Fun to play but too many ads not like it use to be
My game reset on its own.
I went to check on my game & it told me l needed to adopt someone new, I was confused so l got off of the game & got back on & saw that my house was empty. All of the furniture & repairs gone. I paid for coins in the store to be able to have the house in order so quickly so I'm very upset that everything randomly reset. I actually cried for about 30 mins. I checked the app & there’s no customer service whatsoever or way to request a refund for everything I bought from the store. I have no desire to start over & will not be doing so. I've been playing since middle school but l'll delete all three apps if the games requires me to start from scratch even though I paid to advance. I don’t even know what to do.. I found an email online for customer service but it doesn’t work. There’s no contact info in the app, nothing. I’m extremely sad & disappointed.
My story about this app
I have played this game all through my life, my sisters first showed me this game when I was four, I’m 12.5 now and I still play this game, I love it so much!!! Though there is one thing, there’s to many adds, and everything is SO expensive on it. Though I do like how it is Wi-Fi free so you can play it in the car on a road trip! I love this game so much but I do wish it could be better.
Pointless adverts
The adverts ruin the game. You try to put the shopping on the counter, it goes straight to an ad. Any knock on the door and you select yes, it goes straight to an ad. You try to place items from the decorate tab, it goes straight to an ad. It used to be good.
sad and nostalgic
i used to play this all the time when i was younger, and always had it downloaded even if i may have forgot about it. i click into it from time to time now but every second theres an ad, i try to put groceries on the table and i get interrupted, it surely doesnt encourage me to play the game.

It’s a 10/10 I makes me feel like a part of a family in a new prospective but I think it needs to explain more about the game controls
Is game broke?
There is an ad 2 seconds after you turn it on it’s been on my screen for an hour I turn it off. I can’t even play this game now! My people starve because there’s an ad after every bag of food! This is horrible. Can’t do anything because of non stop ads. I loved the game when I could actually play it but every sentence is followed by an ad. Used to be able to decorate but as soon as you go to move something it goes to an ad! Can I just buy the game? I want to actually play it but you have ruined the chance by ads every 5 seconds!
Awesome but one thing
This game is awesome but I have a few small recommendations, 1 aunts uncles and cousins , why aren’t they part of this awesome game bc it would really boost the gameplay and also friends for sleepovers and play dates and family reunions 2 why does the baby process take forever pls bump it down a bit and 3 why don’t the little people go out more like going out to eat or something? Ty and I’m sorry if I’m being a bit mean . :)
Too many ads
I downloaded this game out of nostalgia and spent some money on some coin packs to fulfil my childhood dream. The game then became unplayable with all the ads I was getting. Even after one went away, I’d get to do maybe two things before another one.
Home updates
I have the same issue here as in vf 3. To fix 2 majorly significant rooms that take up a huge part of your house you have to pay 35000 and 45000 coins…. Where as most of the other rooms are mostly reasonable some of them still cost an entire generations worth of consistent work. Seems pretty impossible to make that amount without dedicating an insane amount of time or working the little guys to death for generations to come.

Amazing but
I’ve played these series of games for years and I redownloaded it to play again and I’ve been having an issue with ads. Everytime I go into decorative mode to add or move something it gives me an ad. Even while I’m still holding the object it makes me drop it somewhere randomly for an ad. Idk if this is on purpose or if the game is bugged because it used to not do this but please fix it. I spend some money on here and stuff like that will eventually really irritate me.

This game needs a major update and get rid of the Ads never had them before and they come at the most annoying time very slow to earn money and you earn very little

I love this game but it needs to be a proper family unit where the parents care for the children and do the cooking 2 year old children shouldn’t be heating up food there should be an option for the younger children to attend nursery aswell not just wait until they leave for college to learn and get an education apart from that really enjoyable game also there are not many things to bye in the first 3 generations so those families live in absolute poverty make it so we can actually bye things for the children to play on in the garden straight away we shouldn’t have to wait for 3 families to live there first it’s not a realistic way of living

Random Pop Up Ads
You’ll get random ads that will pop up if you buy food for your family. Or if you haven’t watched any ads for coins in awhile. I missed when games didn’t stoop so low for money. Just make this a paid game and I’d gladly buy it. Not to mention this game deleted my save from this same device I’ve always played on randomly. Need a way to save progress. Not as good as it used to be. Rip my six generations
Serious illnesses and collectibles should be easier
I love this game and have for the last 7 years. Honestly I think it’s better than the later editions. I’ve maxed out the house, bought every upgrade… money has ceased to be a limiting factor in this game. I have finished all the achievements except for the collections and the curing a serious illness. I’ve looked these up… there must be an easier way to complete these… right? But no. To my great sadness I just have to wait for the right algorithm to give me these collectibles. I check into this game for maybe 5 minutes a day to see if my little people are sick, I feed them, check for collectibles and move on. At this point, I’m not playing the game for anything more than nostalgia. It does bug me that even after all this time playing, I haven’t completed all the achievements. Developers, I don’t know if you still update this game, but could you make it a little easier on me?

I love this game so much but ever since the past couple of years, this game turned awful. I’m talking about the ads. I literally went into the game before I could see the screen of the family, an ad pop up. Every 2 mins. This is ridiculous and annoying. I miss the old version when there aren’t any ads.

Bro, having forced ads after placing a single piece of furniture or groceries is insane. I could see it after maybe placing 10 or 15 items, but after every single placement is absurd.

this game is great for people who want a game that doesn’t take up all their time. i really love just checking in on it and making sure everything is going smoothly, and get invested in the families. it would be great if lgbtq+ couples could be added, but all in all, an awesome simple game. would also love to be able to pay a small fee for ads to be removed

Took my money
I enjoyed playing the game but today 5/19/2026 I went to play and it started all the way over. Mind you I was about to be on generation 5 and I lost all my money that I paid.
fixing glitch?
i love this game so much, it's so so fun and there's alot of options for what the little people do and things. but whenever the toilet or the sink's broken, i drag one of them to the workshop to fix it and they just get stuck and then stop fixing it. there's nothing in the way blocking the area they go to fix it so i have no idea why they never fix it. it means i can't get the achievement where you fix the toilet and the sink in goals ☹️☹️ i know this game is old so it probably doesn't fix but thank you so much!!

I love this game… but- my little brother deleted it and it restarted everything, 8 months spent on that game, then… POOF! App won’t open
I really enjoy this game, always have, and just started getting back into it. Since yesterday the game won’t open at all, it just shows the loading screen and immediately crashes. I don’t want to lose my save file! What do I do?

05-31-2026 So like I said I’ve been playing this game for a long time but now that I have an iPhone 13 my screen is all messed up and I cannot fix it. The stuff on my screen is super zoomed and I can’t really see half my stuff on there. Is there any way to fix it or you guys fix it?
