Long waits to get more space for rooms
I notice that it takes too long to unlock sreas for rooms unless you use gems for vouchers. This is annoying especially as you keep being asked to build treatment rooms but apart from that i love the game.

Needs one major change
There’s so much going on in the game that playing with the sound on is incredibly helpful. Except one. For what ever reason the ONLY patient interaction sound is when they get a drink. They have a gulping sound attached to it and it happens every few seconds once a hospital gets big enough. It’s like they heard a lot of people REALLY hate mouth sounds and went out of their way to find the most annoying one possible, make it the only patient sound in the game, and then make it trigger 30 times a minute. If that sound was removed, trash cans were added to reduce mess, more decorative options were cash instead of gems, and remove the heater and greenery aspect the game would be better
Great game, but I have a suggestion.
I love the amount of items you can buy to entertain patients, scooters, bookshelf, etc. but I have a recommendation where you can buy a entertainment show it’s size would be about the size of a staff room it’s cost is 100 gems and you would have a new type of staff called entertainer, they would keep up the patients mood, and you can put items like joker hats, face masks, and more. I think it’s a good idea. If the patient likes the show, there mood would go up 50+, again if you think this needs adding just respond and I’ll think of more ideas. You can always tinker around if you think this is too op or not op enough. I hope this idea gets added into the game it’d be fun and a nice touch. - Blake

Great game, distasteful portrayal of mental health
The game itself is great, would recommend but it incorrectly depicts OCD perpetuating harmful stereotypes for example there is a patient with “CDO” the description being “OCD but the letters are alphabetical how there supposed to be” (I'm paraphrasing) Such a Shame it puts a real dampener on a great game :(
Now I remember why I stopped playing this game…
This game has so many bugs it’s not even funny…. I love this game but I don’t want to play it anymore because of there being so many problems I even tried to restart the game and that didn’t work I even deleted the game and got it again to see if that would help but it didn’t do anything at all….so if you fix the bugs on the game I will try to play it again but until then NO! Sorry….

Horrible players all have a gang & manipulate all the servers
After playing for about a year, I now surmise that this is more of drug running operation than a game, the level of attention that a few players do to make it look like a busy game when in fact its the same few people operating several accounts, outcasting any player (who essentially isn’t just the same few people) into submitting & quitting the game altogether, not fun at all & a horrible feeling you are left to absorb
Addictive game to enjoy
Been playing this games for a bit now and I fully enjoy it! I’m in a lovely union who help make the game fun, I think that’s what needed to proper enjoy this game- a good team! ☺️ The events keep you coming back too and when the Superpass event is on everyone seems to enjoy that aswell! My negative is that the Crystals are hard to collect to help level up your elite staff special abilities, so that takes a while but hoping that the events give good prizes to help you like they did on the Christmas one! Looking forward to what come next

Difficult to keep playing
It’s so hard to rearrange rooms and furnitures in this game. Even I can do nothing for furnitures placed in specific places, only getting warning message.
Challenge Not Working
I love this game but since the update my challenges don’t work, I just have a green screen and have to come out of the game and reload :(
Confusing!!
I’m new to this game and it’s a really good BUT!!! there should be a better understanding of this game, with the characters, there is little to no explanation on 1. How to save a dying character, and just putting them in the queue is not helping 2. No explanation on HOW AND WHEN to level up doctors nurses.. etc 3. What are the experience points do for the characters 4. Leveling up rooms , how does it help? Again , being a new person to this game, it’s very confusing and frustrating, it looks like you spend more money on buying upgrades than you do trying to learn it , and I’m not spending my money on something with very little explanation, i can play my PS5 if that’s the case
Adverts
I love this game so much I would give it 5 stars! But since now you are putting adverts in between the game im not as happy and enjoying the game due to it interrupting my game play…theirs no need for it…really ruining the experience. Specifically when I first started playing their was no adverts before?? 🤔🤨

