You are forced to watch ads every minute to minute and a half of gameplay you cannot sustain the game without watching ads the revenue generated does not support the game function. It is very disappointing. You can spend $15 off the clip to decrease the ads. That seems to be the only way this game is playable is to spend real money. I would not recommend it. There are probably other games out there that rely less on ads this one could’ve been a fun game. The creators are just too greedy with the revenue.

Any more updates soon? Kinda underwhelmed right now and want more since i spent real money in the game. Hopefully there is! Really chill game.
Watching Ads game
The game starts out fun and interesting with nice graphics. However, it quickly becomes a watching ads every minute to do anything or get anything. I don’t mind a few ads here and there but this is too much. Totally boring and deleted.

The app has only 3 levels, and no updates to add more. Don’t waste your money in game, you’ll blow through all the game play so fast it’s not worth it.

J’ai vraiment aimé le principe du jeu et les niveaux montent rapidement mais je suis au niveau 301 avec toutes mes améliorations au max et il n’y a pas de 4e hôtel qui ouvre je me demande s’il y aura de nouveaux defis car je stagne c’est dommage je n’ai plus d’intérêts à continuer pour le moment je fais juste renouveler des bails et soigner les animaux🥲
Fun Game But Not Worth Much
Luckily, I only spent $4 total to get more gems at one point, before realizing the game only has 3 levels, which I finished over the weekend. Because of that I don’t recommend it.
easy cheat to win (tips and tricks)
just don’t bother trying to "extend" the contract. you'll still get money regardless since you'll just be wasting money anyways. it doesnt force you to waste money to keep them there so you js get free money 🤑 you do NOT have to spend money to 'extend' the contract of the residencies so yeah. also the game forces you to spend money to progress in events, which is bad design choice

Played all 3 cities now and completed them all, bar a few gem options in rooms. Is that it? Is there anymore to do after you’ve completed Veylan Bay?

So I paid $19.99 for no ads as I usually do on apps that I play a lot as I feel it’s worth the money however this was not and I am hoping that there will be more released soon.

Paid the no ads version and already beat the game in two days. Thought there would be more levels but it ends after 3 cities. Quite underwhelming for a paid version.

It was amesome. Add tv for watch video for earn gem. Well, there is problem about list of rich rank 30 issue because I follow the goal.
Too many ads
The game would be rated better if you didn’t have to watch ads to actually get further into the game. Gathering money takes forever, and when you have to constantly watch the ads to get enough money to buy an addition to the apartment, it makes the game boring. The game is not really worth the time, but it would be enjoyable without having to watch ads to progress.

I had this game downloaded for a few days and I tried my hardest to ignore the ads, but you can’t do anything without being forced to watch them or use diamonds. Definitely wasn’t going to spend 14.99 to go ad-free. It was fun for a bit 🤷🏻♀️
Don’t pay for the no ads
I felt like I been scammed and I don’t like that. I paid for the no ads which was cool. But I haven’t got past the third apartment complex. It’s like repetition.
You need $ or watch several ads to get anywhere
This is a good game BUT you need money or you have to watch ads to be able to do anything and it’s annoying. I really wanted to keep playing but I’m sick of the ads and I can’t get much further without money so am going to delete it

This game is pretty cute and fun but there are entirely too many ads. Constantly prompting to use your resources so you’ll need to either pay or watch VERY long ads. Then when you do actually watch the ads, half the time the items don’t show up or the game crashes.

$15 just to remove ads is ridiculous for such a basic looking game with simple gameplay. There are way better idle games out there on the App Store. Even for offline earnings. Most idle games let you collect money when you come back, but this one makes you spend diamonds or watch an ad just to claim it. That completely defeats the purpose of an idle game. Not worth the download.

Did some in app purchases like for almost $50. But there is nothing left to play. Only 3 apartment complex. Not worth the money.
Don’t bother buying no ads
The game is OK. Don’t bother getting the no ads. While you get all the rewards, it will put you to the 3rd and last section too quickly and then you are stuck with nothing else to do. Not worth the $15/20 (depending on the pack) Pets doesn’t make sense to me… will take too long to get all of them and even so there are too many for the current levels available. have the tenants get a partner instead of having pets. The mansion area is also the same boat - I have the best cars and no other way to upgrade past what I can do. Side note- Not sure why they have the movie collection when it’s not really feel part of the game. Looks like it was taken from Idle Cinema and plonked it in this game. Only good thing is you get gems but that make take some time if you don’t get the cards via gems.

It’s really fun so far!! The developers did a great job with the design, animations, detail, characters, and dialogue! Please keep up the great work! The no-ad option was definitely worth the purchase. Can’t wait for more levels to be released!
Ugh game?!
After downloading game frozen , or stuck maybe bug issue ,some arrows and I tried going back to reinstall it same issue.Wouldn’t let me play game to continue to try on the next room .I’m not sure if I like this game anyways sucks.
Good Idea, Poor Execution
As other reviews have said, this is a cash grab app. Way too many pop-ups, and the game is pay to win to an obnoxious degree. Don't have enough exclusive gems to buy oil paintings? Then half your tenants will complain 24/7 with countless grammatical errors and decrease rent by 40%. If you don't pay for gems and/or watch endless ads, you're forced into a major disadvantage. It sucks since it's a cool app idea and has more going on than average idle games, but it literally forces you into a disadvantage just to squeak some extra dollars out of you. I want to like this game, but I can't.
