There is literally no support. You click on it and it just freezes every time and after every update. This game is a joke.

Please fix glitches happens to often, game is froze no updates required, I cannot contact for help through the app, even removed it and installed it again many times. I been playing this for many years only game I have found I like by the looks of it.

I was fun but now I can’t do anything it just say tutorial ended. I even but the survivor pack and now I can’t play the game.

This game is really fun, but OMG the amount of ads that you have to watch when playing this game is absolutely ridiculous way too many ads

The game is fun! The ability to move forward is tedious Can’t sell anything. It’s a farm youre supposed to sell items you produce It seems more geared to people who spend regularly to play I’m sure I won’t continue as at level 46 it’s no better. Haven’t gained access to anywhere in months

Can’t reach support
Fun, at first…
I liked the game at first because it had promise. I was able to get the lemur and got his energy return level up pretty good, but then the designer messed with the game and dropped his energy return all the way down to eleven! They took away all his outfits too. Then I noticed that they kept playing the same temporary islands over again which made it boring. Then they decided to force the player into watching ads which sometimes dragged you off the game to the website of the ad! But the worst aspect of the game are the pop ups! Constantly having to turn one off. Every time you make an action there goes another pop up! Irritating as all get out. Then they are always forcing you into a tutorial. Treating us like an idiot. I certainly don’t need a tutorial like a 4 year old does. Complaining falls on deaf ears and frankly I think they lost their coder(s). So bye bye- I’ll find something else to waste my time😁
Not getting my prize
This game has me perplexed, each time I play a game and I place in the top five, my prizes don’t show up? I’m about to stop playing because it’s frustrating. When I don’t see the prizes, I think it’s a glitch, so I close the app and go back in and still nothing😤
scammed by money ads
i loved this game and spend a few dollars here and there to help me out. well i saw a good deal where it said free give with any purchase with items. i purchased a 4.99 pack with like 400 energy. and my free gift was suppose to give 400 more plus other special items. it really upset me and makes me want to quit playing. it’s too easy to run out of energy. i tried to go to the support page but it never loads to open
Level 102
When you reach level 102, there is nothing more apart from more completing tasks and the same island challenges. App deleted
NO SUPPORT OR IMPROVEMENTS
The game was fun and family friendly, but it seems the developers bailed on it. There haven't been new challenges in a long time. You can't access help anymore either. They still have an overabundance of pop ups asking for money though. I suggest you not pay/buy from them.

This is game is not working I was on level 30 and had to delete it I spend so much money on this game and I played to get to level 30 and it's stops working Now I have to restart everything and it's still not working Please fix thank you.
Ads and Apple
Ads are longer, much longer than the energy is worth on my Apple cell. My recently broken Android played 10 second ads for energy and sometimes around 28 seconds I believe. I love the game. Played for right around 6 yrs. Now I have an Apple cell and the ads play for over 60 seconds. I became aware there is a difference in game play and game options played on Android vs Apple. Apple has more ads and longer ads than Android. Curious who controls that and why so significantly more and longer ads between the two. Can we have a fair and reasonable player voting opportunity to reduce the ad frequency and ad time? Thank you very much.
Could be decent…
Stingy with energy (baseline energy is 69, rather than 100). Few ways to earn energy. Some areas say “unable to reach” even when there is literally nothing in the way. Expect to only play for about 3 - 4 minutes at a time unless you’re willing to pay to play this mediocre game.

Game is broken
I have been playing this game for years and now it is stuck on “finish tutorial” for a week already. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times and nothing fixes it. There is also no way to reach the developers as I have tried that many times as well. I would like the money back I spent on the in app purchases. Loved this game but they have not updated it in years and when the game gets stuck there is no way to reach anyone to fix it. Don’t download this game. If you do don’t waste your money on the I app purchases because when the game gets stuck you will get no help.
Glitches
I have been playing this game for two years- addicted. But recently with the last update it seems to have glitched because all the islands I opened have locked back up again and features I had before no longer work. I am on level 102 and I’m losing interest because it’s. It working right and no one will answer me from support.

Love the game but it is now stuck on update. Only getting to 20%. There is plenty of space and only using about 60% on iPad. Very disappointing. This is the second time this has happened and I had to start from scratch last time after getting to a level of over 30
It was good until……
I’ve been playing this almost daily for quite a while, enjoyed relaxing with it and slowly building it up, until yesterday. Suddenly it has me locked on a screen and no matter what I do it just keeps telling me to “finish the tutorial “ I’ve reinstalled it numerous times and it goes right back to this spot again. 😩 Please help, my cow must miss me by now.

