Good afternoon! I really like your game! I really love it. 😻 But I really like to change the layout of the zoo. And every time it is very inconvenient, you need to manually transfer every detail to the warehouse. And then get it out and post it again. Do you think you can make something like a zoo editor, where you could assemble all the buildings at once, and then place them from scratch without moving them one by one to the warehouse and back? Many strategies have already implemented such mechanics. For example, Township, Clash of Clans. If you added such a feature, all the players would be thrilled. If someone agrees, please like it so that fellow developers can see my comment as soon as possible. Update from August 10, 2026. Dear developers! I’m thrilled that my request was heard and you added the zoo editing mode. Now the game deserves 100 stars! Thank you so much 🙏 You’re simply awesome! ❤️

Really fun in the beginning but now it’s kind of hard to get the money and everything cause they keep going up and up and up and I can’t really make any new animals because of that now but other than that it’s super fun

I like the idea of this game but in order to upgrade your zoo you need to add decorations and for decorations you need to wait 24 hours for the pearls to generate or use real money to buy them or to speed up the production. So your stuck with a game you can’t do anything with for 24 hours. I’ve already made all the animals and given them a mate and now I have to wait for pearls to place decorations. I uninstalled the game. Because I’m not waiting for 24 hours just for decorations.
Treasure Spot
Hello, I have a question about Treasure Spot mark, I’m talking about the one that is there from the beginning and that cost real money (2,99$) to dig into. Can I just get rid of it in any way? I don’t want to spend real money on a game, and don’t want an offered prize, just for this x to disappear, so I will be able to place things there, as it’s in a middle of my zoo.

Parents Alert!
Ads have now started promoting gambling apps and sx chat apps. Def not a game for children. It was fun at first but there are too many tricks built in to make you accidentally get things that aren’t really worth it, (when clearing land, for example). Then when you want something it’s almost impossible to get it. It costs more and more tokens to do the same tasks, and it gets harder and harder to get tokens. I am sure it will eventually get impossible to move forward in the game without putting real money into it. But it’s really easy to get stuff you don’t want and there’s no way to remove it! You end up with a warehouse full of things you don’t want. Some of them you can’t even put in the warehouse, you have to try to hide them. It’s just too frustrating.

Why cannot I return??
Some times by mistake I tap at the bottom of the lap and then I need to wait for +60 hours before I can do lap again. Moreover, the mean reason why I am writing this just because by mistake I bought 125 pieces of pairot gold for more than 1100 rubies and then relase that you did change the number the sheep needs to upgrade so I losed my rubies that I have been saving for my unique habit and I can’t return it?? I need my rubies back the only thing why I am continuing playing this game is only to save more rubies and the losing them in such unnecessary way??? That sooo disappointing Zoo Craft

I love this game but gold is a problem as you progress please find a way to fix it you just do not earn enough with the tasks and even watching ads don’t give you much gold either :( I hope it can be solved I wish to keep playing but I’m worried I won’t be able to get much further along if this problem is not fixed :)

The enclosures are so little and the animals have barely any space!and there aren’t any fences around the enclosures. And the animals and people in the game look weird.

Habitats
Trying to collect enough rubies to get new animals and when someone wants to buy a animal not getting paid with the rubies when release the animal. Bad timing for glitches when it’s rubies I need. Has done it to me 3 times so far in this event.
good game but..
i just started this game and it is a fun game i actually love it. the only problem i have is i would like it if we could rotate the screen while decorating that way we can see better, instead of having to zoom out & move stuff. other than that i love it.
why can’t i advance
I was enjoying the game at first but to upgrade my park I need more animals yet the store won’t allow me to buy more and I also can’t experiment to create more UNTIL i upgrade my park. so its a catch 22, not sure how i’m supposed to advance.
Suggestion
Instead of using coins too build your zoo you guys should let us use dollar bills that we collect from the game…..I am not a rich person so I am not going too put anymore money into the game…..-lease Change it. For I do like getting these animals

