Story mode crashes game
UPDATE developers still not fixing after reaching out four times to support Really great game, unfortunately, the game freezes and crashes in story mode. Until there is a fix, you cannot move forward in the game. Too bad.

i love this game only reason its not 5 stars is because i have to wait forever for more story please do another mini storyline or add a bunch of story at the same time if your going to make us wait this long i havent played in months because im tired of waiting

FIX IT!
I'm giving this game three stars because the endgame mechanic that lets you complete tasks with the energy you’ve earned from the levels you completed, it doesn’t work at all and I’m on level 2645 and I've tried every which way possible to try and fix the problem. I have contacted your team multiple times. Nothing. I’ve asked Google. It didn’t help. Nothing I do is working and I’ve been debating deleting the app just because that one feature doesn’t work. So I would suggest you find a way to fix this problem.
Great relaxing game
I am past level 1000 and I’m still enjoying the game because it doesn’t have levels that you can’t beat or impossible tasks. It is fun and relaxing.
Fix the game - Story mode froze game
Game freezes at weather station when andy is given the photo. No point in playing or downloading since can’t get past weather station in story mode

I can’t get past this one level. It says “Hard Level” and I tried 4 different times, and still can’t get past it. Also, the ads are really really inappropriate. Otherwise 4 stars for the great game by the way. Not a 5 because inappropriate ads.
Without ads I’d give 4 stars
This game would be so much more fun without the constant unending ads. Now many games will have an ad free version if you pay, and so does Andy volcano. But most games have a 1 time fee and no ads forever. This is where Andy volcano differs. You can but 30 days later you get to pay again and again and again. Without ads 4/5 stars With ads I’ll give it a 2/5 stars. Greedy developer
Fun game with some ads.
It is a fun game. I Could play it for hours, but the ads are kinda crazy. The reason for the 3 stars though is because you get 10 energy per normal puzzle and the action is anywhere from 20-80 energy so far. You have to watch a ad to get free energy.
Nearly Perfect
Great game, very fun and you can play it as long as you like (no “energy” limits). Skippable ads every 4-5 levels, optional ads for free story energy / coins / powerups. Very rarely there will be a small glitch that is fixed by restarting the app. My one request is that I would like to be able to watch the completed story levels again - currently there is no way to go back and view previous progress. The story energy requirements also get much greater after you make it halfway or so into the story - I imagine this is so people don’t progress too fast and complete the game.

Fun except for the ads crashing the game
Love the game, fun, easy, and winnable without spending real money. Only four(4) stars because the ad loading is continually locking or actually crashing the game every other ad. Specifically the Gold and Coins? Not sure that’s the actual name but it is close. What makes it so bad is the ad plays fine, it’s when the ad ends that the screen goes black and never restarts the game. Other ads merely lock the screen up for several minutes before being accessible or actually crashing the game. Because I try to support the game’s developers so they can, hopefully, improve the game I generally let the ads play, even to the point of watching ads for in game money/diamonds/crystals whatever. Unfortunately that isn’t possible with the poor ad handling happening in this game which is extremely frustrating. They gameplay, story, and artwork are all excellently done and I thank the developers for the good work in regards to those parts of their game. It is simply the ad handling that is so atrocious. While there are some few other games with this issue this game is presently the worst I am presently aware of.
Deleted this game!
I deleted this game to make room for others- it’s no longer on my phone- but for some reason, it still shows up as being in my settings. When a game has been deleted for whatever reason- I expect it & it’s information to be totally deleted from my game list & my phone apps! The App Store still shows this game can be played- yet it is no longer showing with any location where my games are. So- delete it now- & if I decide to reinstall it, I will do so & start again from the beginning. Thank you!
fix the bug.
I love the game but it won’t let me play!!!!! i wanna play!!!! but it won’t let me! it will get to 100% but won’t load. it also makes me keep doing the same story over and over. i’m gaining levels but i'm not going through the story because it keeps restarting

This is a cute Arcady tile match game. I hope the developers continue to publish Andy Volcano games. Like a point and click series. Or even an action game. This colorful character and his castmates could go very very far. Thanks for such an entering game!!!!

The amount of energy it takes to complete one thing is ridiculous!! 600 to complete a task and only get 10 for passing a level. Stupid.

Love the game but it suddenly ends at level 1695. Why? Where’s the update?

You beat a level only to get 10 to 20 stars but you need 650 stars to open a story line.. SMH

I love this game, but it won't let me get on it. It will load to 100%, then not open. This has been happening for weeks.

I love playing Andy Volcano. But now I can’t play it anymore. I click on the daily prize then the other prizes it offers. And then the screen goes dark. You can still see the game a little but you can’t click on anything. It freezes. Please fix the problem so I can continue to enjoy the game.

