This game has way too many ads. After every couple of actions an ad pops up and is quite intrusive.

EDIT: I was able to get my game and progress. Thank you very much to the support team Everything was going great but I deleted the app and redownloaded it to use it on another device and lost all of my progress and purchases, it is not letting me sync it with the account that I had and tells me I have to begin from scratch every time

Need some changes to this kingdom
I want land opened up with out it costing so much gems and blue bottle magic I want to see more characters open up instead of limit of 110. I want to see the car raceway opened up and you cannot get the jungle book any further to open and that needs to open then the car raceway area would come alive-or that area. Things need to change for the better! I hope developers will read my comments!!

I updated my game and now it won’t load in the sound goes off after I watch an add it started yesterday I hope you will fix this you don’t let a us report a problem if something ting is wrong with the game you only let us report if we want a refund on anything else I have an issue with the sound my sound is high and it turns off after I watch an add it never did that before now it won’t give prize after I watch the add please fix it I uninstalled my game and I lost what I had now it’s making me start over and I have to buy stuff I already purchased and you’re making me spend more money I think you should give 500 diamonds every 3 months my app crashes all the time not just with updates

All they want is your money
This game use to be about the players having fun in the game. Now it’s become an atm for them! I mean to get 1 character that is not available because you downloaded the game after all these events happened is $24!!!! For 1 character! And if you missed events that featured certain movies the only way to ever get them is by paying real money!! And don’t get me started on the events… they make them impossible to actually complete unless you spend real money.. I’m so disappointed with how this game has become nothing but a cash grab
Pay to Play
I have always loved this game, I have been playing since two weeks after it came out. It’s a lot of fun, but what really frustrates me is a lot of it has become impossible without spending money. For example to unlock a new chunk of land that fits about four or five attractions, the amount of magic needed is unreasonable. I’m level 50 and the least expensive new land is 6 million magic to unlock. I have my land maxed out in every single spot for attractions, concessions, and decorations. I usually get about 60,000 magic a day from it. With that in mind, it would take me three months to gather the magic needed for the LEAST expensive land and 233 day for the most expensive which is 14 million. That is also if I’m spending ZERO other magic on things at all including character welcomes and leveling up etc. it is absolutely ridiculous to expect people to spend that long on land will get them space for maybe five attractions and some concessions. Otherwise a fun game, but so much of it feels impossible without paying them exorbitant amounts of money for bundles.
Don’t start this game - it’s just blind boxes & you rarely get anything good
It’s gotten to the point where you not only need to spend money to get anywhere in this game but spend a lot of money. They also keep introducing more blind box mechanics which makes it even worse. The event competitions aren’t great if you work & can only get on 2-3 times a day as the refresh times are so spaced apart you’ll only get a few opportunities to reach the goal (forget touching the leaderboards). Land is expensive and dream sparks are more frustrating than enjoyable. If I hadn’t sunk so much into it I’d consider dropping it & wouldn’t recommend it if you’re a new player. If you want a world builder game mlp has one where you actually get characters (no blind boxes) and they have mini games, different boards, and you don’t need to spend money to progress/collect characters etc. There are many other world builders on the market that are much more reasonable Edit: the Cinderella update introduced a new mini game that regularly offers the opportunity for free token boxes - the above still stands but it’s an actual improvement, rare for this game so I wanted to at least acknowledge it. Edit 2: the Toy Story update seems to have broken the ad rewards mechanic so you can’t complete the daily quests or the event quests which impacts season pass rewards and reduces the amount of event currency available to players. Still doable but it takes longer and makes it more difficult.
PLEASE READ THIS
EVERYTHING IS TOO EXPENSIVE. I have put a considerable amount of real money into this game and yet I’m STILL low on in game currencies. Earning enough magic is so hard and clearing curses are way overpriced. Developers, is it really necessary to charge so much? Absolutely not! Literally one of the biggest reasons why I kept quitting this game. Gems are hard enough to acquire but even magic is just as torturous. Awful, awful prices in this fun game. BRING THE PRICES DOWN OR MAKE CURRENCY EASIER TO GET + IN LARGE AMOUNTS!

Fun with Disney Characters
I have taken off a star because they have flooded the game with simultaneous mini-events that prevent self-directed play. All the side events draw away characters and block game progress (and seem to be causing more crashing). I really enjoyed this game, unlocking the new characters one by one. Each collection has a story that usually refers back to those movies. They have made it nearly impossible to complete special events and upgrade the characters and attractions without real money purchases. It is theoretically possible to play without spending much money, but your progress will be slowed, your collections will be missing some characters, and you will be constantly frustrated and disappointed.

I used to love playing this game. Came across it again a couple days ago and I’m completely disappointed in the route it’s gone down. I’ve deleted it. I’m not wanting an ad to put up every time I complete a story quest. It never used to do this.

Fun to build one’s own park
I truly enjoy playing the game, I have been playing for 11 years I think. I won’t lie, I’m a bit frustrated right now because the game keeps closing on me, but I understand that they are working to resolve this issue. And my experience with their customer service group has been phenomenal. I highly recommend that you give this game a try.
Scam
This game pretty much forces you to spend money to help with events and get characters. I play this game A LOT and should be able to get characters and finish events. The last event I spent all the money I could and used all the diamonds I could and could still not complete it. In my opinion it was not winnable. Don’t waste your time and money. I am done with this game.

