Love this game but….
I love this game but after NY there is no update. They keep saying coming in next update, and I have been waiting for almost a year. Can someone help me?
Months for update
You can only play one location then it tells you the next don’t open until the next update which takes MONTHS. I used to love this game but I’m uninstalling
Stuck in New York
I love this game but I am stuck with only half of New York completed. When I select anything it just says coming with the new updates every time I update there is nothing. Am I going to be able to complete New York and then move onto the next city? This is one of my favourite games, but I’m starting to get annoyed and will lose interest if there’s no update soon.
Need more levels!
I have played this game for a few years and loved it. Hasn’t been updated in ages long time, with new levels.
Fun and Addicting but…
I’ve made it to level 5176 but they have taken forever updating ways to make more coins to help assist in levels. It’s really hard to get coins to upgrade items. I haven’t been able to make use of getting coins from watching Ads, and no one has been responsive in assistance for months. Disappointed and might soon delete.
I need some storage so I temporarily offload.

Worst cooking game, an ad after every board
This is more like an ad bank with a game on the side, only play this if you enjoy watching ads because they run a FORCED AD AFTER EVERY SINGLE BOARD, and you can’t even skip it either, you have to shut down and reload the game…after every time you reload the game you will be bombarded with an additional 7-10 pop-up ads before you even have control of the game, had to uninstall, it’s not even playable.
Love it but…
I love this game for a long time and i stoped playing it and deleted the app for a while and i downloaded it again and when i got to a specific level it stop going to the next level after completing it and i tried everything like restarting my phone to deleting the app and reinstalling it but nothing seems to work and i’m pretty unhappy because this was one of my favorite games to play and i can’t even play it no more.

Waiting for new levels
Currently finished all 80 levels in New York and have been waiting for the new levels to be released for months. Also been waiting on the new rooms in the cruise ship for a very long time. When will there be an update with the new levels?
Great game, needs faster updates
My favorite cooking game by far! But unfortunately I’ve beaten all the levels. I was so excited for the update last week to finally have new restaurants and levels only to finish in a week and now back to waiting…. Please update the levels faster! It’s such a fun game when I get to play.
Too hard
I love this game and this is the second time I’ve played it. Each time I get to level 60 and can’t go further because it’s so dang hard. Ease up a little! How is anyone supposed to play and enjoy it when it’s impossible around level 60??

Literally my favorite game to date! I just wish they would get updates out much sooner because I’m beating the levels and having to wait months at a time

Thought the game was cute….but I’m stuck on level 7. Keeps asking to tap to serve but the game doesn’t respond to my tapping. It’s kn the menu screen !!!

Did not get what I purchased
I loved playing this game and therefore made a few purchases to support the developers. However, I purchased a bundle/package with my 2 times the amount of diamonds reward from the Flamingo golden ticket purchase. I paid $29.99 for something I never got. After the purchase the game just kept saying “loading…”. The purchase receipt is in my purchases on my iPhone, but nothing I purchased is showing up in the game. Please, please, please give me what I purchased. I will update my review if/when my issue is resolved.

What’s with the ads and when will there be a new city???
This used to be my favorite cooking game, however, I have to only give it two stars now. I have spent probably close to $100 over the years, and I didn’t mind because it was a great game. Recently though, I am getting hit up with ads after every couple levels - I have spent more than enough on this game that I should never have to see an ad unless I choose to. I have completed all the levels and earned every star, so I don’t play as often as I did, because heads up, it’s not that fun to just play the same super hard levels over and over in the tournament of champions. It’s boring - will more cities be added after Copenhagen?? It’s been a couple years since any new cities were added. If the ads continue for those of us who have made multiple in app purchases and no new cities are coming online soon, I’ll have to delete. Not to start over, but to get rid of the game. It’s not fun to just keep playing the same tired levels over and over and it’s definitely not worth wasting my time on annoying ads.

Starting at level 50, it is extremely difficult. I have to use gems multiple times EACH star just to be able to pass bc the customer is either too impatient or I don’t have enough money (even though I have all upgrades). Please readjust the difficulty.

