King of Crashes No More
Thank you for finally fixing the game, this time will all updates installed the game runs fine. I will only say it doesn’t even rate a one star. Stop blaming players not updating their devices. You can’t even play without it crashing at least 17 plus times. I have been playing since 2011 and have never experienced crashes like this with any of the other previous owners. You can’t fix your errors by closing either the game or the device, FIX it. I see you’re still blaming people’s devices, own your error and fix the game. Why is it always people’s devices, we have been playing this game for years and your company can’t add new stuff but not fix the glitches Update Switched to an Android device and same issues, switched to new iPad and guess what NO change,still crashes. This issue is now about one year old and you still can’t fix it. Hire competent staff and fix the issue. Prior to your company acquiring the game I would give it a 5 now lowest it can go is 1, it doesn’t even get that high of a rating

Frustrating
It’s cute but is very glitchy. It constantly kicks out and you can also lose things that you’ve purchased with Smurf berries due to glitches. I think the company should do much better at correcting these issues. They also recently added way more ads in the game play, it’s horrible and bogs down the game. It used to be much better.

Frozen game and bad support
My game froze on the same screen after I had gotten far in building my village. I cannot communicate with any characters either. I reached out to support days ago and have gotten back only 2 replies that say to “redownload the game” which has not worked. This game has terrible bugs and a horrible communication issue with their support team. I am very disappointed.
Disappointed with Ads
Really enjoy the game but recent addition of having to watch ads instead of being able to choose to watch them to get rewards is very annoying. Lack of ads in this game was the appeal.
Structure problems
I bought the expansion to build a bridge across the gorge on the island but the bridge and stone steps can’t be rotated and placed correctly in the positions.

💙💙 I’m officially obsessed with this game! 💙💙 Smurfs’ Village is one of those games I downloaded thinking, “I’ll play for a few minutes”… and suddenly I’m completely invested in building my little Smurf world. 😂💙 It’s cute, relaxing, and surprisingly addictive. I love decorating the village, unlocking new Smurfs and buildings, completing quests, and watching the village grow. There’s always something to do, but it never feels like you have to rush. It’s the perfect little escape when I need to sit down with my coffee and disappear into my own tiny blue village for a while. ☕️💙 Highly recommend if you love cozy, relaxing games with lots to build and discover! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 would absolutely Smurf again. 😂💙

Constant Spontaneous Advertisement Interruptions throughout Game
I’ve played this game for many years, and I loved it. Not anymore as during a recent update, they have introduced constant, spontaneous advertisements that interrupt your gameplay when you least expect it or when you try to travel to other places throughout the game.This is overboard. There were already opportunities within the app to watch ads to get bonus points, or Smurf berries which the players can use to gain certain items throughout the game. The addition of these new ads will heavily inhibit my gameplay and how often I play this game if at all. I suspect my level of annoyance, and all of these interruptions from the advertisements will result in me, abandoning the Smurf game entirely. I strongly suggest removing the newly added advertisements and go back to the way it was. The previous amount of ads was more than anybody wanted in the first place.

Latest update sucks
Whatever you did in the last update has made it so I can’t even open the game. I can’t get my user ID or get in far enough to submit a support ticket. Second update today hasn’t helped.
A suggestion
It would be nice if you could sell things, instead of just deleting them!
Great game, lots of mini games, a large variety of ways to decorate and constant events/updates.
One of my favourite childhood games and the support team is very helpful/responsive
Has not improved
This game has several zones that haven’t been updated in over ten years. They have events that start but the icon that shows you the quest disappears at the beginning and doesn’t reappear until there is only two hours left to play. You will see a reply to this review. It is only a bot. They never take anything serious.

The app keeps closing down ever since the last update. It opens and as soon as you do anything it closes down. 😠
Expensive and crashes
I do enjoy the idea of the game. However, everything you would want costs smurfberries and the smurfberries are so expensive. You earn lots of coins, but there is nothing of value to buy with them. Every hut is around 35 smurfberries and 90% of them don’t even give you xp points. The hut will let you buy different characters but they cost more smurfberries. If I already paid 35 berries for the hut, the characters should be in coins! For how much we pay, this game should be crash free. Game crashes multiple times in a day.
Ads freeze, no rewards
When I watch ads for berries at travelors hut or the movie hut, it freezes / crashes and I don’t get rewarded. It’s been happening for weeks now and I keep refreshing the game. If I can be accommodated for it somehow, that would be awesome. Also PLEASE make an exit (x) button pop up bc I literally have to exit the app every time, if I wanna get back to the game. I need resources and watching ads helps… if I get the rewards like I’m supposed to. I get the app is free but I’m asking for the bare minimum here. Stop the glitches and bugs. Put an exit button to pop up and function. You don’t think it hurts me to give 3 stars? This games my childhood. Please genuinely do something about it.

I’ve been playing Smurf’s for years, I have to say it’s getting a little boring. Years later and u still get all the same prizes. It takes to long to go up levels and it’s to hard to collect stone etc to build smurfy wonders without spending a ton on Smurf berries.

Relaxing game
I have been playing this for a LONG time. I started when my grandchildren were small and interested too and then just kept going. I am level 108. I play every morning. I have so much gold and just wish there was more I could spend it on. All the interesting things cost real money. I love my village, it is huge now but I have no room left for these gigantic wonders.

Fix the crashing issue. How many times do you people need to hear this? I can’t get anything done in the Main Village. I lose items and have to collect stuff over and over. You cannot blame my device. It’s not even 2 years old, has enough space and I deleted the Smurfs app for a couple months to see if this changed. Apparently not. You have the money from what people spend and you have the staff. If not, hire people who can fix the issue. Unless your goal is to piss players off and steal their money.
Orange potion
Love this game but for some reason my orange potion stuffs up, it will only have 1 arrow thing to match so it never works, now have 3 quests I can’t do because of the orange potion glitch
Pop up ads
The last couple of days there’s been videos popping up while I’ve been playing. I understand that’s a new thing for those of us who do not pay for the game. Except that there is no way to close out the video after it’s done playing. The ad is in a foreign (to me) language and the only way I know how to get rid of the ad after it’s done playing is to entirely close out the game. Doesn’t seem very user friendly. Please add a way to close the pop up video after it plays.
New update is disappointing
Why do you have ads showing up in the middle of the game out of nowhere? So annoying.
