Assistant Manger Package didn’t work
The assistant manger package says it increases the offline limit time to 12 hours, but it didn’t work at all. As long as the game is offline, everything’s stop. Is it a different definition of offline or just a fake package

Still bugged
The parking lot bug that cars show up and instantly leave without letting the customer out is STILL in the game, after I am seeing reviews from a year and almost 2 years ago. Honestly kind of embarrassing, but I do love that they keep sending me reminders to leave a review, so that is what I am doing! If you don’t have $15 to buy the ad free version, don’t bother playing. Fun game underneath everything else though!
Glitch in final restaurant
I have upgraded everything in the final restaurant but the delivery guys will not stock the egg table. It’s annoying because eventually all the customers are just sitting waiting for the egg noodles. This seems like a major glitch.
Love the game
I love game and have played it as far as I can. I’m waiting for more restaurants to be released. The events are fun but are very repetitive as it cycles through a handful of them. I hope there is an update soon.

My golden coins keep disappearing each day and in the special worlds I don’t earn money when I am away for some reason meaning I can’t complete the challenges
Glitch of the game
It’s a interesting game, but there’s a glitch. I hired four waiters, but one of the waiter just stand there and see a pile of food in front of him and doing nothing and the other one keep running around. Please do something about it. Thank you.
Surprisingly Fun
I’m usually very critical of mobile phone games because they are often just a cash grab to get little kids to spend money on their games but this game shocked me. I’ve played for quite some time and have been enjoying it I love how no ads are shoved down your throat and forced upon you without your permission. I love how ads are completely optional and are only for boosting your income and such making it so you can decide if you want to watch a ad or not. I also love how monetization isn’t shoved down your throat either the only time you see “hey spend money to make things easier” is when you open the game and it shows you how long you were away from the game and it basically says “hey you were gone for X amount of time but you can only redeem X amount of money from it because you’re not a member but if you want you can join and get all these benefits” as well as when you want to double the money you make it’s like “hey you can watch a ad to do this orrrr if you want you can spend X amount (I think it’s like 14.99$ or something) to be a member and get all these benefits but you don’t have to”. This is definitely a game that I will have on my phone for quite some time because this is how a mobile game should be especially if you’re not going to go the route of miHoYo or Kuro Games by making AAA like phone games.
Pay to play game
It starts off well, but by the second and third levels you have to buy gems to upgrade certain managers to progress. They got my money on the second map but I’m not buying more gems for the third. I’d have to buy at least 300 gems to pass this level and I refuse, so if you’re not willing to pay to play, this is not the game for you.
Some bugs
Really fun and addicting to play but still some issues: Some cars pull into the parking lot and immediately leave without the customer getting out. My parking lot is only half full and my restaurant can never reach full capacity. The noodle farm is too slow and my tables are always running out of ingredients even though my farm is fully upgraded. If you could add another upgrade to the noodle farm production or increase its speed that’d be great.
Stockist does nothing
Annoying bug in one of the restaurants where the additional stockist doesn’t do anything so cant make certain recipes!
Good entertainment
Like every other games it has lots of ads but its good benefits and doesn't last long for more than 10 secs. Its enjoyable and good entertainment if one is bored. Im able to quickly level up items and such just from customers and some of the ads. I haven’t spent anything which is a bonus.

I would give 0 stars
I spent money to buy the ad free and also the 12 hr money but the beef pho recipe never dropped and now exports are dried up so I’m stuck in AZ. No customer support, nothing. I’m so mad and I feel screwed over. I can’t move on to the next resteraunt so all the events are pretty much worthless to play. Rip off

Has issues
When you pay for ad free it’s a waste. This game only has around 4 levels before it gets to the “coming soon “ part. The the side challenge game is just ok. Mars always glitches and the customers stop moving. This has happened several times when mars was the side challenge. This game is a waste of money.
Fun but glitchy
Fun game overall, heavy on ads to actually make progress. A little annoying you need to ranked up managers to further progress. Also annoying made it to restaurant 3 and now nobody orders the chicken noodle soup at all and only orders beef weird glitch.

The first level that you get a farm the noodles and vegetable won’t dry it just jams up the game progress and you can’t move on
Stuck with bug
Stuck with a bug where the quest isn’t updating despite having upgraded the required item. Would really appreciate some way to get support directly through the app. Contact on website also was not working and simply returned error message.
Events have a bug
Unfortunately in the (current Mars) event there appears to be a bug whereby customers are stuck at the ordering desk, they queue up but don’t go to the staff. Makes the event almost unplayable for me, and takes a fair amount of fun outta the game!