Honest review
I’ve been playing this game for years I feel as tho I got further before when you could buy decorations and stands I feel as tho that should’ve stayed and with the chests it should be like how it used to be where there was odd chances you could get the food stands and get enchanted chests , I feel the update had ruined the game experience and it takes too long to get further in the game. Became one of the games that I barely use because of the updates that have happened to it . I still play it here n there but if it returned to its original form the game would be more enjoyable and I’d feel as tho I’m getting somewhere in the game.

You need to add planes and planes fire and rescue all the characters to and seens the carriers everything also don’t forget tiger cruise more old Mickey every Old Mickey cartoon in the history of Disney even the old mostly forgotten ones not on Disney+ and add All the Percy Jackson’s and more just look for more Disney Animated and live action movies and shows even old cartoons and add them all basically have a major update don’t forget all the uncle Remus and all the stories and also the American dragon and more basically the ultimate major update don’t forget the Donald war cartoons and Disney Disney channel etc even all descendants tv shows and movies and same for zombies every one produced and just Disney and Disney channel and XD Etc.

Love the game only thing I’m not a fan of is that just doing a single characters quest can up to 12 hours or more. So if you’re downloading this game make sure you have lots of time. Me my self hasn’t even completed the game I still have a lot to unlock.
Could be amazing but greed for money
I was so excited to find this game, love the idea but unless your going to put your own money in it there’s no game play or purpose. You can’t do tasks without spending, it’s really poor on behalf of the game designers and Disney if they are affiliated

Customer support doesn’t exist
It’s been over 2 weeks since I sent a report to customer support about getting my account back and I haven’t heard anything other than the clowns here telling me to use the contact support button, which I did and they have yet to even say anything to me in game.
I love it But
The characters you unlock take a long time to get like all the materials to unlock the character also you sent a character to do a guest but it takes so long that you can’t get any gameplay. They take like lots of hours to complete and it get really boring after a while

I love this game but as others have mentioned at the end of an event it used to be £10 for a character you wanted but now some are £25 which is outrageous why be so greedy surely you would sell more at the cheaper price, it’s a great game but getting to expensive to play now

Of all the games that I have played on my iPad so far ,Disney Magic Kingdoms is definitely my favorite after Happy Color and DesignVille. I really enjoyed playing on Disney Magic Kingdoms a lot and I still am enjoying it a lot.
Games I would say is dead
So many forced ads to make you spend. Lost my old account that had spending on it and don’t remember when a deleted my PayPal I used for it long ago as I’m done with PayPal. or it was unlinked or deleted when new phone. Also, they put you in leader boards with end game people. Rigged, not worth playing if they going to rig you at the start. Games poorly optimized for old game. FPS drops and more. False advertising on first purchase removes all ads. They still give you ads to open chest and get gems which I might have to request refund as it’s false advertising Should be reported to on that part. Games lack luster, need faster progression or catch up for new players or returning and forced to start over. Gems need higher payouts. Also I say it’s one of the worst gacha games, no pity system. Appears no character reruns events. Some events maybe characters to get removed for good and can’t be gotten after event. Adding on, everyone should push states to pass don’t kill games. If they must shut it down make an offline version or give full refunds. Would be fair. One of those, if buying isn’t owning, then piracy isn’t stealing. If they don’t make game offline, people should get full refunds. Just need people to get younger people elected that don’t take bribes and we can get things like this passed. Young people are tired of bull. lol
I love this just one thing,
this game has literally been my childhood game I used to love this game when I was younger it’s so good yes some of the quests takes ages but that’s okayy!! it’s literally amazing just one thing I would add is that it would be cool if they added Miraculous Ladybug and Cat Noir it would be so cool!!
Debating continuing
I play this game every day. My main annoyance is now I’m a high level it’s like 6-12 million (I wish I was exaggerating) potions for a piece of land! But how do you get them? It seems no matter how many characters I send they can’t generate enough potions for the land and even if I did want to buy it (which it don’t) the highest amount of potions you can buy is just under 500,000 whuch isn’t even half a million! It’d be better if they reduced the amount of potions to the more reasonable - but still hard to do! - one million. Otherwise there’s no point carrying on cos there’s no land to put the stuff you’re winning in chests!
To many adverts!
It’s a good game but adverts pop up inbetween every task once you get to level 5 making it so frustrating to play, I deleted it after an evening of constant adverts. You can skip them after 7 ish seconds but it’s just non stop.
It’s a dream game for me….
I discovered this game about a month ago in an ad on YouTube, bought it and it’s really special… as of right now I am trying to replicate Disneyland, Anaheim, and Disney, California Adventure, in the limited space I have (kind of wish the train that goes around the park was an attraction for the kids, as a diehard train fan), but otherwise this game is a definite S tier, nothing I really hope that you guys can do is add some Disney Junior characters (Doc McStuffins, Sofia the First, Sheriff Callie, etc.) in the future, good luck, and Gameloft, I hope you all find success in this game just like you did with Minion Rush before Unity got it.

Money lost, progress lost
Really struggling to access previous saves, having to repeatedly start again, money spent and lost and super frustrating having to do the tutorial levels over and over *edit* customer service very good, issue rectified, back to playing!
2 minute ads! And $40 Premium Characters
This game was engaging but it has has jumped the shark lately. There are now 2 minute ads which are really one ad repeated 3 times to make up the 2 minutes. And the cost of some premium characters are $40 CAD. That is outrageous. And good luck trying to get the last character of an event. The drop rate is atrocious. With 8 days remaining I could not get enough ears / hats. And that happens with every event now. Not able to get past characters / attractions without paying real money for them. I joined the game almost 4 years ago, missed the Star Wars event and now cannot get Treadspeeder base for example. Or Poe or Finn. My days of supporting the game are over.
