Great unique keeps u busy
LOTS of Ads That Now Hang
If you like watching ads, this game is for you. Now, as a bonus, when you do watch the ads, most of them either hang halfway through or just don’t work period, so you’ll be constantly restarting the game. Further, recent addition of random pop up ads in the middle of game play (now that also hang) vs player initiated watch of ads (or not) is a no go for me. They interupt game play and make the game frustrating vs fun and relaxing. There’s enough other games out there that do not force you to watch ads - ironically, watch some of the ads on this game and you’ll see some. This was a 5 star game before this change, because it is entertaining, but now it’s almost unplayable. Update: Ads still hang, mostly on the 1 of 3 ads (yes, they have bundled multiple ads together in one ad session). Have to say, when the 1 of 3 ads comes up, I usually just put the game aside and do something else until they are over instead of watching them. The long ad sessions are actually having the opposite effect they are intended to.
Playing for some years, stopped and came back
The only reason why I’m giving it. A four star review is because of one arcade game that I do not like with the shopping carts because every time I try to jump. It seems hardly impossible at sometimes, but other than that, I actually enjoy the game very much, and I hope they fine. Better ways to keep me entertained

One of the greatest!
I’ve been playing star chef 2 for a few years already and the evolution of the gameplay along with graphics is amazing! I’d find it only be challenging for someone who isn’t great at time management or someone who lacks patience lol there’s team events, solo challenges, and a great way to destress if you like to decorate restaurants. 10 out of 10 from me!
Glitch
The game currently says I have a “celebrity” in the game when I don’t. And the amount of coins, water, time it takes to have fruit is insane. And the amount of coins for a new cooking station is too much.

I understand you want people to know what’s new but it shouldn’t take me 2+ min just to get past pop ups to play my game same with the random tutorials I don’t want them nor need them

This game has been ruined by the aggressive Pop Up Ads to pay money to the game. What this has done is for players to spend less time on this game and given us more time to other games. Bad decision but thanks.
Finisher Reward
I cannot find the option in game to use the “Finisher” reward to serve meals. How/ am I supposed to use it??
Loading issues.
As the title says I’m having issues with the game loading. Once you get to the loading screen the progress bar starts off promisingly but then stops moving and almost starts blinking. If a developer sees this could you please look into this issue or pass it on to the relevant team? 😀
Real time restaurant game
Slow moving game. Fun, but a test of patience. Some features require waiting a day and a half. Want to serve a pie? Wait one and a half hours in real time for it to finish being cooked, after waiting almost an hour for the apples to finish growing, after waiting an hour for the well to produce enough water for the apple trees to grow. Slow, slow, slow. And the one or two time boosters only help for an hour or so, but it will take several days to collect more.
Fun
So far I’m having fun. Some things are a little rushed to finish, but all in all, I’m enjoying the game.
Watching ads for no rewards
Can’t play with any strategy during all these events when watching ads don’t give you the rewards.
Game problem
I love the game but I can’t watch video not watch any adds to get my prize or to cook my food faster please fix
Farming game
It seems like it went from a restaurant game to more of a farming game . Many of the crop times are out of whack . 16 hours for 6 coconuts is nuts . Then you have a two top order 3-4 of the same dish . Should be more realistic. A couple doesn’t go to a nice restaurant and order 4 of the same dessert . Plus cows and chicken outside seems odd .
Frustrating
They make you use your coins to purchase decor so that you can buy appliances and then run out of coins to be able to plant crops.

It’s telling me to check my neighbors restaurant for donuts but I have checked 4 times and there are no donuts at all? Where are they?

Game Glitches, Must Often Spend $$ to Achieve Tasks
Bubbles Event has glitches where canon turns on it's own to the right and bubbles will not release. Reported & provided video proof but not fixed. Issues with Kitchen Klash event where bonuses don't always work and completed dishes do not release easily to serve customer. Prepare to spend real $$ to achieve task completion in many instances. Long wait for many crops & dishes to cook. Engaging but other games more satisfying with more realistic achievement goals & less frustration. Customer service is poor to fair.
Reward screen issues
I’ve been playing for 2 weeks and my rewards screen keeps glitching and I haven’t been receiving my rewards

I was going to order something off of Joe’s truck but changed my mind. Normally it would make me wait 2 minutes before I can order again. Well it’s telling me I have 4 minutes 790 days and 5hrs to order again 😂 can you please help?
Money stolen
I paid for a month pass for an event. Unfortunately with two weeks left the game is glitched. It wants to force me to do a tutorial for a new area but I did something out of order. Now I can’t tap anything because I already ready placed what they wanted. I tried to uninstall but I’m still forced into this tutorial with no way to exit besides force closing. I also have no clue how to ask for help since I’m locked out of all menus.

