More specialties, maybe come up with more expansions
The game is awesome to play and just weirdly satisfying to unlock new specialists offices, treatment rooms and curing patients. However it would be more pleasant to play if there are more specialties room such as neurology, orthopaedics, plastic surgery etc. and more variety of patients (diseases)
LOST YEARS OF PROGRESS
I did the game update, open the game, and MULTIPLE YEARS OF progress and hard work is all gone. I am so angry and devastated. All my facilities and coins and diamonds are gone. How can they let this happen?? Please, I urge you to fix my issue.

It’s a really good game, totally additive but I’ve had to give it low stars as you can’t play this game properly unless you pay weekly. Paying a subscription means you have unlimited storage space in the warehouse, without this the games useless.

Was playing the game solid for a week spent quite abit of money buying diamonds. Built up quite the hospital. Didn’t play it for a day as I was in hospital myself. Go to play it and my whole game has gone.! And I’m having to start again.! Really not very happy at all.! 😡🤬

Очень нравится игра, дошла до 39 уровня и все остановилось, ни заданий, ни обновлений. Родильную палату никак не отроют. Хочется жизни в игры добавить, активностей.

Уважаемые разработчики , невозможно играть постоянно выходит ошибка нет соединения , очень хочется поиграть но пытаешься по 50 раз зайти и уже желание пропадает !
Difficulty curve too quick
Good game, but the difficulty curve comes too quickly at around level 12/13, making it really difficult to keep patients alive/ happy/ cured and it makes the whole experience very stressful for me and makes me give up the game.

Great game but game glitches and lost all diamonds
Loving the game but really annoyed I just purchased my piggy bank for 1500 diamonds and the money was taken but the game glitched and reset and I lost the diamonds but was still charged

Needs to be improved
This game starts out really fun and its very addicting in a good way however eventhough getting blueprints is not very hard and i appreciate the fact paying is not necessary at all in this game which is amazing, the amount you need to do anything feels so excessive it takes so many days to get them. Maybe it wouldn't feel so daunting if the ads were available but for some reason after a few days the man that offers deals in exchange of watching ads does not come and its very frustrating. This game is good but progress is kind of slow, the amounts needed for expansions definately needs to be changed

This game is really fun and I find it very addictive but in a good way. My only issue is: I don’t know how to break the piggy bank thing because the only way to claim it for me (even if it’s full)is paying to break it.

Background noise needs to be less repetitive!!
It’s quite a good game, and the background noise can be used as white noise. I find though, that if I take the music off, and the sound effects, with just background talking, all I keep hearing is some foreign doctor/nurse shouting “IT’S NOT IMPORTANT!”, which makes me tut, because she says it in such a nagging way, then some woman with an american accent says “What just happened?”, a male shouting “Rob!”, and I also hear a male saying “Thanks very much!”, while laughing. None of the background chatter adds up. 😆Maybe you could add in random calming noises, instead of the background talk.

Ok game and could be great but not any help section that I can find and lots of things in the warehouse taking up space that I have no idea what to do with. Expansion not possible without spending money and no room left for new rooms. Was ok to start with but within a few days I am frustrated and confused so going to try something else.

I love this game, I play it daily but the only problem I have is the coins not being collected automatically. Instead of repeatedly having to click on each room to collect the coins. I also don’t like how long you have to wait for rooms to be finished.

Fun game but why is the warehouse full? I’ve bought medicine but I can’t collect it. Think you’re asking a bit much for expansions too.
Better than Theme Hospital
This game is similar and better than Theme Hospital. When you place hospital rooms, you don’t have to place the objects because the objects are already there.
Makes me mad
When it says you can build your own hospital you can’t it’s always you everything that you can do and I find it really glitchy and a bit young

It’s a really brilliant game and I recommend it but it could be better because sometimes you just look around at this game and there’s nothing to do (still love it though)

Constant connection issues
I really like the game but I’m getting far too many connection issue messages. It’s happening at least every 5 minutes and then I have to reload the game. There’s nothing wrong with my wifi so I know that’s not where the problem is. It’s a shame, because the game otherwise, is really good.

Love the game but why is it my wife and I are on the same level but on her daily tasks she get 1050 blue stars for everything and I only get 50 blue stars 😡 how can that be
Same experience as last time
Played a few years ago. It’s a good game, and if you play it intelligently and develop very slowly you can make fast progress up the ratings by curing the easy patients. However the developers don’t like you playing this way, because they want you to pay as you go. So they ban you from being involved in certain aspects of the game like daily challenges and stop you earning medals. If you ask why, they accuse you of cheating. So if you want to be fully involved in the game, you have to pay otherwise you will be treated the same.
Great game but…..
Been completely honest I have enjoyed this game, sure it’s got limitations, progression is very slow, you will often be given task which are a few levels above you but I’m glad to see you can progress without spending money on gems etc which are frequently given away, I just wish they would rebalance things a bit. The main reason why it’s one star is that it’s rapidly becoming unplayable, you will constantly get reconnection errors and at time claims the service is down for servicing and because of that the game is days away from been deleted.
Tech issue
Doing really well in the game, enjoying it. Playing the game daily. Now I can’t even load it up. It recognises that I have logged in then it just says loading where the green bar loads up but only gets quarter of the day.
Needs more levels
Great game would give 5 stars if there were more levels only 50 then nothing more to build