Bermuda adventure game is very fun to play with. It does need a little skill to find stuff that you need to complete it. I do love to play this game in my relaxing time.

Too much energy
It’s a great game but agree with other reviewers that it does need too much energy to do any of the tasks and it’s almost impossible to complete the temporary quests because it eats so much energy..If you wanted to complete the quests you would have to buy energy which I have a few times but refuse to do this on regular bases.. might just not bother anymore tbf.

This game was ok until the latest update, they have taken all energy rewards away for watching ads, its hard to do any of the tasks without energy I’m on the game 10 mins and I have ran out of energy think I will select the game I have made many purchases on the game but will not be buying again as it’s a waste of money because the energy and diamonds run out in minutes!
Fun and frustrating
Similar to family island but the dialogue is better. The rewards are small so you can only do a few things with the energy you have. It’s hard to play this game and enjoy it unless you pay for things. You play for about two minutes before you can’t do anything. It would be a great game if you could actually play it.

There are to many tutorials, it won’t let you move on to play without finishing the tutorial.. and you have to pay a lot of money to the game just to get energy. I’m sorry but I’m not investing money to a game that is constantly telling me how to play. It’s fun for me to just figure it out and just play the game. I don’t even like the fact that it makes you read what the characters are saying.

Cant zoom out
I started playing this game as an alternative to Family Island and it’s cute. As a Native person I like that the family isn’t white - what can I say, representation matters. However, one thing that drives me nuts is that you can’t zoom out far enough to see 75-100% of the island on the screen. For some reason, it’s super disorienting to my brain to not know how much of the island I have left to complete and what the path to get to the end might look like. I honestly might quit playing because of that. I know it’s totally a weird reason, but it just wigs my brain out. Developers, if there’s anyway you could change this it would be much appreciated.

I love playing this game but there is not enough energy to play for a while I hardly get any keys for chests it’s spoiling a great game so unless you buy energy it’s annoying and now today my game won’t load you spend all that time and energy to upgrade your space and it gives you space for about 4 more things don’t want to but think I’m going to delete the game
Annoying
Could have been a good game but repeatedly boringly annoying dialogue…you are continually pressing the skip button. Don’t play unless you want invest in purchasing ample enough energy everyday. Also you keep on being prompted to purchase, turn one prompt off and you are bombarded with three more purchase prompts one after the other until the game allows you to continue. This happens too frequent a long with repetitive dialogue for me to enjoy the game let alone stay interested in playing it…many more games out there similar with less greed and annoyance

I downloaded this game because I enjoy Family Island and it’s so similar. However this game has too many pop up ads to get you to buy more gems and the characters constantly interrupt game play to “chat” about the adventure. Even with the ability to skip once it pops up, it still stops the game play which is particularly annoying when your on a roll working through an island. I’m deleting the app because the constant annoyance has taken all the fun away.
Brilliant - love it!
I absolutely love this game, been playing for over a year - yes that’s dedication! 😆 I love the see new islands & missions pop up, really fun to play & complete the tasks. Only issue is sometimes the items you need to complete certain tasks take ages to get or you will need to pay real money out to get items quicker if you want to complete islands, if you don’t have them you cannot complete. You should make things a little easier, like the boxes with keys.. I don't always have gloves or matches in my inventory so I cannot complete or the time runs out when I do aquire the items I need. This aside I really enjoy playing this game & have just unlocked the amusement area on main island.
Abandoned?
No new islands, the ability to open our main island is gone, the same 6-8 quests over and over and nothing to do for level 102 onwards. You took away a great Customer Support team and replaced it with useless AI. I feel you (as developers) have abandoned the game. I am sadly deleting, you don’t get to collect money for a game you no longer even code for.
Update Error
Today I had to do an update. Shortly after starting starting the game, an ad came up as usual but now all I get is a black screen. I shut it down and started it back up and that black screen has not gone away.
Sick of restarting every few days
Game froze after two days stuck saying finish tutorial yet I’ve done tutorial etc. Tried reinstalling and lost all my data restarted game for same thing to happen after a few days 😡
Ok But problem with ads
Could be a good game but two problems with their ads. First you will get bombarded with multiple popup ads from time to time. Like 4-8 popups in a row. Irritating but you can work thru it. The big ad problem is many times after watching an ad the reward (energy or gems) is not given. Very frustrating. And the in game support is all automated with no one monitoring it so no response and no resolution that way.
