This was fun while it lasted but then you guys changed it to 13+ and now I can’t play it!
Not keeping the same neighborhood comp between the buying and selling of houses
The comp for medium and up do not appear on the selling page. Other than that which is easy to fix, it’s great game to pass the time and can get addicting I just wish there were more goals involving the money you have.
Seems like a good game
It seems like a good game… except IT WONT WORK!! I’ve been trying to flip a house but when I click on anything in the house (or a room) it does absolutely nothing and there’s absolutely no instructions or error just staring at this dang unflipped room :( I can click on anything else but nothing for the actual game part..pls help
Okay game
I feel like the game could be fun if there were more realistic designs and also if the elbow grease wasn’t such a problem. You have to use so much every time you build something and then it takes FOREVER for the elbow grease to fill back up so it’s hard to actually enjoy the game without so many prolonged things.

Waiting game
As soon as I saw that I had to wait 5 min for a simple countertop renovation, or spend hearts/watch a 6 min. Ad, I immediately uninstalled. You’ll be spending most of your time waiting, or spending hearts to rush it. Just completely unnecessary, the waiting time. I don’t understand how people enjoy this game.
Good game
But it takes to long to do some of the tasks 8 hrs and 7 hrs are just a bit to much please improve your time on these games people lose interest in them real fast.pleas improve time.i one thing I did notice is when you finish a house it doesn’t give you your heart you have earned,can you fix this.
Too expensive
It is too expensive to get all the options. $20 to do fireplaces $20 to do paneling and now paying to unlock decor. I under stand paying some but not $20 for each thing.

Such a cool game, the animation is really fun, loving how you can play multiplayer too, super fun. My only concern is that the random dialogue from the npcs takes too long, it’s also too often. Loved it, however. Keep up the good work!

Used to love this game til…
This game was my favorite, it was underrated, and I wanted to see it on top simply because it was something I would stay up all night long playing. Then the ripoffs started. At first I blamed Apple, but of course they can only refund so many times for the same issue. But when there’s nothing in it for them and your purchase STILL VANISHES, who do you yell at? Me, well no one cuz I don’t yell but I will never buy another pass again, just to watch the funds wave goodbye to me lol Please get it together yall, I miss the game additions I had gotten used to. Elli UPDATED 9.28.25 It seems this game which I loved, isn’t ever gonna get better so I’m going to take a vacation from it. I’ll check on my group and all but no subscriptions, no purchases and no playing for a while. Not Worth It
I’ve been playing this game since the beginning. I had a lot of the cities unlocked and a lot of the staging styles unlocked. I go to play the game again after not playing for months and all my stuff is gone! This is the second time this has happened! And I don’t have Facebook which is the only way to save progress which is idiotic. And now all the stuff I had before I can’t get again just by playing the game I have to buy it? No way! It’s not worth it. The price points to unlock stuff is just outrageous. And the wait time for each task is just a stupid concept. If I’m paying money and using elbow grease to upgrade the house why would I need to wait for it to be done and why does it take longer in different cities that’s so stupid! Just have it either be the same wait time for each city or don’t have a wait time at all! If I could I would give this game zero stars.

Delete not available????
I’ve tried to delete this game in every possible way and it won’t let me. This is irritating bc the game is fun once you first get it but it eventually gets really boring and takes up storage.
Better options
You need to add more options for the furniture and wall color and decor and better options to, there boring

Read this before you get the game
This is possibly the worst game I have it is worth one star for a reason that reason is because every single and I mean every single time after a few seconds I get kicked out of the game onto my home screen and I read the reviews it says the bug is fixed it shouldn’t be happening but it’s happening what the heck another reason why I hate it is because you barely get any options for like paint and stuff like it seems like there such fun colors it’ll look great on it and then the color isn’t there I hate that and also I hate that It doesn’t kick you out when you’re doing the tutorial it lets you stay in the tutorial but when you’re actually playing the game it kicks you out why is this happening designers please fix this and I hate that it’s like oh you don’t have enough workers sorry you can’t do this and they gave me a whole list of options to do and then when I try to do that it doesn’t let me do that like I don’t know how to do that it doesn’t give me instructions or anything like that on how to get the stuff and like it’s so hard to just collect the sweat every time the elbow grease stuff and then it kicks you out as you’re doing something I hate that so much it’s the worst game I have it’s worse than Acrobat Star which is pretty bad so if I could give this a -5 stars I would because this game is horrible don’t play it read this review before you get the game I promise you won’t be sorry
App crashes
I have been playing for years and this new update makes the app crash. I keep having to delete it and redownload it for the game to completely load. Gets to 100 downloaded and never loads.
Ok game
The game is ok to play and I would like it more but I can’t move past level 1 in fireplace. It’s just stuck in a negative elbow grease no matter how many houses I flip and fireplaces I upgrade. It’s frustrating

