Good game, but not what I expected…
This game is pretty cool! It’s the closest I can get to playing The Sims. But it’s not what I thought it would be. I’m really looking for life simulation games, this isn’t one of those. All you can do on this game is go around doing favors to level up, and unlock outfits, and furniture. But it would be cool if you could make this more like a life simulation game. That would make this game even better! But if you can’t I guess I could wait a few more years for sims…

You think you’re just downloading a game, but Homestreet is much more than that. It’s a place where people from all over the world come together and develop awesome relationships with one another!
Too many glitches
This game was a lot of fun at the beginning & could be great. But I’ve run across a lot of glitches. And of course if you report it - to help them improve the game - they put it on you & try to make it out to be your fault instead of fixing the glitch. Right now it’s a special Christmas event. There’s a goal to make a certain number of a certain item for prizes. First one I made it said 1/10. It started going up each time I collected one - like it should. I went off the game and came back to see it back at 1/10. I made 5 more, surprised to see it STILL said 1/10. I tried going out of the game and back in thinking maybe it would update. No, same thing. I reported it but of course by the time they see it and respond the event might be over. I will report back if they actually fix it and/or give me the prizes I’m due. Never happened yet. Update: Sad to report this is what they said: Thank you for contacting us. The task is to "make and hand in (10) Festive Dinners". You need to make and keep the 10 and then hand them in to the task. I know exactly how to do it. I made them. I collected them. I kept them. You don’t hand them in on this type of goal. It counts them as you collect them. So this person didn’t even know what they were talking about. But the point here, besides that I was wasting my time and got nothing for it, is this is how they answer every time you have a problem. They never admit it was their problem and they never compensate you. It’s silly game stuff not real money. And they can check what you’ve done to verify it. So why don’t they correct it! I’ve played many other games where customer service will check, admit it, apologize, and give you what you earned. Their replies here are disrespectful because they keep blaming the players and acting like you’re stupid. I’m not a kid or an idiot. Lowering my rating.

Been playing for 5 1/2 years
I have been playing for 5 1/2 years, I’m here for the people and friends I’ve made. Nothing new in this game makes it very boring and since I have everything I’m free to spend money on other games I play. This could be an amazing game if Super Solid payed attention to us.

Takes too long to level up and get actually cute things
I can see how this would be fun for some people but in the beginning there’s like nothing cute to decorate with, so I got bored quick just doing jobs for coins.

I’ve been playing this for years and met a whole lot of cool people that became real friends and we meet on the game once a week to compete in events and someone is always on the chat if you’re bored. But creating your own fun home and changing outfits is really fun. And I’m in my 50’s so it’s not just for kiddos. Enjoy.

When I first time had this game there were less clothes 😡 and I don’t understand these levels and anyways sim 4 /3/2/1 are better beacause if you hold on your keyboard command and x at the same time you willget £200 money and you could do every thing in your house and you could be a baby/toddler/teenager/mini adult/adult /mumu/dad and you could go any were you could go
Bitter, sweet game
I like this game, but find it irritating that it lets you have the friendship idea all day! But it hardly give the helping idea (which is the one you need the most)! I guess they are hoping you will consider purchasing!!!

I have been a longtime player off HomeStreet since late 2017. Over the last 7 years, the game has hardly changed any. Although it is very stimulating with the various tasks, events, and goals, you can definitely tell SuperSolid has given up on introducing new items each year with each theme. This has left many longtime and loyal players/customers feeling bored and neglected. With the amount of money we do know players put into this game, you can tell the devs don’t really put that back into the game any. Even if it is to just render previous items a different color, we would definitely notice and thoroughly appreciate it. We have built communities and even families through this game, and would love to see just a little bit of that gratitude/attention thrown our way. Thank you!

Bugged does not give price
I worked really hard on winning first place on the game show then it ended and didn’t give the rewards or diamonds. Usually they turn around once it ends but they just keep facing forward. It also usually tells u the scores and winners and it didn’t do that as well super upset.

It’s okay but…
I like it but it can get a bit boring

I was really enjoying this game but now there a few things that bug me. Sometimes an unwanted character will enter my house and never leave. Even when I delete the game and reinstall it that character will still be there. You can’t get rid of it. There’s no way to ask the player to go home or lock your door. Also , the market doesn’t update fast enough and it seems like you have to send money to get certain items. I don’t mind spending a few dollars here and there but getting annoyed it hard to move up in levels.

This is really the only first review I’ve ever done for a game. This games sums up my childhood and I redownload it whenever i remember about it, I restart with the same excitement and happiness as I did when I was 9. Thank you so much for giving me a peak childhood!

Money money money
I’ve gotten up to level 46 only by spending my entire life savings on buying special packages offered. You can’t expand without a ton of money. Since I’ve started this game to present time your extra items now cost so much more than before that it’s impossible to get them without a lot of money. The events are ok but I already own most of the items except for a few new ones. This game is all about spending money. Not enjoyable anymore. If you don’t join a team you can’t compete in the events. I don’t want to join a team because either no one does much or the opposite they are way too competitive. You should be able to play events on your own. I just finally deleted the game even after earning VIP status. Vouchers are so much Monet and in the past special items could be bought with coins not vouchers. What have you done to this great game I used to play? You have destroyed it with your greed. That’s so sad and pathetic. Bring back the good old days of Homestreet. Very boring if you’ve been playing this game for awhile. Come up with new ideas like a family or adopt children. The items are repetitive if you’ve played before including clothing and household decor. Not much in any areas of new items. If there are new items they cost 500 diamonds or too many vouchers to count. Upgrade the spin wheel with better prizes to use for the game. The main objective of this game declining is too many diamonds or vouchers required that never were in the past.

Disappointed
Have been playing this for over three years,on and off! Unfortunately I have had to give up as after last two updates I can no longer get game to load ? My iPad is only 3years old so have no idea what has gone wrong? Twice I have had to start over having lost everything despite backing up the game? Have asked customer help line for assistance but only being given suggestions to what I could do have not helped at all. So am disappointed and really miss the game and people I chat with . If you are new to the game, have fun! If you have played for a few years then you will get bored. There have been zero changes to events for at least a year. Same stuff in the closet, same stuff in the cart, same events each and every time. I guess it may be time to stop playing. Too bad!
