Made as a cash grab
Game has an economy that requires a ton of ad watching or in game purchases to progress. Played through the second hotel and bailed. Probably had to watch 200 ads to get that far. Trash that is made to take your money rather than create an enjoyable game experience. Seems the whole industry is going that route unfortunately.

Hotel Empire Tycoon is an addictive idle simulation management game. You build a luxury hotel empire from a tiny inn. Controls are intuitive and easy to learn; smooth 3D graphics and lovely animations. It supports offline earnings, so your hotel keeps making money even when you close the app. Automation system reduces repetitive micromanagement. You can unlock dozens of themed hotels in different locations. However, gameplay becomes repetitive after long sessions; interior customization options are limited. Progress slows greatly unless you watch ads. There is no multiplayer mode, and few new contents updated in recent years.
And… DELETE
I spent $15 a year ago for no ads. I deleted the game after, essentially, beating it. I decided to redownload the app and play it again, but there’s no option to restore purchases. Then the store is asking me to buy gems and employees. Is this a joke? I’m not giving you a DIME if you can’t even provide what I’ve already purchased.
Needs more levels
I love this game, but I keep having to restart it because I complete every hotel - please add more!!!!!
Can’t get past tutorial….
The app is nothing but a scam. Once it requires you to build the double room, you must spend real money to progress. If not there’s a glitch in the tutorial as when you get to this point the only screen you can tap on is the build screen but there’s not enough cash to build So you get stuck

This game is great for anyone who has time to enjoy it.
Doesn’t save your progress and has taken away my in app purchase after an update
It’s a good game to play but there is no sign in option - so when they do an update you lose everything, including the £14.99 I’ve already paid to remove ads. Twice I’ve gotten really far and the second time I was just about to reach the final hotel and it erased all my progress, taking me back to the very start. Shame you can’t sign in with your Apple ID or something so when it’s updated you don’t lose everything. Have requested a refund for the £14.99. Hopefully they do the right thing as it could be good!

Great game but big issue when updating. I don’t mind it resetting me back to the first hotel however I have lost all in game purchases. How can I get these back?

Love this game but I just logged into my hotel for the first time in a little bit and most of my upgrades are gone, including my spa, my bar, and all the tables and upgrades to the restaurant. My rooms have thankfully all kept their upgrades but now I don’t even want to play after losing so much progress. Great game otherwise.

So I don’t know what happened with the last update. But I lost everything. I was on my fourth hotel and it’s like the last update I had to start over. Even though I already paid for the it’s making me pay over again. It was fun until that such a big disappointment.

I enjoy this game, but there’s no way to save your progress, every time they do an update on the game I lose my progress and have to start again from the very beginning, very frustrating considering I’d just got to the 4th hotel!!!
Fun game but kinda buggy
So this is fun, feels like a blatant copy of hotel empire tycoon. But still fun as it’s different enough. But what’s annoying is the hours that the attractions are open are really bad. Being able to set your own hours for these places would be cool. But if not set longer ones. The bar and restaurant being open at 8 am and closing at noon and not opening again until 8 or 9 pm then closing 4 hours later is really bad. Especially when a bunch of customers come up to the closed bar but then the bar sits empty when it actually is open. Makes the game really frustrating to play as it slows down income generation a lot.

Rip off
2 + agonizing stars into the Beach Resort Hotel and about $80 into the game, I got kicked out of the app and reset to the VERY beginning VERY first hotel of the game with no way or option to recover progress or purchases. Don’t bother wasting your time or money just to have it all lost with no warning.

Mir hat das Spiel sehr gut gefallen. Weil es mir gefallen hat, habe ich auch ein paar Euros investiert, da es ansonsten ohne Werbung ausgekommen ist. Ich hatte mittlerweile 4 Hotels komplett ausgebaut und viel Zeit investiert. Heute dann auf einmal ist das Spiel abgebrochen und der Bildschirm war schwarz. Nachdem ich die App wieder geöffnet habe, war der Spielstand gelöscht und ich sollte das Spiel wieder komplett neu anfangen. Nein Danke, da ist mir der Spaß vergangen.

Ads are so long!
I don’t mind watching adverts to get bonuses, but they used to be about 30 seconds, the ones on here to double income and such are 90 seconds, plus the waiting to press the x and get out of it, you are looking at about 2 minutes. Defeats the object as the ads aren’t actually worth watching. Watching an ad to skip the night takes longer than the night does! Honestly, in game ads are getting stupid now! The game itself is bang average, you will have played this before, just with a different skin, they’re all the same, it’s nothing special or innovative.

There’s no offline income so the only way to improve is pay money and apparently that just doesn’t work either.
So far… okay
I love hotel games and I love idle style games. This one is good. I will say that on the second hotel during the morning shift I get 2 angry customers every time because they can’t eat EVEN though my hotel restaurant is upgraded fully and all staff are trained and I am fully staffed. Also under statistics it says “service rofits”instead of profits.

Game is very slow. I even bought the no ads to skip. I like the concept, but I don’t get any offline money. And making money is extremely hard. I wouldn’t have even progressed where I am if I didn’t buy the no ads so I could get the free money from the guy that shows up. Why it’s not generating offline money is beyond me. This needs to be fixed asap. I still have the game because I paid money for it. We need updates!!! And faster way to make money!

Decent game. Heats up the phone really fast though. Pet peeve about service in the game: losing revenue because the staff are not at their stations to serve when the service opens, turning away customers. Please fix. No forced ads, so that’s a plus.
