Do not purchase the Boosts
Do not purchase any boosts. When you attempt to use them the game will show an error and then restart the app automatically. The support team is no help.

This is a good game but it has way too many adds that are way too long. You will spend more time watching adds than actually playing the game.
Confused
How do you advance? I’m at a level that says I need letter of recommendations? It won’t let me advance and keeps saying I have 26/28. Help

Doesn’t force you to watch ads and gives good amount of coins to upgrade . I like it
Annoying
The game cheats as you go and forces you to use/buy chef hats. They give you an unrealistic amount of time to serve a lot of customers (usually seconds), or sometimes they’ll give you only a few customers (ex: you’ll need to serve 18 customers, but they’ll only give you 10) so that you’re forced to watch ads or buy chef hats multiple times before you can simply complete the level.

Rigged levels
I noticed that whenever you’re doing great in the game they throw in so many hard levels, I reached the Arizona level and seen that I had 8 hard levels in a row. That’s ridiculous I shouldn’t have to spend almost 200 hats just to get letter recommendations to pass those levels. I genuinely don’t understand what’s the point of having so many hard levels in a row and the customers don’t act the same with the hard levels compared to the regular levels. Customers who give me 3 items in regular levels walk slower and ask for the most cheapest singular item in the game? Please fix it this is ridiculous.
Great game but it has some faults
I have been playing this game on and off for years and I really like it. It’s fun and I like the different food themes. The only thing that really annoys me is that some levels are definitely designed for you to fail so that you have to either watch an ad or make in app purchases. For example there are levels where you have to serve 20 customers within 50 seconds yet the customers slowly trickle in and you run out of time because it’s not possible. Other than that it’s a great game.
Disappointed. Can’t even play
I like the game but I haven’t been able to get the game to open on my phone for weeks. Super disappointing. Keeps saying “there is a problem communicating with the server” but my app is up to date.

The game keeps crashing, stating its lost internet connection but nothing else in my home is affected also my data is always on. Once this happens a life is taken or an item. I have contacted support many times who never responds. I have done both & still not had any response even though i have contacted numerous times regarding items & lives being taken. It’s pointless reaching out.

Errors and bugs
There a lot of bugs in this game match items is not being recongnised against customer request. Keeps happening and you end up loosing lives. Frustrating The developers must regular check that they eliminating the bugs as you move up the levels. Loads of errors in the Spicey level 25

Had this game for YEARS and I love it but lately the app itself have been messing up way too much, I had to start all the way from the beginning

It was good until it wasn’t
I played this game during downtime at work or before going to bed at night to unwind. I made it to level 110. Upgraded all meal items and cookware per level. Beat the 3 stages per level. Had earned chef hats and other game perks through the scratch off. Then boom, I opened the app and everything had disappeared like it was my first time playing the game. Reached out to app support and no response. Never again!!! Do not download this game.

Love the game but…
I love the game and it used to give me ads to watch if I couldn’t finish a level for extra time and now that has stopped, very annoyed because the time it gives you, is not enough time to get the customers you need to finish to try to get money out of you.
Game Great When It’s Not Glitching
Cook Off is a fantastic game to play when it's working as intended. However, recently, the game has been plagued by a mountain of glitches, making it virtually unplayable. These glitches range from random shutdowns to progress loss, severely hindering the overall experience. I'm hopeful that the developers will address and fix these issues promptly because I genuinely enjoy playing Cook Off and would love to continue doing so without interruptions.

Doesn’t want to load game
The game will not load. It says cannot connect to server. I’ve taken it off and put the game back and it still doesn’t work.
Levels
Love playing the game some levels are just way to hard to beat I have even spent money and still can’t beat the levels and same with the levels on the mansion
Impossible levels let this down
This is a fun game but when they call the levels “spicy” they mean impossible without paying for help to get through them. The customers don’t come through quick enough to make some levels achievable without paying for extra time so you have to wait for weeks to pass a level. Pretty stupid.

The game doesn’t work anymore
I haven’t played in a while but now that I’m attempting to it says “There was a problem communicating with the server. Please check your settings and hit the button to restart (StoreNotFound). Pressing on turns the screen black. 😒

Too many bugs, game crashes a lot

I’ve literally been stuck on the same level for about 3 days now. It’s a level where I have to serve so many dishes within a time frame. Yet I’m literally sat there waiting for customers to serve. I’m not failing due to the kitchen equipment not being quick enough or needing to upgrade the food. I’m failing because not enough customers are coming through to even give me a chance of completing it! I’m not gonna spend money just to pass one level and struggle again in the next. I really enjoyed this game before and then when the new stage was released I’ve been struggling with some levels in the same way

One issue needs fixing
No matter how good you are at this game, some games are impossible to win because there isn’t enough customers/ the requests take too long (esp the Canadian level). It’s frustrating that it’s more luck of the game, than actually playing properly. Otherwise, it would be a great game
Good Games Killed With Adverts
Good game but deleting the app due to the overload of adverts. It’s too much and you have one advert then another just to continue to play the game. It’s ridiculous.
Pass the time
I love my game but sometimes is really hard to pass a level. They say is not possible but it is. Sometimes I got tired of spend my hats and just get off the phone. Need to fix that. And give more gifts when we finish at least let us start with some coins if you gonna change it every time we pass to another one. Is for fun not for stress. Other than that need to low the prices for the hats. We need more food and stuff to spend the coins is not fun if we ended the chapter with so many coins to don’t use it. Hope the new houses coming soon
Trash game if you pay
The game worked fine until I paid for Addins. Once I started paying the game started crashing and will not let me continue unless I use my in-game currency. DONT PAY FOR ADDINS!
Good game
I really enjoy playing this game but I have two grumbles and they’re both to do with the ads. Firstly whenever I want to double coins the video(s) either don’t play and it goes straight to a black screen and I have to restart the game or it says unable to play video, I push the retry but nothing happens so I simply push continue button and an ad starts playing! Secondly if on the rare occasion that an ad does play it gets to the end of the ad and I then get booted off the game and never receive double coins. I know some developers rely on ads but if they are not going to work or make the game less enjoyable then I don’t see the point. This needs looking into and rectifying.
