I sense something
I'm like 5 minutes in and all the rich people are white and the first black person I see is a stereotypical single mom living off benefits and she's the first tenant. The second tenant is a white guy who looks happy and works a good job, an ideal citizen if you may. It feels like mockery plus racism. From my research it's a Chinese-made game which makes it worse because how are you gonna be asian and worship white people? That's even worse honestly. Plus they clearly use ai in the character design and it doesn't even look good. There are better games out there that do the same thing for sure.
How many cities do u offer now?
If there are more than 2, what conditions are required to unlock the 3rd city?
BUGS
In the second city I bought a manager to watch over the delivery company. I suspected it wasn’t giving me any of the money but I’m correct. After every delivery, manager report, I get nothing. I can’t even toggle the option of having it off. Not only has it cost me the purchase of the manager but so much in gas money for my city. I want to delete the app atp.

Great game BUT CRAZY money they want for a no add special or any special they have. Money greedy ALL the WAY! I will only ever play the game for free until they drop prices . Almost $20 for no add experience ? I’ll go get another landlord game and pay $1-2.99 for a no add experience. You’re insane !!! Let alone the other game expenses they are trying .

It’s a pay to play type of game. They loaded it with ads to get you to spend. ad remover $15.99 on sale then & $32 after…. Then the fake money you make is way lower than how much everything cost to upgrade

Обновилась игра, появились новые события. Но после предложения перейти в город отмелей игра просто встает ! Нельзя никуда нажать и просто как зависшая картинка . Каждый раз как заходишь повторяется одно и тоже и нет продвижений. Хотелось уже начать участвовать в игре, но очень раздражает что игра с лагами
What happened?
The game is a time killer. It was fun at first but somce xmas theres been no updates or anything. Even xmas music is still in the background. Is this game still working or did they give up on it? We need more updates. Asap!!

This game is practically unplayable without spending money. The involuntary adverts are relentless and you need to voluntary ads to progress at a reasonable rate Now if you paid for no ads both voluntary and involuntary the game play is much better but the main issue is the diamond pay off to cost of items that require diamonds … it’s horrible and made to keep you spending more … I won’t be and we’ll add to my soon delete list of games … WORTH IT

The update is bugged
This game was fun until the most recent update. All of my progress was basically erased but my buildings were still there. I was bombarded with a million pop ups as if I had just downloaded the game and it’s completely messed up. Also changed my main character and changed my name to Chinese characters? Very confused and disappointed

Смотри 100 рекламных роликов, только так заработаешь на улучшение.. Игра полная г…, весь её смысл в просмотре рекламы… И как обычно разработчики напишут «ой, мы стараемся, хотим найти баланс между тем и тем и бла бла». Да ну вас, жулики !
No adds
What’s the point of having the add option but you can’t even watch them to earn germs or money? It’s astronomical to force someone to purchase no adds package.. game is decent but not worth paying the no ads package! Let us watch the ads! I can’t possibly give a decent review because of it
Turn off the Christmas music
So I love the game I’ll even upgrade and pay some money for gems but turn off that godforsaken Christmas music. I went to my settings and I turned off background music but this stupid Christmas jingle continuously plays over and over. I’m gonna stop playing just for that reason alone.
What happened?
I just lost diamonds and money that I had won on the wheel. I received your email but you must not understand m. I am not inquiring about the game. I play a lot….all of my diamonds disappeared that I had won on the wheel. They are gone.
Annoyed
This latest update wiped all of the animals I had, and all of the purchases that I made within the game. And going into the settings there is no place to restore my purchases. If this is not fixed soon I will be going to Apple to get my money back!!

Was Pretty Cool…
I downloaded this when I saw it on an ad on another game and it was fun! So, I paid like 2$ or something to get the welcome pack— when I did that the app stopped loading and opening 😑😑. Luckily it was only 2$, but it was fun up until that, with minimal ads. Hopefully tomorrow it will work again and this is just a glitch.
Could be better
It seems like it could improve. A lot of in app purchases for every single thing. Also, very frustrating that I would like to hear sound effects without the Christmas music. I disable music - but it still continues even when normal sound effects are turned on.

I’ve been playing for a few months & then today we get an update and I have thousands of diamonds and millions of dollars and every-time I swipe out of the game it restarts ALLLLLL of my progress! Parking spots, apartments, stores, etc.! This is insane! This will 100% cause me to delete the app!
Game reset
The game reset on me, I lost all the progress in my game. The money was still there. All my tenants, apartment upgrades mini game progress were gone. Even the no adds purchase was gone.

Diamonds area SCAM
It doesn’t matter how long you play, you can’t do much without purchasing gems. They have this “piggy bank” that takes ALL of your gems and the only way to get the gems out is through purchase . Another example: You get little stockings while you upgrade a room or appliance, you’ll win certain tiers for “generous rewards” but if you don’t purchase you don’t advance to bigger wards . I just uninstalled because if you’re not purchasing you won’t get the fun stuff
Could be a lot better
The game is great has great potential. BUT…. The game is constantly trying to force in app purchases. Cost to upgrade houses gets ridiculously high so early in the game. Then the game starts requiring gems to upgrade items and houses. Yes you get a free 10 gems a day. But that’s nothing compared to 100 gem upgrades. So the only real way to advance in the game is to pay money. Unless you want to wait 10 days getting free gems to upgrade a single item. Not cool devs. Not cool.

Добрый день. Данная игра очень хорошая и уютная, много плюсов, хорошо то, что есть связь с клиентами, инстаграм, где можно лайкать и комментировать посты. Однако, игра имеет и минусы. Разработчики, пожалуйста, сделайте получение алмазов легче. После открытия второго города, когда появляется возможность построить зону с магазинами, обнаружил, что первый построить за 80 алмазов. Каждый день игра дает только десять алмазов бесплатно, а остальное только за деньги, или, если повезет, 200 алмазов выпадет в колесе удачи. Но и этого хватает ненадолго. Клиенты требуют дорогущие настенные украшения, только первое из которых стоит 50 алмазов, потом уже 100, а откуда получать эти алмазы? Клиенты злы и аренда снижается. Это недоработка. В остальном все хорошо, устраивает. Классная игра в целом😄
Not the Absolute Best
I have been obsessed with Rent Please Sim lately, and so I had got this game thinking that maybe it’s similar? Let me tell you it is a little bit, but there’s so many pop ups, over time the pop ups are just annoying as all get out. Making money is slow, I’d rather stick with my Rent Please Sim.

o jogo é bom, porém é o típico “pay to win”, infelizmente no que depender de mim se eu tiver que pay to win então não vou ganhar nada. tem muitos anúncios também principalmente quando você quer ganhar dinheiro do magnata, ou avançar em algumas coisas, não é o tipo de jogo que eu acho que valeria a pena pagar pra ter algo. a dinâmica em si é boa, mas jogos nesses estilo favorecem apenas quem coloca dinheiro, e quem não coloca está fadado a ver anúncio a cada 30 segundos

Way too needy tenants
I was enjoying this game but if you always like to be behind the 8 ball, this game is for you. Your way to needy tenants are always wanting something new. I’ve lived in apartments and the furniture inside has never changed, let alone 4 times in 4 years. The cost of these new items is way too much, it takes days to save and now 15 others have piled up behind it. People complaining for diamond items is another flaw, you don’t make enough and a $ grab. This game has a lot going on but the move around is slow, real slow. If your willing to spend $, it could be fun but I don’t believe it will get you anywhere. Just more stuff will fall down the pipe.
