Best relaxing game ever
When I saw this game I didn’t think much of it until I got it and it is so fun but getting the Landry room in the start is hard!:)

great but
the game is great fun and great for taking up your time if you’re bored. but the ads/images about the game are misleading, yes you can see it all but monitoring the patients isn’t really something you do; it’s mainly upgrading everything correctly to make sure they’re all happy. (which is still fun nonetheless)

Guys passes out in front of lunch line can’t tap him to see his stats, scrolling through patients with side arrows will only go through a few then stop and just keep going back and forth between two patients instead of scrolling through all of them
The devs hav no respect for the players
Kinda mid but not bad but it really sucks when I choose not to watch an optional add for a bonus and then I am forced to watch an add anyway and to top it off I don’t get any kind of bonus. It sucks and feels really unfair to the point where you don’t care about your players. I’d recommend that you avoid spending money on this game because they clearly have no interest in respecting the player.

I can’t complete the Highland hospital
I love this game and would give it 5 stars, but I’m stuck on Highland Island. I’ve built everything to maximum, healed enough patients, no more missions, but now nothing is happening. All I can do is collect money. Such a shame.
Fix the Building queue
This game is no different than all the other idle games out there except for the building is problematic. The game is called IDLE for a reason but I have to constantly log in to check to see if the builder is actually building any of the buildings. Other idle games build off real time so if it says it’ll take 2 hours then 2 hours later it’s finished. Not with this game and it’s a pain in my arse. Something that can take 1 hour to build with no other builds in queue can take forever if you don’t constantly log in, to check to see if they’re building.

Has potential, but right now it’s so frustrating that I would steer clear.
I agree with pretty much everyone else. Everything cause waaaayyy too much money after the second level. The patients someone won’t get fed even though you have plenty of staff and resources. I’m ok with the money not transferring because I like a challenge, but I would like to be able to go back to a hospital anytime I want. The MOST frustrating thing for me is the last level. They added a pottery and bakery, BUT IT DOES NOTHING!! It doesn’t even add to your profits. There is no time built in to use the room, so you just spend millions of dollars (and money is tight in this game already) on a room that literally doesn’t do anything. Overall, at this time, I would say this game is a waste of everyone’s time and potential real life money.
good game but a little tedious
i’ve had this game before in the past, and i really enjoyed it but the only issue i have is everything gets ridiculously expensive (especially at the island hospital and after) so it gets a lot less fun when u have to wait hours just to be able to buy like 3 things😭 other then that it’s rlly fun haha

This game is good. I don’t mind the grind to get money to update things. But there are SO MANY ADS. You can’t play for 2 minutes without being interrupted by an ad. Ads + the hard grind = not a fun game.

Too many ads, basically feels like I'm watching ads the whole time I'm playing There's too many bugs still. For example whenever I upgrade things in the kitchen the only thing that reduces cook time is the stove. All other "upgrades" claim to reduce cook time but actually don't.
Jeux sympa!!! Une fan!!!
Jeux agréable et simple même trop dans les graphismes, les missions. J’adore les idle comme celui-là en mieux comme idle hotel, idle prison……. Sinon, très accessible dans l’évolution de la partie quand vous jouez gratuitement. On peut vite avancer. Un peu d’amélioration et cédera parfait. Merci aux équipes de conception du jeu.

Overall a decent game. I hate how off my profit margin is though. Currently I make $129. But when I use the “2x”, it sends me to $850. This makes no sense, and makes it impossible to play without watching more ads than the forced ones. Not overwhelming with forced ads, but when I have to watch 45-60 seconds every 5 minutes it doesn’t make it any different from any other idle game.
Ideas for disorders and diagnoses
The game is good but needs more disorders or diagnoses There is disorders that you haven’t added like OCD or GAD or eating disorders like binge eating disorder, Bulimia Nervosa, Anorexia Nervosa.
Forced ads
Played for 3 1/2 min and got the first forced ad. Then played for 2 min got the second forced ad… I don’t mind optional ads to get bonuses however forced ads gets you deleted.
possible bugs
great game but the third hospital is having build time glitches, i waited 3 days for an hour and a half build to finish. i’m also not making nearly as much money as i should be when i’m inactive, it’s almost impossible to progress with the game

don’t buy things
the game is fun but i bought two managers almost two days ago and they have yet to show up. same thing happened when i paid for no ads, but it showed up a few hours later. i’ve uninstalled and reinstalled - checked for updates - tried restore purchases - no dice. i sent an email about it and have yet to hear back; i’ll update my review if there’s a resolution.

Two forced ads within five minutes of starting. After two minutes it asked if I liked the game and to rate. Decided to try once more. This time I got two ads within three minutes.

Really like this game, however when you leave each MH the money keeps rolling in but you can’t spend it on anything as it’s all upgraded, disappointing.

It’s sort of fun at first but got old quickly. There isn’t enough info, I just logged in after 20 mins away from the game, I lost $24k and there was no explanation of why this happened. A lot of income is made by watching 30 second ads. Each map isn’t very different.

Great idea with terrible execution. Ads every 4 minutes is excruciating. It is also incredibly slow. While I appreciate idle games & have others, the slow pace & nonstop ads made me get rid of this game within a day.

Cool at first…
It’s cool at first, but then they start making you lose a TON of in game money unless you watch ads and they force you to watch more and more ads until the entire game is just watching ads. Starting to enjoy it less and less
Its ok
So this game is really fun to play but the ads are really annoying so I had to pay to remove them. Also the only real way to earn money fast is by watching ads you don’t make that much money generally so even without the ads it’s hard to pay for all the rooms and stuff. The worst part is how things are constantly getting destroyed after I make them like I build the electrics or water room costing me loads and then straight away it gets destroyed which prevents me from building other things cus I don’t she’s enough electricity or water. It’s the same for the pharmacist which I constantly have to buy another one and the courtyard which is always being destroyed. I would understand this part of the game if it happened less frequently or there was a way to prevent it e.g. higher security or if it was because of the patient’s moods but I check their moods after and it’s completely fine so just confused why this happens and what I can do to prevent it. Sorry for such a long one and overall I do really enjoy the game just wish it had some tweaks.

This game is super good I mean like the graphics,gameplay,characters.its so good I mean there are ads but not that much.i play it all the time i mean it is so addictive.
Items not showing
I spent $15. One $5 purchase for 400 crystals, and one $10 purchase for 1200 crystals. My money was taken, but the crystals were never put into my bank. This is extremely upsetting.
Bugs
There some bugs going on. Mostly on the 2nd hospital. Only one cook will hand out food, no food trays show up, and I think all the needs of the patients are glitched. Please fix this.

Annoying issue with patients
I'm constantly wasting money having to rebuild the courtyard or water/electrical generators because they keep getting destroyed by "angry patients" yet everytime i check patients mood they're fine? Please do something about this because everytime I try to save up to build more rooms, the rooms get destroyed and i have to spend that money rebuilding to get water and electric back up just to build the patient rooms 🤨