Not Good
Downloaded it and removed it 5 minutes later, it kept restarting the game 3-4 times , just played one round then it crashed
Excellent game in many ways…. BUT……..
First of all I love your game. Many excellent and awesome features about it, though not as of yet perfect but reslly good as a whole. As a con that I have been noticing though, is that your updates TAKE FOREVER to accomplish. To add to that the app has to be OPEN THE WHOLE TIME THE UPDATE IS BEING DONE. This can be difficult especially if we are not working with the very best internet connection, the update will suddenly conk out and then we have to restart. I am hoping that somewhere along the road this can be improved. Also there are some placements of additional ‘foodstuff’ in higher levels in the game which seems more detrimental to the process rather than game-challenging. I have seen examples of this here and there but sadly I have not been able to document them. I just would like to mention them here somehow as reference. Again over all an excellent game.

Why can’t I get to level 41?! I understand if everything needs to be upgraded first, but I can’t replay levels so am unsure how to get enough coins. Love the game tho, I’d like to keep playing!
Developers are not creating new content
It’s been a year since a new restaurant. I would not recommend this game for that reason. It’s fun, but it’s obvious they are not creating new content for the game any longer.

So many ads every way, want a free gift watch a ad, want the daily reward watch a ads, do anything watch a ad. Ok, I get it, watch ads for free things, but not suddenly automatically a ads start playing thought…. So now you are telling we have to watch ads in order to play this game? No thank you
When can we start playing the new version
I have been asking you guys for 7 months about the new version and y’all keep saying we are working on it.. there is a preview of it in the App Store but can’t download it.. I’m just checking now on any updates.. I absolutely love this game and I want to thank you guys

Great Game but…
I’ve had this game for months now and overall is one if not my personal favorite cooking game. One of the reasons why is its challenging and I didn’t need to fork over money to get extra items for levels. Lately however, I’ve noticed that I’ll have upgraded every item for my kitchen and even at its full upgrade it still wasn’t enough for some of the level. Yes, I know there are options to watch videos for boaster; yet, the keep the customers happy levels. As you progress in a restaurant is nearly impossible to do it without a boaster or two. Their happy decreases at such a rapid level it’s ridiculous! At least make something where we can update something in the store to increase their patience. The interface is a little slow to for some of the ingredients, especially on the side. When I’m pressing it most times it’s not adding that ingredient, please fix

I’ve been waiting for a new update on the boat. This game gets pretty boring when you can’t decorate the boat.
Good game but there are some things that need to fix
At first, I love the designs and everything in the game but I noticed some words are missing or make wrong word. About the scores of the players who play this game, these scores are all same - 6090, not different score which is strange. The players are placed in different numbers - 1st to last, but these scores always show the same number - 6090. Also, I found something strange - the players’ info keep informs us that they have same name and score - Copenhagen 160-3.
Good game
I enjoy playing this game however it’s annoying having to wait for updates.
Fun but frustrating
On every restaurant so far there seems to be at least one ingredient, if not more, that are so weirdly colored that you can never tell which order gets the item or not. Can’t serve something? Just add the weird colored item and you’re good. But then you lose the level because you didn’t get the required amount of likes because you can’t see the orders.
Event Restaurants
What happened to the rest of the event restaurants? Used to play this game every day, something has changed, sadly not for the better.
TERRIBLE!!!
These guys are something else. You start us out making us think that we’re winning. Then it starts getting EXPENSIVE! You actually want us to start putting in money just to buy the extras you need for the game. PLEASE SPARE ME! You don’t deserve the one star I gave you! I will be deleting this crap immediately!

Upsell much?!
Getting really sick and tired of the constant attempts for in app purchases. It’s taking away from my enjoyment of the game & is pissing me off. You don’t need to constantly try to get us to upgrade. I can hardly play without click bait overwhelming the menu. Stop it.

I love the game and playing it so much but I got to a point where there are no more levels to play and I’m only in the second area of restaurants help?!
