Cute Game
It’s a really cute game and I absolutely love it. I just wish there were more options for customizing the rooms like changing the wallpapers and the tile colors. Other than that it’s an amazing game
Money hungry
Very money hungry game, I was playing at the Halloween family trip thing and 2 mins into I got an error message. I had to reload the game and guess what? I couldn’t go back unless I paid. Over it I’ll stick to the sims. If this game had more content and was giving the players stuff I wouldn’t mind spending money on it but you get nothing, it gets boring fast.
Similar to VF2 but more a lot harder to make money
You can tell the developers are a lot greedier then they were with VF2. way harder to make money and you pretty much can’t succeed in the game unless you shell out cash which I’m sure is the goal. At the very least they should have some discount package deals for sale cause there is no way im spending any money to get what they offer. Vf2 it was almost too easy to make money so it would be nice if we could have a happy medium. You should not be struggling so hard to earn in game cash that can barely cover your groceries. I do like that the animals have a life span and have more personality. It makes you more attached to them. The family vacation is also a nice touch.

There is no way to make money or play multiple generations in this game. I haven’t played for 2 years and my family hasn’t aged at all. You also can’t change the day/time in settings to fast forward in the game. I don’t appreciate this, it’s very cash-grabby to force the player to pay for in game money or to fast-forward time. The only thing they improved in this game compared to the second VF is the addition of POC and LBGT.

I was sad that the holiday mode this Feb 2025 made it sooo hard to win anything through collections. Too challenging even when spending money for more time. Makes me want to give it all up. I wanted the topical couch to make a white lotus room in the spa. lol
Impossible to make money without buying
Either watch a million ads or you’ll never get anywhere. It’s almost impossible to play when they make the salaries basically nothing and everything so expensive

Okay so i downloaded virtual families 3 and virtual villagers 6 and there fun but one thing it’s really annoying and affects gameplay is the safe areas there should be a part where you can change it because the icons get cut off at the edge of my screen and i have a iphone 13 and it really affects the gameplay can you please make a option to change safe areas

The customer service in this game is bad. The resort is extremely flawed, you put hundreds of thousands into it and make 160 coins once in a while. Makes no sense. You also shouldn’t have to spend 10s of thousands on vacations. Make the values of items realistic.

super annoying that you can’t speed the game up or even when you press the reverse day/night button, the night doesn’t change to day. just downloaded the game and that is so useless. what am i supposed to do when they’re tired? wait? it’s super annoying. that should be fixed.
Fun game
Fun game! I just wish the game would make it more easy/fast to earn coins because sometimes it gets boring since you cannot upgrade the house with purchasing to get more coins. But overall its a nice game.
Big downgrade
The previous games were way better. Families could actually make money, didn’t take 10 minutes to unpack groceries (which in that game is like half a year) and you actually had a tiny bit of a house to work with… This game is impossible to make money for the characters (legit left it for a week and they made less than $200… which is gone in two minutes bc they’re all sick, don’t have a bed or groceries or something is broken). Wish virtual families 2 still existed.

Logging in
The game is great, but I had to stop playing because every time I tried to open it I had to log in to my fb account, and it took a long time to load. If it can be fixed so it stays logged in and I dont have to do it every time I open the app I'll download it again.

i ALWAYS used to do a really helpful money glitch ( im sorry ), i got pretty rich from it but when it got patched i was not upset because i still had my 40k$ with me ( thank you game creators ). virtual families 1-3 are pretty good games, but i just dont have the patience 😅.
Cute Game but Impossible to Make Money
I love this game it is so cute and I love doing the tasks and taking care of the little peeps, but it is extremely impossible to get enough money in this game for upgrades and new furniture. I wish it was easier to make money and afford the items. I will be uninstalling because it’s not fun anymore when I have to watch 20 ads just to upgrade my house. Once I get up to second generation it is impossibly expensive and the salaries don’t increase to make up for it.

Would’ve been nice to know my animals can’t actually use any of the toys before I spent money on them. So much stuff in this game is left half baked, feels like the developers truly do not care. Imagine if you spent more time really polishing this one instead of moving on to the next.

If you want to play a good virtual families game, the first or second one are ten times better then this cheep rip off.
The game is not as it used to be
A little constructive criticism, but the creators have seemed to sell out the reason people loved this game for money & disquise it as “we’re making the game more difficult so it’s more fun.” The only genuine way to make money is to watch ads or pay, they even have a ridiculous 1.99$ for a 5 second tent experience which lasts three days. How embarassing, this used to be one of the genuine good simulation/family games. Would not reccomend to old vf game fans.

Have always loved these games
I have played this series since the first month the first game came out and have always loved them. I do hope #4 is in sights- I think these games would still thrive today and I would definitely pay up to $9.99 for the new one. (Will always give this series 5 stars- this is more of a.. please tell there are more coming some day :)). Thank you to the developers :)
It refuses to let me log back in
I’ve played this for 6 years, finally got the entire house built and saved enough money to revamp the place. Even had a cottage resort all set up and earned. For no reason at all, it refuses to log me back in to my original game, everytime I load the game, it starts me from scratch. I’ve restarted and deleted the app and redownloaded it hoping to figure out how to log back in, but I’ve given up at this point. 6 years of hard work down the drain. There’s no information online about how to get the problem fixed. What a waste of time…

I was really enjoying this game until I decided to have a same sex couple and realized they can’t have kids. This seems unfair and should have been disclosed. This game is a GAME not real life, same sex couples should be able to have children the same way as straight couples. Or are you telling me that it’s realistic to get pregnant from throwing rose petals on a bed and dancing?

Ever since I was a kid I’ve loved all of your games (especially this series and VV) as a fun way to pass time. I always come back and redownload to play them every once in a while. Just wanted to let you guys know the work is much appreciated and the classics are still enjoyed to this day too.

I’ve been playing virtual families games since 2011 or 2012when I was 11 or 12, and still lived at home. The reason I started playing it years ago was because it was one of the only games you didn’t need wifi for, my family was very low clas and we couldn’t afford wifi so I’d download games at school and usually was disappointed when I would go home and try to play them without a wifi connection 🥲. Unfortunately that is one feature I’ve seen disappear from the 2nd to the 3rd virtual families games . The first and second one I played for the most part, idk when this 3rd one came out but it’s just as good . This isn’t the type of game you can get through and advance quickly, this is more of a slow paced game that you’re in for the long run. Invest wisely, and pay attention to your families needs. I’m now 24 and still playing this silly little game lol. Great job developers! My only ask for the kiddos is pleaseeee make it available without wifi again!
