeks now. Any help or suggestions from the devs would be greatly appreciated.

Having the ads every time after u finish a surgery is very annoying, I do understand it’s a f2p but come on, don’t do it for after every surgery

Something has been up with my ads the past two days, there’s this weird loading screen over both the money and hearts ad things, and my basic ads after surgery’s I’m not even getting them, if there is something you can fix on your end I would greatly appreciate it, thank you, and I am a big fan of your game.

How have yall not updated this game in over a year? And what is up with the ad fest. Makes the game completely unplayable. I have to close it out and relaunch it every time I get one. “It’s because of ads that we can offer the game for free.” Okay but then you charge for in app purchases. Which I’m sure more people would be open to purchasing if they didn’t have an ad in their face every 2-3 minutes. Why not offer an ad free option that people can pay for? So disappointing.

the game is great i’m gonna say that . but everytime when there is an ad there is never an “X” button to get off the ad . i always have to reset the entire game to play again .
Research bug needs fixing
The game is good as long as you don’t accidentally put someone from the second hospital into a research task. You can’t start the research and you can’t take them out. This glitch has been around for a long time. It needs to be fixed. Don’t let players put staff from other hospitals into the research if it’s going to freeze. I’m completely stuck and the support desk isn’t responding.

I lost my world that had $50 dollars worth of stuff
I lost my world and stuff on my game because I had to delete and redownload due to an issue with my card. I got charged for $30 dollars worth of things that I NEVER got because it’s all gone. I was on season 4 and just opened a new hospital. I am honestly just really upset. I finally found a hospital game that represents what I’m studying in college and all of that joy just got ripped away. All that time I spent and now it’s gone.

This is a great game. The only thing I’m wondering is when the cloud save feature will return as there’s no option to save my progress or link my accounts.

Haven’t had any tasks on season 1 for over 2 weeks. I can only complete tasks and daily tasks, even levelled up and still continues to say more content coming soon. Was enjoying it until the game basically stopped working.

I love love love this game. I’ve personally never ran into any problems with it, until now. Season 1 Episode 11 can’t be completely because the tasks don’t show up. The storyline is amazing, the characters are cool and the surgery’s look and feel realistic. But it’s a shame as it feels like the devs have totally abandoned it in favour for Merge Hospital (Despite Operate Now being better in my own opinion) Would be a 5 if Episode 11 was finishable ☹️
Smashing but always Crashing Game
I love this game and the story but for some reason the game keeps crashing and it’s so frustrating that I’m now wanting to delete it and I can’t be the only one. If the crashing/freezes were fixed I’d definitely give this game five stars but for now it’s only two
Great Game…however….
Love this game but I seem to have issues at Summerfield Center where my paramedic has been stuck on assignment for nearly a week and it freezes when clicking on the present icon which is flashing to access the missions/ tasks. I have also had a dr on staff training which seems to be stuck. Please create an update so I can get my staff back. Other than a lot of ads between game play, I really enjoy the storyline and missions.
