Complain
Unfortunately after hours of game time throughout months. The gardening event has completely glitched my game. I haven’t been able to play in a month because everytime I open the app it takes me straight there. Forces me to “plant” a pineapple but I can’t click on anything or click out of it. I’m stuck!
The marriage
Makes me a little mad that you can’t get the boys to get married same with the girls and girls and boys cannot get married like the same gender cannot get married. I’m asking if you can make an update that allows them to get married and if they do get married, they have an option to adopt kids.

Artificially Slow
This is one of those games with an insane amt of mircrotransactions and ads so it slows down regular progress and kinda forces you to pay for it or wait weeks for progress that u can pay $3 for. Kinda not worth it at all.

Needs an update
The game rolled out an event with gardening but once you complete the task there are still 5 levels left!!! You can’t finish any more levels because you’re out of task?!? Then there’s not enough darker skin people. I turn all my descendants Black…. I do not want to only look at white or white adjacent people. 😒

I love this game and the mini games as well. You guys should consider making the garden event permanent. I loved that event!!
Can’t watch videos
So this game doesn’t allow you to watch the videos and gain points or money or even prizes. I’ve tried to fix it, but apparently you can’t.
super cute & fun game!
i adore playing this game & have played it every single day all the way to level 1,100. my biggest gripe is that all of my resources are maxed out and my citizens' levels are maxed out, but i still need 300 stars to unlock more resources/buildings. please fix this issue as it makes game progression slow towards the end!
need to pay to advance??
how come i’m earning cheese for the layers of the cake but i can’t claim the next tier unless i claim the one under it which cost 1.99 btw. i don’t understand why it gives the illusion that you can claim it either if you keep unlocking layers when you HAVE to pay to get to the next layer?

I really enjoy playing this game but lately it’s just been eating my 50 gems when trying to upgrade the crib to level 2. I’ve lost out on 200 gems now and can’t upgrade the crib!
AMAZING
I have always been obsessed with mobile games, and play them for days after downloading. This is easily the best i’ve found. It has the typical rent sim vibe BUT also includes tons of fun mini games and challenges. There’s no ads unless you want extra coins, gems, etc. I have been playing for over a week and am still interested in the game and am still making new progress/ unlocking new features. 10/10!!
Endorsing AI
Fun game if you don’t mind watching a bunch of ads. However, I take issue with one of the characters, Kevin the AI director. AI is something that is not regulated, harmful, and destroying the planet. For a game that is decently progressive (uses gender neutral language, allows LGBTQ partnerships, features non white characters- certainly could be more progressive but I’m only in the first town) I was really disappointed to see this game endorsing AI.

The ads are so long it makes the game miserable to play, and it costs $20 to remove them. The game would pretty fun and cute without them but I just can’t take sitting through so many 2 minute ads

Dopamine Obsessed!
Definitely the best game I’ve played on my phone in a long time! I’ve become hyperfixated on it a bit because it’s so fun and not behind a paywall, like you CAN pay for stuff but you can play completely without paying for anything and it’s an amazing game. Only downside is I can’t find any game that’s like it and now that I’ve almost beaten the whole thing I don’t know what to do with myself 😂
I want to love it but
I love it and I want to play but the Ads are awful! They are so long. I do something in the game for 2 seconds and I’m back to a 3-5 mins ad again, over and over. I watch way more ads then play. I’m scared to spend money on this game to turn off ads because then I’m not even sure I’d still be able to play or if I’d be waiting then to play. $17 on a mobile game is very expensive.
Pet Adoption
I love this game so much, it has now become my top game right now, but im just wondering when you’re able to get pet adoption? My citizens keep asking me about adoptions and I collected the first 16 pets. Do i have to collect all in the zoo first for adoptions? Or is there a certain level or upgrade i have to do in order to get it? Please let me know ive been looking for an answer all over the internet lol. And I also just wish the price to get rid of the ads was cheaper, otherwise id totally get it, but thank you for making such a cool game to pass time!
Game is designed for paid to play
Very pretty graphic. Love the concept. However, the cost to upgrade building is too high and very unbalanced with how much money can be earned naturally with updated buildings. Have to watch videos or just straight up buy with real world money to afford. It’s a quick cash-grab game. Don’t fall for it. I gave 2 stars because of the beautiful graphics; otherwise, 1 star for paid-to-play game design.
Drones and landlords ew
New area feature drones flying around which ruins the relaxing aesthetic. And a new character that is a landlord yuck!! Also original city was neglected in the update.

Fun game, minor issues
I’ve recently started playing and the game is so cute and fun! But I’ve had a lot of issues with the game. Can’t redeem any rewards and it just says it’s not available at this time and just has the spinning icon. Hope this is fixed soon!!
Fake
In the ads, it shows players doing things like setting taxes, solving problems, and doing other stuff, but when I download it, it’s just another click to upgrade game where you can’t control anything but how much money you make. If the developers made the game more like the ad, it could probably be better.

I love it, but
I’ve been hooked on this game pretty easily. But I’m having an issue with the fact that all of my citizens won’t be able to marry. I wish there wasn’t even a limit on the homes that can be upgraded to add a couple, the apartments should be able to be expanded too. I like being able to pair my citizens with one another but I wish it wasn’t so limited
So many ads!
Cute game with cute graphics, but you can already only play for five or so minutes each time you open it, but during that time you have to watch an ad every few seconds just to do anything. Add to it the pay wall it’s really disappointing
Upgrade needed ASAP
Please update the game. I have maxed out all levels and it’s beginning to get boring. Please add more. This can be a fantastic game if updates were a bit more frequent.

I loveee this game it’s very detailed and vibrant. I’ve literally been addicted. I personally just wish there was more ways to get money in the game that’s not just watching ads. More mini games would make the game more enjoyable in my opinion. But the ads are completely optional and money does accumulate fast so the game is still great and one of my personal favorites atm 🫶🏽.
Too much work
Way to much work to do to get citizens and if you are planning on playing for free expect a lot of ads to get gems to level up the citizens. Feels like I’ve just wasted my time.
Love the game but
Love the game but I would love to be able to make some changes to the kids. Seems like there’s a bug when the kids are created. They come out with weird hair colors nothing like their parents or the girls come out with short hair and vise versa boys come out with long hair. Would like to be able to have customization control at least for the hair part. Everything else is looking good so far.