HELP? CANT CONTACT SUPPORT?
Is there a way for me to come back to the last restaurant? I accidentally deleted the app cause I thought it would go back to where I was because the egg plant wasn't moving at all and I wanted my research lab to deliver eggs but I when I redownloaded the app it went back to where I was in the beginning. Please help because I don't wanna redo the whole thing when I was working so patiently specially the last level (where it was just factory) I even bought the noodle pass and now its gone PLEASE
Overall an idle game
It’s not a bad idle game and I always enjoy trying to get the special cards during the events however it seems that every time I hit mars event the customers get stuck with check-in. Other than that the game is good.
Ads don’t even work
Half the ads you’ll do for rewards don’t load, freeze the game, and make you have to close and reopen it. When you do, you’ll receive no rewards at all and most likely get the same ad that doesn’t work again.
Cute game with a few issues.
As another reviewer stated, it’s hard to keep stock full when it takes forever for the noodles to be made. The restaurant should start with full stock in the fridge and at each chef area. Waiting for noodles to be made makes running the restaurant smoothly impossible.

Good at the beginning but then you are stuck
Played for a while, and it started off really well. The gameplay is fun and engaging, but after a certain point, you’re pushed to unlock specific managers and upgrade them, which requires gems. Unfortunately, gems are hard to come by as a free-to-play player, making progress feel slow and frustrating unless you’re willing to spend money. What started as an enjoyable experience quickly became a pay-to-win scenario.

Reporting bug on mars restaurant event. customers sometimes stop in line at order counter and begin to hold up the line . began to happen after researching extra cashier. this bug prevents progress in the event. continues to happen after closing the app and rerunning. on apple device. Thank you!

Game customers
Game is fun but sometimes the front desk in events arent taking the customers orders. I would exit the app completely to see if it would fix the problem and it would work normally for a few minutes, but then they’d stop taking orders again and leave the customers waiting over and over again

Bugs
I like this game but had to restart because of the bug. The travel locations always have a big with the crab table. The server/ stocker just stands there stuck in front of the table. It doesn’t get restocked. The customers that order it don’t get their dish and they leave mad… loosing money. I restarted thinking it would fix it… but here we are again. Very annoying. There is no way to report issues either.
Great game but a few downsides
Only negative is that there’s only 4 restaurants. And when you get to the point of farming your own rice, even when maxed out 100% it can’t keep up with production. I run out of stock almost as soon as I restock so the kitchen is always waiting on rice.
Was fun while it worked
The game was enjoyable until it bugger out and became impossible to progress. I’d paid to have ads removed which worked well. When I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game to start over in the hopes that I couldget past the bugged portion of the game I the ‘Restore Purchases’ function does absolutely nothing, and Apple will not let you buy Ad Removal twice but instead will offer the same thing for free, which also doesn’t work.
Don’t purchase the no ads
I purchased the no ads and still get ads. The purchase states purchase no ads while still watching ads smh
Bug report
I have a bug on the progress bar. I have leveled up the warehouse on the Downtown level all the way but the progress bar is stuck on “Expand Warehouse #2”. I already did that and it won’t let me progress. I love this game so please fix!

Fun game still bugs
I like the game a lot but when it comes to the part of play Mars restaurant it lags behind if I update the tables or cooking it stops being idle and pauses and I have to restart the game. I don’t tend to play when this event it’s going
No Ads not working
I purchased to have no ads, but it doesn’t work. Still forcing me to watch the ad. Waste of money

After about the second/third level you are not able to progress to the next restaurant dispite completing all tasks

Mars Restaurant
My customers in the mats restaurant just keep going to the counter and just standing there, they won’t take their order for some reason, very frustrating! I will give 5 stars if fixed.
Nothing new
I got to to a point where it won’t give me a new restaurant! I’ve been waiting for it to give me a new one for 4 weeks and it’s annoying!
No support for game play issues
There is no contact us in game. The contact us in App Store, takes to a webpage for another game, and then errors when you try to submit form. The issue with game that I am trying to contact support about. Is the unlock for the next restaurant is not working, so unable to progress in the game.
