Nonstarter
I first get to the tent and I comply with the instruction to tap on the tent. I do then the game tells me to tap the button. I end up pushing everywhere. Nothing at all happens. I don’t regress or progress into the game. I deleted and downloaded it 3 or 4 times. Same thing. My other games I tried work fine. Non starter. What’s going on?
Great game
It is a great game but sometimes that changes come too quickly. You start to work them in and a updates happens.
Server issue?
I enjoyed this game when it came out. Just random play since it takes so much energy to do stuff. But one day I was unable to play. Tried waaaay too many times over the course of a few weeks and still nothing. Uninstalled, reinstalled… just an “uh oh. There is an issue loading, please restart the game”.. So I just deleted the app hoping an update later down the road would fix it. Just redownloaded today (MONTHS later) and still the same old Uh Oh message.. guess I won’t be playing this anymore since it’s still not fixed.

Loading has been terrible. Also just terrible game in general. Gets you hooked but, then need to spend money to keep playing. Takes far too long for energy to reload on the game itself. Not worth it.

Can no longer load game
Have loved this game for a long time, but it takes up so much room on my IPad that I can’t install latest update, so can no longer play. I’ve stripped out almost everything on device, but game still too bloated to load. Data takes up 12.52 GB, much more than anything else except the system itself. Anyway to decrease that so I can play? Your auto bot suggests downloading to SD card—don’t have a way to do that on my iPad.

No new storyline
This used to be my favorite game. Apparently they have quit making new storylines and just keep repeating ones from years past. This is too bad, considering they have did some really good stories. They were very creative and entertaining. Also, it would be nice to be able to do more with the camp area and items earned.
Good game but technical problems all the time
This game is fun but several times a week I have to delete the app and reload because their server goes down frequently. That’s incredibly annoying. The server is ALWAYS crashing. After playing this game for a long time, one morning the game just froze and I was unable to do anything. I tried resetting my device. That didn’t work. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and that didn’t work either. The game was completely frozen mid task so I couldn’t even see any other taskbars so I couldn’t contact support. I lost the gems I bought and all my points. They need to get it together if they’re going to charge that much for things in the game

Technical and energy problems
This game is in the last couple days has been terrible with slow loading or unable to load, plus when you cut something it takes 20 seconds to respond. I have mentioned several times about the amount of energy it takes to cut down one thing. Never get anything done about it, just a thank you for letting us know. But never changes. Probably going to just quit game completely and delete.

I have a very specific way I like to play this game. It requires patience since energy goes fast. I clear the fog and then gather stones. It takes a long time AND I WAS JUST COLLECTING STONES WHEN YOU FORCED ME INTO THAT STUPID MOVIE EVENT AND I CANT GET BACK TO THE LAND I WAS IN!!! I WONT BE COMING BACK SOON!!!
progress stopped
Haven't been able to progress past the "Center of Gravity" map. It's been stuck there for a very long time waiting for the game to update for the next map. Is that the last map?
Stop giving animal food to people on level over 200
There’s no reason for giving animal food if you’re over level 200 and on endless island you do the honeycomb treasure and you land on the animal food when you have no use for it because you don’t get anymore animals and the animals you have can’t grow anymore and it’s annoying, it should be taken out after you reach a level it’s not needed, Thank You

Love the game, I’m a level 42, but unless you want to spend a fortune not much sense in playing. Really terrible energy usage , just cut a small weed or dig small rock and amount of energy is half to 3/4 gone. But if you like being broke, and getting 5 minutes of play, it’s your game. Im waiting till I run out of power then game over for me. This game is fun as long as you spend every cent you have on power and rubies, which may last 5 minutes…. Well didn’t take long! Can’t gain enough energy to move me or anything else. Don’t bother buying their energy packets. Won’t last long enough to help. They have enough trash to chop thru before hitting3 something useful , your just losing money. It’s a real money sucker :( Also why are all your reviews 3 years old or more ?**********.When are you going to update the game, been stuck on the same level for about 2 months. Keep having mini games, but no going forward on main game************
Not able to complete task
Once upon a time I loved this game,now the game often gets stuck and doesn’t allow you to complete task.Several times I’ve contacted customer support and issues are not always resolved.I made it to the end of the quest 2 months ago, the final part doesn’t end and I’m not able to collect the gifts when you complete a mission.

I couldn’t believe the new update and the amount of food you have to have to make one item! It took long enough before, but adding new fruits and items is such a waste of time! Let’s talk about the colored gems needed, never enough found. The game was my fave, but now it’s just ridiculous!

The art work has become more cartoony, the main ‘story’ has become an afterthought seemingly and the temporary story lines have become pay to win.

Live this game but I am so not wasting anymore energy trying to do the little side games..takes way to much energy which is very hard to come by..elderly & on fixed income & cannot afford to waste money on games…would be a GREAT game if you allowed a little more access to free energy…I will only be playing main farm from now on…

Atlantis Odyssey is an excellent App. It kind of help a person to unwind and take of their minds after a day’s work. However, the prices of Gems and Energy is getting ridiculously high wherein the cost is too much. The energy being required is gradually getting higher. That is why I sometimes backed off in Special events. To price for winning is more than energy or gems spent which more mini. I hope you do something about your pricing. Remember this is just a game to enjoy not to be avoiding it because of the money involved.

Love this game but since recent update on my iPad the game keeps switching off and I have to keep restarting.
Impossible to play without spending
Good for first couple of days and then energy just runs out so fast you get about 30 seconds of play at a time without spending money.

The first chapter is great, there is loads of energy and then things go downhill after that. Stop start constantly, which is frustrating. Also so, limited to beds and planting. Great concept but needs a few adjustments