I love playing this game but the amount of time it takes to prepare the food is ridiculous. Waiting time is horrible make me not want to play the game I will be deleting the game.

I love this game
I play this game on both my iPad and my android phone. I have more pesky bugs on my iPad than my android phone. I can start a new game and it pauses for a commercial break but not like the kind that you can use your money to speed up the process of things. It seems weird because I don’t experience this on my android phone. Not one random pause that’s causing stoppage in my play time. It’s frustrating because I want to play the game but I’m wasting battery time on trying to get back to my game. It’s so frustrating.
Too Many Changes - Township Like
I used to love playing this game. Buying appliances and making dishes were so much simpler. Now with all the changes, it’s like another version of Township. I no longer buy eggs and chicken, etc in the store, now I have to rear them. Not only that, the upgrade doesn’t give you more space and tools to build all those new buildings. It becomes tedious. The game is no longer fit for purpose and I miss the old Star Chef 2.
Enjoying, but….
There’s ads just popping up out of nowhere all of a sudden while I’m trying to play? No way of skipping them and having to sit there through a thirty second advert that I’ve not actually chosen to watch just to be able to continue really isn’t on. I’m only three or four days in to the game so at this point I don’t know if I want to invest any more time in to it. Aside from that, the game itself is good fun. It’s a good escape and easy enough to plough through with a bit of patience and no need to spend real money
Farm update
Not a fan of the farming update. Like others have said, it takes too long to level up anymore. It was better with the store. When you bring that back let us know and I’ll install it again.

Great to start with but then becomes almost unplayable
I have been playing the original game for quite some, so thought I’d try this version. At the beginning found it confusing but soon picked it up. Now I’m finding almost unplayable, I contacted the team and explained my frustration that every order the customer wants a yoghurt which are items very difficult, practically impossible to get. You cancel or skip the order, but the replacement order also contains a yoghurt
So far, so addictive
Haven’t made to the level 10 yet, but am satisfied.
Please fix it
I have been playing this game for some years now and I loved it . If I could only have ONE game on my phone it would be this but lately . With the last couple updates it’s making it to the point I don’t want to play at all . Please get rid of the pink and gold flower things that make you place WAY too much decor for a small area and not offer enough flower things . Why do I have more than 6 half walls and more potted plants and a spew of other things just to get the dessert station ? ( I had to restart and it broke my heart ) I have more decor than stations and tables put together . I loved this game bc it was challenging but progressive and wasn’t stressful . Now it’s just challenging and stressful . I can’t place appliances until I have 525pink flowers I HAVE 450 . That’s 75 pink flower points right ? So why do you only offer 5, 10 or 15 pink flower points on ONLY certain things but 35 for ONE floor tile color . I’m not playing anymore until it’s fixed . It’s a PROBLEM . I’m deleting this game until you fix it
Good...but a few concerns
This is an amazing game!!!I only installed it two days ago and am already at level 14. But some problems: 1)Whenever I try to speed up a dish i watch an ad,when i watch an ad it then finishes so there is the cross button and suddenly app store comes up in the middle but in a tiny version (like normal),then when I exit and try to find the cross button it is not there and my screen goes black or white. 2) Whenever i try to install a new thing (like the dough station)it says speed up for 10 cash,when I accidentally press it,it then actually takes off my cash and speeds up.What I recommend is that when u are spending cash please add a confirmation button. 3) Dishes need other stations to work!I have no problem with that but when i try to make dough rolls I need to wait 5 minutes for the dough to be ready and then i need buy the ingredients. Another example is that the chicken for the meat station.When it needs BBQ sauce and i don’t have the exact amount of tomatoes then it takes half a minute to harvest and it is really annoying how i need to collect ingredients FOR ONE ingredient for ONE dish. Overall really good,but my ad’s are a problem when i want to speed things up.I really love the game and concept tho,please fix these problems,thank you.
Keeps on freezing
I give this game a 2 star is because I can’t do the quest as it’s stuck on the fountain plus I have uninstalled and install it again

Coins, coins, coins!
I like the game but wish there were quicker ways to earn larger amounts of coins. Things are also a tad expensive to buy and I’d appreciate if I could avoid paying real money for the game. Could we possibly have more ads to help with us earn more coins? This really would help when buying things, since I am struggling to keep up with how many appliances we need which are expensive to buy, plus plot expansion prices too. It’s OK
Took way too long to get through pointless tutorial so that the annoying music could be turned off. Tutorial treats you like an idiot & is way too long. When are game developers going to start giving the option to skip the tutorial? After all, most games are very similar now. Game’s OK but you run out of the currency needed to buy ingredients very quickly. Plus the levels are whizzing by giving you the option to buy new cooking equipment, but it takes a long time to save up for the next item.

It’s actually fun if you are as bored as me. Crashes a lot.