The fact that the starter animals changed is showing something worrying- all designs are going to change- which makes me really sad as I love the goofy designs of the animals, and if you remove all the sillies from this game, some people may quit. This game is disappointing and the animals on the cover, welllllllllllll, are clickbait and why when the game loads does it say KICKING OUT DRUNK VISITORS!!!! Like it’s not a big deal but i mean… children play this. Overall this game is so dissatisfying.
Deleted progress
I downloaded this game a few months ago and quickly became addicted but when i went back on it today it had deleted all of my progress. I have tried submitting a form to get my progress back but it hasn’t worked. And i have tried to log back into my facebook account which it was connected to and that hasn’t worked either. God awful!
Don’t bother downloading. I’ve spent over $100 on this at first. shame on me. So many things that make this game ugly and its developers <insert your own expletive>. First, the “rewards” on the weekly event are exactly that: weak. The ONLY way you can win is by spending money. I’ve tried. The game itself is pedantic. 7734, even the graphics and NPC are minimalistic in interactions. The goals are too boring to attain once you reach level 20. The actual game has SO many glitches. E.g. when giving “tours”, aka tourist directions, selecting certain items always gives a thumbs down. The “visit other players” boots you back home for no reason whatsoever. Laying a road that has a turn in it? Be careful, it can erase what you’ve just spent money on with a skip off the screen move. Selling cheaper animals, heck, never mind, you get the point. This game is ugly.
Decent game
So I recently started this game and I really enjoy it so far. It’s one of my favorite games and I can’t recommend it enough! However, I knocked a star for a couple of reasons. First of all, you need coins to expand your territory but coins are very hard to get and it can take a week or longer to save up enough for just one plot of land. Also, the game has a glitch that completely freezes the game so I can’t move around the screen and have to close out the game. It gets annoying because sometimes I have to close it out 5-7 times in the span of an hour. Apart from that it is a very fun game and there always seems to be things to do. The game developers keep it interesting with fun events that can get you unique items for your zoo! Overall it’s a good game.
Dull
This game is becoming very stale, very fast. I have played it years and it used to have great contents and great events. Not now, it’s this silly beach thing which has a poor mini game and it’s just dull. Also, giving celebrities a tour is ok, but the game doesn’t account for your zoo being bigger and it still giving you the same amount of time to complete the tours. I am very close to deleting this game, it needs to change fast. The developers are also extremely slow at responding and I cannot say their customer service is good. This game is dying.
A fun game but keep crashing
I have played this game for a few months and enjoy this fun game so much and want to continue playing it. However, the game had many problems. When you clicked on the store and tired to collect you earning, it stuck sometimes. To solve the problem, you needed to exit and reenter it. When you tried to visit other zoos, more than a half of the time, you went back to your own zoo. It required you to update the game to newest version to avoid the issue, but after the most recent update, I cannot open the game at all. The game kept crashing. So no matter with or without the update, I couldn’t play the game anymore. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, my level went from 41 to 1. All my spending time got wasted. I am really disappoint. I have played this game many games in the past, but this is the first time I forced to abandon a fun game.
Latest Event
this game is incredible, however the latest event has made the game unplayable. all the bubbles are covering exhibits, decorations, and kiosks, preventing us from obtaining the rewards or correctly guiding visitors on tours. please make it optional to show these bubbles in game please!
Easter egg game
Please fix your game. Screen still freezes, can’t get friends out of pending, 89 possible friends. That has been that way since I started the game. The buttons on the side don’t work correctly. It is still not up and running correctly. I have been messaging you guys in the game like I thought we were suppose to. I mean that’s why you have the, “ chat with us” , right? Well, now you have started the Easter game and there is suppose to be Easter eggs to find in the game and guess what? NO EGGS. The clock is counting down, but there are no eggs. I hope this gets fixed soon. I have never given any game a 1 star and I would love to give it a 5 star, and tell family and friends that the game is great again. Please please fix this game, it used to be the best game ever, a 5 star game, now it is a 0 star game. Please fix 3/10/25…I am writing to COMPLAIN about the video you play of ROYAL KINGDOM. They have now gone over 100 seconds and then have an additional three pages you have to wait for. I have to say that is TOO long to take away from the game. Fun Game But Annoying Ads
This game is a lot of fun with cute animals and interesting tasks. But I knocked a star off for all the annoying ads. There is one in particular about working at a hotel and the ad goes on forever and you can not get out of it without quitting the game. This is ruining the game for me. I keep reporting it as a broken ad yet keep seeing it almost every time an ad pops up. Wish there were a way to play the game without ads.
To many bugs
The game lags..crashes if you try to visit other zoos .and even when you try to get help….which is a shame fix these problems…and could be a very enjoyable game..and reading through the reviews…it’s had the same problems for quite a while…why has it not been fixed
Needs a change/update
I’ve played this game on and off for many years, but as of late I’ve become quite addicted to it. But there are some things that should be changed. Firstly the whole game should get an update, graphics wise. Not that it’s bad, but it’s looked the same since forever and could do with a reboot. Second, the problem is, I am only ever playing the game for 10 mins a day as experiments etc take so long to complete/reset, and there is nothing really else to do. It would be really fun if you could shorten experiment hours/ loading times because having to wait 24 hours for an experiment and other things is a little much. Thirdly, everything is quite costly, to where you need to spend real life money to make any progress. Whats the point in making us wait so long for money? It takes decades to save up coins, which is very annoying and delays any progress. Why are the aquarium habitats so many coins? My storage is filled with sea animals because I can’t afford to place them anywhere or expand the storage (which again costs unattainable coins)For a game aimed at kids, there’s too many opportunities to spend real life money. I’m going to stop here, but overall, for better gameplay I would suggest lessening the waiting hours to have more active players, and a graphics update, to also attract and bring excitement to the users of the app. Besides all of the criticism, I do really enjoy this game, and would love to see it grow. Its cute and fun.

Update again
This game is fun and has potential…However, I have not been able to get any assistance from the developer on my issue with the app…So, I am just wanting to know who I report this app too? I have spent quite a bit of money on this game however I am not able to access some of the game’s functionality. I have reported to the developer a few times but have been told they are working on it. It has been a few months and still no assistance and the game is not fixed. Other players are able to get the full benefits of the game but I am not. I don’t want to just give up and lose all the money I put into it I really just would like the game fixed! Who can help get the developer to do what they promised?
Too many ads
That’s why I rated there’s a four I wish you would get rid of some of them but if you don’t mind waiting then it’s a really awesome game. I do love it except too many ads.
The new update does not work
Loved this game. Then came the update. The game struggled to launch, that seems to have fixed now. However making progress in the game means you have to watch ad videos. Although since the update it just says “video unavailable” therefore hindering your progress, given one of the daily “challenges” is that watch a video. So that can no longer be completed.
Buggy
This game was really good until it bugged after completing many levels and would not let me tap anything. I had to delete and reload which started me from the start only to find it happened again.

I love this game it’s so fun and I got really good animals and it was a big zoo and I was on level 24. All of a sudden I went on to play and everything was gone and it went to the little tutorial at the beginning. Everything I waited for build is all gone and I have no idea why.
Takes forever to load
I love the game but I rarely play because it takes FOREVER to load and usually just freezes on ‘kicking out drunk visitors’. Please fix this