Player very impressed by this game
I have been playing this game for a VERY long time and I never got bored of it. But I’m not very happy with the chat. People r being very rude.
Bugs
When I get off the game & come back, it doesn’t have any offline progress saved. I even selected the option to have it active while I’m offline, very disappointing. What is the most disappointing is the fact that I can click off the app for 5 seconds & it clears my whole hospital 😢
Cute and fun but slow
It’s really cute and you look forward to the new rooms or fancy doctors. It’s just happens way to slow. It’s a lot of just keeping the game open and no interaction. More interaction would be fun
The game is unfair for pc players
The game is good but unlucky for me i started on pc and spent time/money on it without realizing how unfair it is for pc players i have just started on phone and the difference is too huge
Good but don’t pay for anything
Used to like this game, however several issues after updates, I stopped playing because after the most recent update I as well as many other players lost game features we paid for (in my cause dormancy district but others have lost more) as well as several levels on characters that took forever grinding to get because of the style of gameplay if you want to play cool but I advise against paying for any features in case you lose your money like I did

Hi everyone!! If you wanted to know this game has some miner issues as most games do. The game is very addictive and fun to play! Also you can be very creative with how you create your hospital. I want to get a opportunity when I’m older to become a medical officer or in range of medial options! This game is amazing and feels as if you were a real medical responder. Ke ep up the good work and updates. :D
Fun game until...
It was a pretty fun game until I unlocked the latest patient. Autism. And it’s treated with electroshock therapy. Yeah, the game has a mix of real and fake illnesses. But the autism thing is a bit too far.
Requires a lot of time
Love this game, but if you intend on participating in tournaments for rewards it can be overly time consuming. Waiting 30 minutes after a cleared task is way too long. The perfect emergencies don’t give enough points for tournaments either and cost diamonds if you want the full 300 which is excessive.
Awesome
I love this game it’s so fun but I do wish that the patients would come in slower and more throughout the day, cause when I finish the patients I have nothing to do. I’m also constantly running out of room. I just can’t upgrade fast enough. But I also really like that this game is not addictive so it’s better for ur mental health. But I still come back to it cause it’s fun. I never have felt bored at this game! ;) : D

Game isn’t letting me rearrange my hospital everytime i try to save it says still in construction finish layout so 1 star till that’s fixed
Easter
I really like this game but I had finally gotten enough Easter egg for the egg tree and I bought it and it’s not there it’s not in my bag or anywhere but my eggs are gone so I can’t buy it again
Glitchy and sometimes confusing
Patients don’t go where they’re supposed to, they wander in circles. Buttons sometimes don’t work and game has to be restarted for them to work again. Quests are not explained and sometimes it addresses something that you haven’t done yet. Patients do not flow steadily; if you let the screen go black all of a sudden you have an empty hospital again, even in the middle of challenges. Cash spends MUCH quicker than it is received. Overall the game is cute, but I’ve had to restart it a lot based on issues in gameplay, which then makes me have to wait for a bunch of new patients. With a little work it could be really great.

Cool so far but most buttons are responsive about half the time, which is really frustrating.

Current update are pure greed and ruined game
Current update are pure greed and ruined game So what have a decent system of iap. Get people to buy everything then turn to very greedy tactics to push more profit after already over charged for staff to begin with.. Have a nice time, no more spending from me and most likely I will delete it soon if not become more reasonable.
Weird levels?
So basically I got to level 9 ( or at least should of have) and it said I had more than 17000exp and it was not level nine
Slow game
It’s fun at first but I’ve been playing for more than a week and It took me like 3 days just to get to level 10, money also is slowish. Not the best game unless you have some great patience.
Slow and confusing
The game goes at a slow pace. There’s not a lot of instruction or “tutorial” on what to do. It’s kinda confusing. What does the red dot on staff mean? If a staff members ability isn’t high enough to cure how can we make it higher or know what ability needs to be at to cure? Please give more of a tutorial period than just how to buy and place pharmacy stuff. Otherwise it’s a cute game.

I got a new iPhone, did all the steps with game center. I set up my old game center in my new device and nothing! All the money and time I spent in the game all for nothing!

Really was a fan when I started playing. And now I hate the game. It’s glitchy, patients leave when they’re feeling like it. Not when a meter gets to 0. Staff doesn’t do anything besides play games in the game room. They’re never in their room. Nothing I want upgrades even though it says it’s available. I really hate this game now.
Could be good
Definitely could be a decent game. Used to play this on mobile and loved it but for some reason on tablet I am unable to drag staff where i need or want them which causes issues
