One of my favorite games just wish they had more updates as I have the same issue as other with completing things to fast.
Fun for 5 minutes
Everything they do is timed, you can’t cancel once they start , and the timer does NOT keep going once you close the game. For example, you make them do a workout that is 4 minutes long, if you exit the app the timer pauses. This forces you to stay on the game to get anything done !!!!! The only timers that go are the ones that collect rent and work task. This game is not fun enough to force people to stay in the app!!!!!!!!! Also the ads are overwhelming , MAINLY because even if the ad itself is short, the time it takes for the X to pop up to exit is extremely annoying and it’s CONSTANT! Update as of 07/28/2026, put things in my inventory to rearrange the house and everything I put in inventory is GONE. I’ve done all the homes, only homes left you have to pay real money for. You’re better off off playing the sims 4 because this game is not worth spending a penny on…… you can’t even move certain doors!! So you can never truly arrange these homes the way you want
Too many ads
I don’t like all the ads like why do I need to watch 9 ads straight to acquire something for free? Between Theo & Ava… is there something more? Why is everything priced where you have to pick and chose bc your not getting enough money?why can’t the things I have in my inventory be used to complete a room? I have a refrigerator but I have to buy a new one
No new updates
I am at highest level buying the house last one 30.00 dollars and all homes for rent at a minimum of 300 stars apeice thing is there are no new chapters and no market made available no new updates I’ve played a year uninstalled and reinstalled im again highest level please there is no way to contact you rather than a review no support anywhere please update real soon how do you expect to grow if you don’t
Too many scams against the player and developers not fixing anything
Today when I logged into the game, I had 3,107 gems. I purchased a lot of them. I logged out of the game for about 10 minutes and when I logged back on, I was down to 2,462 gems. I was scammed out of 645 gems! I did not purchase anything and as usual, there is no way to contact any support! This game is a huge scam and never ever again will I purchase anything! Watch your gem count because we are getting scammed. Then, you can’t complete all daily tasks because a lot of tasks are for the child. Well, mine grew into a 15 year old and for some reason, she’s listed as an adult! Last time I checked, 15 was a teenager! So, I’m supposed to dance 30 times with my child and can’t. So I’ve lost 645 gems and now can’t complete tasks. This game is no fun anymore.
Like-able game
Update: why does the free stuff I watch adds for keep disappearing? I also have not been getting all my diamonds. I like it this game. I’ll give a 5 when there’s more added. There needs to be more to do. It’s the same thing over and over. Same stories. Doing the same thing. Now the only houses I can purchase is for real $. I hope this changes. There needs to be more clothing options. Why doesn’t the washer work as choir? No swing sets or pools for the yard? Also, I accidentally named my son a girl’s name and I can’t seem to change it. Most of the kids bedroom stuff is for girls. I’d like to have options for more pets. Why have two grown adult rooms if there’s only parents and a teenager? No1 comes over. Why do they say there is now where to sleep when clearly there is. I’ve put multiple pet beds Dow and they don’t seem to find it in my rentals? Why doesn’t the people go upstairs to sleep? Give us cleaning chores like when you buy the house. We need more to do. More options. Please fix this game so we all can continue playing . At this point I’m Bored with the same stuff to do over and over.

It’s a good game. But it needs update.The game take my holiday front door. It needs update house to open up. They want u to buy the houses with real money. That sucks. Don’t get me wrong I love this game but it’s getting boring. What more pets like dogs and cats. I want to have more kids.
Like the game, just needs some improvements
I would actually love nothing more than to pay for the ad free version (ad breaks are entirely too frequent compared to how many tasks/stories I can actually get done between breaks), but the screen has no price and just freezes when I try to click on it. Aside from that, I think the amount of energy you have needs to scale as you add family members if they want players to spend more time in the game. I can only rearrange furniture so many ways (can’t buy any new if I don’t have energy to make money) and watch my avatars do 1-3min tasks to up their stats for so long while waiting for the energy to refill. Gets boring when there’s no forward progress and then I close the app and forget.
Fun game, some bugs 😞
The game itself is fun and it’s easy to get energy but the adds have bugs and after sitting through the entire add it freezes or doesn’t give you a way to exit so you lose any benefits you would have gotten.
Update ruined the game
I’ve reached out before and never heard back but the new update ruined this game. I played this religiously for months and the update now just randomly steals energy. I’ll be leveling up characyeeistics and suddenly 10 of my energy is gone. I’ll close the app and come back and 20+ energy is gone. Also all questions now cost double energy what they ever did before this scam update
Need more updates
Nothing more for me to do or purchase need more to updates for things to do. also when the the child turns into an adult there is no way to have more kids so your not able to complete the challenges that involve dancing or talking with the kid & you miss out on the rewards because of this. Please fix!!! Make it to where u can have more kids & have more things to do.
No kids
Games says I reached the level to have a kid but how do I do that??? It’s confusing

I like the game. And new story’s were added. But I already have enough stars so it passed the new story’s. Last story I did was the attic mystery. It passed the teen life and the rest above it??