けど、強制広告が出たあたり(11月のアップデート)からなんだか急にクリアしにくくなったような… 課金させる誘導があからさまになっただけかもしれないが（笑） 他のゲームより広告が少なくて、サクサク進めてたのが楽しかったんだけどなぁ… ちょっと残念😢 まあ、楽しいのに変わりはないので次のステージのアップデートを気長に待ちつつ頑張ってコインためます（笑）

The only reason I only gave 2 stars is because the game will not let me in most of the time. Goes to 100% at just stays there. This is my favorite game. It’s bad enough we have to wait so long for new adventures, now it won’t let me in to play at all. I’ll give 5 stars when it’s fixed.

Completed all levels now sick of waiting for the update to continue the story. A fantastic game has become painful and no longer a joy to play which is really unfortunate.

This game is not what it shows. It seems like you will interact more with the characters. Instead, you play match for a long time and then you go to the stories. False advertising. Deleted

I really like this game. I love the aesthetic and I haven’t found another match tile game that quite hits the spot the way this game does. It’s highly frustrating that after so many levels it asks for me to update the app even when they app isn’t available for an update. Unable to continue the story otherwise.
Used to be my go to game
This used to be my favorite daily game, the story is fun, the graphics are good and I love the match game style and decorating various things but recently they changed how much energy to charge you for decorating, for example, you only gain ten energy points per regular level but they charge you hundreds of energy to decorate each item. Where things used to cost 30 to 50 energy to decorate now cost you 320-560 energy to decorate. I hate to say it but if they don’t change it back or at least make changes to the amount of energy you gain by beating a level, making it more balanced to progress in the game, I will have to delete the game and more on to another game like it. I spend real money so essentially I would be taking my money and spending it on another app that doesn’t make it impossible to progress in the game. Look I get it, inflation affects us all but the changes are nowhere near reasonable.
What No updates
Good game but spoiled by lack of story updates. No updates for over 2 months so now no point in playing as nothing to play for.
Get this app if you like tile matching games/puzzles
I have only played this for about an hour and it is so fun. NO ADS!!!! And also NO PAY-TO-WIN!!!!. I love that you can actually play the game while unlocking stories. The visuals are amazing. The puzzle is not too hard or not too easy. I love the design of the game overall. I recommend this app for road trips and long drives or vacations! Or if you just have a lot of free time too! But this app is relaxing and gets me in the mood to play for hours and hours on end. So give this app a try! P.s.: also there is a puzzle on the home screen you unlock as you progress through levels.
Waste of time and getting worse
Game cheats non stop unless you want pay to play. When ever you get unlimited lives more than half the time is commercials. When you get to far they make the levels impossible to pass. I’ve had 20k plus in the bank and still unable t beat a level. What I thought was a good game has turned into a money grab. Now you have to watch an add after every game played. At least before you could get 2-3 games in before an add

I really like the game but I don’t like the endless competitions when they are building more of Andy and he’s exploits. I’ve spent a small fortune because I can’t stop playing, but now it won’t let me access the next one. It keeps telling me to download in App Store. I have several times, but it’s not opening.
i want the old game!!
this USED to be my favorite game. things were cheap, the levels were easy to pass. now i’ve been having issues because it takes me back a few stories!!! everything’s so much more expensive. Great game and nice storyline, but having problems playing some days. Whenever I get infinite lives, I can’t play the game at all. Once the timer gets to zero, it says I’m out of lives!!

I’m not a fan of the new update. Why is everything much more then it was before. I liked the old version better. Please go back to the way it was.
Great game but
I really enjoyed this game. The levels are challenging but winnable. The story is interesting. I would love to keep playing this game. However, I am someone who pays to not have ads on games that I enjoy. For this game, you have to pay every 30 days. That is not okay with me so I am deleting this game. If not for this “feature” I would rate the game 4 or 5 stars.

Soooo when is the new adventure going to drop? I’m on level 1685 but what’s the point in playing if there’s no new adventure?
Why can’t you update it fast enough
I love this game. However for the amount of ads you subject us to watching, and add to it you charge for NOT watching ads. There is no reason you shouldn’t be able to afford keeping the levels updated. It makes it really hard to stay engaged when having to constantly wait for new levels. Honestly, I could care less if the story is even cohesive I just want to have a reason to play the game! Not that it matters, but I’d be more than happy to change my review and rating to 5 stars if this would get fixed!!!! Update.. the response to my review in no way addresses the issue.. I never said I stopped playing the game either. I said there is no reason it shouldn’t be updated in a timely fashion.. clearly you use AI to respond to your negative reviews.. what a joke.. is your dev team like 3 people??? 🤣🤣🤣

New adventures
I have been playing this game for awhile now. I’m on level 1860, been waiting for a new adventure to show up. When I first started playing it would take awhile to finish an adventure, now it takes moments. It’s like you are letting me get just to the right amount of stuff then it starts, then it uses all my stuff and then I have to wait again. It has been over a month of waiting for something new. About to delete this game because even tho it’s fun to play the waiting is getting old.