Hey, plz don’t put ads for DramaBox here. That’s for ages 21+, and this is a children’s game. My daughter is 10, and I’m sure parents don’t want to see DramaBox.
WHY?
I downgraded my review, because after playing this game for years & spending lots of money. For the second time in a year, you have removed things that I paid for! I bought ALL the room swaps, and you took some of them taking away my ability to use them! I want them back! I paid for them, and it’s TERRIBLE business practice to sell things in a game then take them back! If you make it right, great! If not, you’ve lost my business, & my previous good reviews.
Nostalgic
Forgot I had this game downloaded, and it actually helps with one of my classes, green architecture. Easy to learn, only problem is that it hasn’t gotten an update in 7 months so idk if it’s like “oh we quit this game” or what anyways. 4 stars. Love it
Because well
The Privacy Policy is laid out beautifully and is almost a joy to read in its articulation. However, if one cares to be thorough (which I do) and tries to then link up to the ToS, it takes you to an error page. This was a huge disappointment because the Privacy Policy was probably the best written and ethically conscientious that I’ve ever read. I take such things seriously and as such I did not move forward past the ToS and deleted the app for now. I will say though, that as I’ve read the other reviews, I note that the developer almost always responds to negative reviews and appears to be working genuinely to correct each issue presented. For this reason instead of 1 star, I leave 2 and will revisit the app if I see progress.
Item Max
I played this game when I was younger and I loved it. I still do, the only difference is that there is an item max when staging and I hate it. Before the more you leveled up, the more items you could unlock to use stage with but now there is a max and it’s very annoying to not be able to use all of the items the rooms offer.

Hey! I LOVE this idea of a house flipping game! You unlock different cities, earn things (decor drops, elbow grease, renovating skills, swatches, hearts, etc), and the best part? You can style any type of home! My favorite styles of home are Victorian, Farm, French Cottage, Colonial, Fachwerk, Condo, Scandinavian Cottage and Farmhouse. My favorite staging styles are Rustic, Farmhouse, Midcentury Modern, Boho, Costal, and Scandinavian. There are so much things to do! I love the mini games. -Lexi
To complicated
The game was a lot more fun when it was a lot simpler and didn’t have to wait forever to get things remodeled. Why do games go from simple fun to complex annoyance??!! Wish some games would just stay simple. I want to not have to use my brain so much and games like this ruin my laziness!
Good game, but takes a while to load
I actually love this game, but it’s kind of slow to load and it’s not just my device,and it kick me out of the app every 5 mins or so,it’s pretty annoying.🥴I love home renovations and this game is actually very entertaining. I also love that you guys respond to lots of the reviews! This game is very illustrated and cute!😄❤️ I really like it other then these two problems. Ridiculously annoying
You have to tap through 10 mins of tutorial before you can even log in or TURN THE SOUND AND MUSIC OFF. But also, the settings tab is in another tab so you also have to go looking for it
Some things to fix
I caught on to this version as I haven’t played for years. However, no guide to explain things, such as, how do I take advantage of ‘Swatch Switches’? Why can’t I invest, I have over 50K! The houses in voting poll, are many times NOT the same style! Why do houses win when they have stuff left undone?! How do I use the office furniture I won from weekly challenges? Lastly, I believe if the percentage (when voting) is 50%, both should get credit not zero for one. It’s not decided yet. Lastly, I had no other way to ask questions! I used ‘Chat’ no response. I will gladly give this a five if I get a response and answers to above. I have all construction, room swaps, and stages. Obviously, I am invested in your game. Thank you ~ Avid Player

Fix please
I just recently downloaded this game and after a few games, it stay stuck of the loading screen. Even when it says at 100%. Just when I starting to enjoy the game. It starts to stall

Really cool game of home renovations! Only thing it bothered me is the zoom camera while looking at the rooms, it’s a weird angle up close to the room besides this the game is super fun!

Some problems
I got this game and I LOVE it! It is really fun and I have one problem: When I put in furniture to go in the houses it takes like 5 minutes to load You can only have a certain amount quick fixes a day and I don’t want to Spend all my hearts on rushing and the only other way is to watch an add.

I love this game but it keeps crashing. Can this please be fixed? Update: Thank you developers for getting back to me. The updates did not work and my game keeps crashing on the iPad mini 3. I will keep trying and hope an update comes that will fix this. I really love this game.
Great game but glitchy
I really like this game but I keep getting kicked off the server whenever I try to vote or collect rewards. I’ve lost multiple rewards because of lost connection which is becoming very frustrating. Once this is fixed, I will gladly play again.
