Inappropriate ads
The game is decent but it has very inappropriate ads. I deleted the game because of this. It is unfortunate because the game wasn’t so bad but I don’t need my kids if I let them play this game see the ads that were showing. We have to protect our kids minds and this is unacceptable.

To many ads even after paying for no ads
I love the game but definitely find it as false advertisement to say $4.99 for no ads but then there are still a lot of pop ups. Or you’re forced to watch videos stating if you don’t watch it you won’t get your prize they’re awarding you. Definitely should get a refund.
Annoyed
I downloaded the game because of the ad showed popping ASMR stuff (like the cover of the app🧐)… that’s only like 10% of the game, and now it’s only interactive part of that is tapping the screen- so short. Also, the loading screen includes a nurse of Color… but when trying to customize your character, it only gives options for a white woman. The game is a challenge, which is nice, BUT that means constantly watching ads to be able to finish a level/ earn what is needed.

It won’t let me log into my facebook account
Clothing Tickets
After a certain point the clothing tickets become irrelevant because you can’t use them when all of the clothing left is through events only. There should be an option to exchange that for coins, gems or boosters. I currently have over 30,000 clothing tickets but can’t even use them because I own everything for purchase via tickets.
Fun at first
It’s a great game for the first little while. But the game becomes almost impossible and can take days to pass one level, it’s not fun at all after a little bit.
Ads ruin the game
The game play is good but there’s way to many ads and pop ups that take away from gameplay. They’re not short either, some are a minute or longer.

Ads not registering after watching
It’s one after another. I watch endless adds to help boost my game and after the advert is finished you’re not able to go back to the game you have to restart the whole app. Lost countless amount of levels and in game boosts because of it… very disappointing
Cheats
I like the game, but when the patient is healed by the Dr occasionally your points will not go up. It'll make you play several times before it finally gives you the points so you can level up. It's usually after you spend so many coins or use things up.

I’ve been a whale for this crooked game for longer than I care to admit. Not enough revenue earned on levels to pay for the necessary upgrades to win (and no….wasting hours of your life watching ad to make this “free” game manageable doesn’t make it any less p2w). Now I need to log into fb? How greedy are y’all with our data sheesh. A good wake-up call for me to uninstall

I love this game to death!!!! So much fun and addictive with that being said…. STOP WITH ALL THE ADS. I feel like I’m pressing the x on this game more than anything.
Was fun but now?
This game was fun for a while but as you in levels it becomes almost impossible to beat the levels. Unless you use all of your boosts (which don’t last long at all) or spend real money. In most other games a boost will last the entire level but not this game. It is only a brief boost and you aren’t awarded many of them. And leveling up your Dr’s and equipment is impossible since it takes forever to build up coins. No lie the levels I’m on I have attempted 23 times and I win 2-10 coins per attempt. It’s not like all the ads don’t make money for this game. It’s getting ridiculous.
Freezes
The game is fun but lately when I watch an add for powerups or more time on a level, I could get halfway thru the ad and then it freezes and stays that way until I close out of the game completely and pull it back up just to have to start all the way over. It’s giving that y’all are trying to use this as a method to make ppl actually pay.

I love this game but..
I love this game, I’ve been playing for at least 1-2yrs now. I like that you can get game perks by watching ads to keep from spending money (not necessary, I’ve gotten through entire levels without purchasing packs) but my only critique is the time of the ads. I don’t want to watch a 100+ sec ad for 10 secs of extra play time or a 5 second perk (freezing time, complete all task, increased speed). Make the ads shorter, I spend more time watching ads for extra perks than playing. No ad should be more than 60 secs.
Too many ads
Some levels are almost impossible without watching adverts and in between the ads and games it’s trying to get you to buy buy buy. I’d avoid, avoid, avoid. Good for a little while but there are better games with way less ads. Thanks for the feedback from the developer who said I should learn some gaming skills! I have skills… I deleted this game and downloaded a better one without all the ads!
Love the game but now
I’ve been playing this game for about 1-2 years now and about a month or two ago after I updated the game, it will no longer load the game or starter screen unless I login to a Facebook account which I do not have. I’d like to continue playing without having to make a Facebook account and I refuse to make one. Please fix this issue

Why do I need to link FB?!?
I have been playing this game for years and have moved up so many levels only to try and play just now, but now I can't even login because it's forcing me to link my Facebook which I just refuse to do, so I guess all of these years mean nothing, and I will no longer play this game because of this. I am not linking my Facebook. Why is everything ruined? Why can't we use Email like before? This sucks and I'm just going to delete the app if it's not changed back
Addicted but Needs Revision
I absolutely adore this game…. I only play this game, or plants vs zombies 🤣 my only thing with this game is it’s hard to get energy … when your 5 lives run out you’re sitting half an hour to be able to play again UNLESS you pay, or run luck and get a surprise “infinite life” heart … I just wish I could play for as long as I want.

Don’t spend money on this game
As above - I was silly enough to spend money on the game. After doing so, it got MUCH harder. Time given for levels was less and I lost 3 opportunities for video helps a day. Also less opportunities for the extra 10 seconds. It’s designed to make the people who will pay, pay more. The game itself was fun until this happened, then it was way too hard to enjoy without spending more and more. Keep playing for free, don’t be tempted to pay!

Forcing Facebook login!
The latest update apparently is requiring that you use Facebook to login. I got rid of Facebook a long time ago and have no intention of creating an account with them again. So after playing this game for at least a couple of years, now I can’t get on. There is no customer support because you have to log into the game to reach them. I like this game, obviously, but if it’s saying I can’t play unless I have Facebook then oh well. There’s plenty of similar games to play.

add a diamond something to each level won as a gift not just money to satisfy players, at this point if you don't put money in the game you can't pass certain levels I'm not saying you can't upgrade anything without putting money in the game there are others who can't put money in the game, for example younger children like my 6 year old can't put money in the game for each of the costumes of the week, the same when you lose a level you don't earn as much as you should leave money that we should get at each level for example at each level lost we earn 60-70 coins depending on how much we upgrade them I think but in a game I lose because I still need 1 extra coin at levels with time because you don't give me money that I earn as much as it appears above it gives me 60-70 coins in this way I don't do anything too much money to upgrade a doctor 2000 for example and I earn at each level 500-800 is not fair
Pay to play only 😞
No way to advance without paying. There are ways to watch some ads to get more coins or gems, or tools that help you finish the level but they only do so much. The game has three help tools. One that speeds up the nurse, one that pauses the patients from leaving, and one that fulfills orders. The timer that pauses the patients is only useful in levels when the goal is to not lose patients. It does nothing for the timed levels. However, the game is programmed to give you those timer pauses probably about 70 percent of the time when you watch an ad. As a result I literally have 65 of those that are just sitting there. Would be good to mix that up in the programming, or install a feature that allows you to trade those help tools. Update: Developer has responded to indicate I don’t know how to play (even though I I’ve cleared about 25 different hospitals) instead of responding in any meaningful way to my feedback or a direct suggestion. Cool 👍🏻

Indy Ad is freezing game
After every level the new Indy ad is freezing and will not go away. I have to constantly shut down my iPad to play every level. I tried contact support, noway to do it from here or under settings. Please fix or get rid of the stupid Indy ad.

Recent update caused the reward ads to not have the option to close after I watch them. I have to close the app and then reopen to continue to play.

Brilliant game, have been addicted for almost a year now BUT what happened to the baby bonus levels? Haven’t had one for at least 6 months? Seems unfair. Would also like the treatment bonus levels too.

Do not waste your time if you don’t plan on spending money. Regardless of your skill level you will still not be able to pass levels without purchasing diamonds.