Great App (however)
This app is brilliant, however there are a few flaws. Biggest for me at the moment is some daily tasks are unachievable (for example in all my couple have a teenage child, the daily task is to interact with ‘the child’ but it doesn’t register when you do this with a teen). The usage of energy for work as well as tasks makes things harder and the fact you have to collect rent every time you log on instead of accumulating is a bit jarring too. Aside from these I REALLY like playing this game.
Expensive
This game is fun, but it would be much more fun if it didn’t take as much energy to finish tasks. I can only get like 5 minutes of play time before the energy runs out and I can’t do anything else. Not to mention the prices for the furniture?! It’s a game why is a lamp 500 dollars and a rug 1000 dollars. The money we get from tasks and the jobs doesn’t give us hardly enough to be able to actually enjoy the game without spending real money.

hi i love this game i just think it's a super long and complicated process to level up their intellect, health, etc. it would be nice if the bookshelves could do +20 rather than +6 since i need to get to 200+ to level up enough to be able to level up on the job(which has taken me 3 weeks to level up just the intelligence one time, i haven't made any progress with the job).i also miss the detail where we could get 5 gems for logging in every day- now the only way to get them is ads, or buying them. this is also an inconvenience because i have the whole kitchen set except for two items that coat almost 200 gems each- i can't detail the house how i'd prefer to. EDIT: ALSO, why can we only upgrade our homes for 30$ that's half a tank of gas. pls update it so that we can use our game money ......

As a person that has played games like this my whole life this game is both fun & engaging. But if I could just suggest some bug fixes for a few instances I’ve had that’ll be great. The current home my family is residing in is just about done and my sims are still saying something about them not having a bed to sleep in at night which is not accurate considering my house is just about done and my little family has more than enough beds to sleep in. My question is, is there anything I can do to fix this ? Could I possibly “assign” a bed ? Please advise, thanks!

It takes too long to make updates , seriously for a great game like this at least every 2 weeks or less but taking a whole month is crazy and it’s losing its potential, mind you this game use to be my favorite but not right now due to slow updates

Seems like it has potential to be a good game only problems are you run of of energy fast and it takes a good while to refill and there not many ways to earn money and what you can is not much compared to the price of stuff for your home.

I love the game but I just found out that people received a pet bird after finishing Attic Mystery but I didn’t. Is there a reason I didn’t receive it or is it a glitch in the game? Some things wrong
So I’m why is my teen sleeping in the bed with their parent and the other parent sleeping in teen bed lol please fix it!!! I really like this game but definitely glitches. I have a 2 story house and the kid constantly says he doesn’t have a bed when he is downstairs and it’s time for bed and I also think it’s weird to have a balcony but unable to go on it or place furniture on it and I would like to have options to have more kids and have a option to have a party at your own house or play date for kid where the come visit instead of visiting other homes

Energy goes so quick and you can barely get anything done. It’s so frustrating and I’m losing interest waiting for energy.

I really enjoy the game, but the Weekly Planner needs some work. It sometimes gives goals that are impossible to complete based on where your family is in the game. For example, I received “Talk to the kid 15 times,” but my child has already aged into a teen, so talking to him doesn’t count at all. That means I can’t complete the goal and can miss out on weekly prizes through no fault of my own. Weekly goals should only be assigned if your current family can actually complete them, or there should be a way to swap an impossible goal. I’ve missed out on several prizes because of this. Please fix this!

Great game, but we need more options, I want more kids, I want more kids really the option to on the storyline I want and not just forced. Great concept

The game is fun , I have quite a time designing my homes for the most part and completing tasks to get diamonds, ect . I just wish we could have more than one kid . when we move to a new house it shows us about up to how many people can live In a home I wish we could actually grow the family with one or more kids in general . then I also wish we could change/ buy new clothes and hairstyles for the child as well
Overcharged!

No customer support
It’s a great game. But when making purchases the app crashes, a message will pop up saying “ purchase will go through once reconnect “ ? Money has gone from account and no bonus have gone into the game.
Slow to Update
The game gets boring because you’re doing the same tasks over and over; same questions. They rush you through the story. My character’s child is supposed to be in school and maybe they have another kid. No idea….but that’s what the story said as I got stars.
