I to really enjoy this game, but like everyone else there are to many glitches or you get kicked off the game. Sometimes I even have to completely restart the game. Ads sometimes turn screen black and don’t come up. Don’t always get points or items I should get. Hope you fix this game soon or I will be deleting it. Gets to frustrating.

The game is fun and affordable. I do believe though that when your barn is getting full you should be able to through planting new crops decrease the full and not have to continue upgrading. It also freezes at times when going for rewards or ads and goes back to the app icon and have to start again.
Great game but recently glitchy
Please fix the recent glitches with the latest update. Great game, very enjoyable and nostalgic of my days in FarmVille on Facebook. However is seems lately many of the events are glitchy. Currently the Western pass is glitched out, this morning the alliance competition Cowboy Race would not recognize any of my item collects. Both of these events are time bound and have rewards, and it appears to not be affecting everyone as other alliances are still gaining points. I left this game for over a year because of this and came back about a week ago. While not as bad as when I left it is disheartening to see these glitches still so prevalent. I typically like to buy the western pass booster because I do not mind supporting a game I enjoy however I don’t feel comfortable just throwing away cash and not getting what I pay for. These issues need to be addressed both from a play quality standpoint and a consumer satisfaction lens. Once these are fixed every player needs to be compensated with a free western pass booster for the next event to compensate those who paid for something they can’t make use of. Otherwise highly enjoyable and worth 4-5 stars if the fix these recent issues.
Relaxing but glitchy
I’ve been playing this game for quite awhile- years. I like that it is easy to play but challenging enough to hold my attention. I like the co-op that I am in. We are friendly but quiet. What I don’t like is the frequent glitches- some tasks that I complete don’t count and during a challenge that is time sensitive time and resources are wasted with no recourse. Parts of the town become unplayable or inaccessible. This happens often after an update- more often than not lately. It gets frustrating.

There is to many glitches in the game. Even in events the game doesn’t give you the right count so there is no way to compete. If all the glitches could be fixed the game would be fun. Apparently the owners of this game need new people for the technical side to straighten it out.
Where are the FAQ?
Having difficulties producing jewelry. Can finally make the ring that no one seems to want but can’t figure out the earrings. There are no instructions and frankly, I’m stuck. Can’t you provide some sort of help with these things? Other than that, I’m enjoying the game.

Unable to send ships to pick up supplies, I’ve tried everything including re-downloading the game. Always seemed to be something going on with this, game that doesn’t work. I’ve been playing it for five years and we keep getting these glitches
Overall good game but…
Homestead is really fun non stop farming game, can’t get enough. But devs i’m experiencing a tapping issue were it only lets me click bakery for example once, interact, then i can’t press again, i get his also with the feed maker. if this could get fix thankyou
Super glitchy
This game is super glitchy. I have paid for 3 separate mini games that have just froze or did not count product I collected. I did enjoy playing but the glitches are just too much.

Recently downloaded this game for my iPad. I like the idea of the game but the game keeps freezing after a few minutes of play. Have to fully exit and force close the game to get back to playing. Also it doesn’t track your “helps” to your friends. I helped 2 friends fill their carts but my help status is at zero. I won’t put any real money into this game nor increase the star rating until these and other issues are fixed. It also appears that customer service is non existent. I have been playing “Township” for years and it’s definitely a better game with an actual customer service team. If I were you, I’d wait to see if the developers actually care and respond to the few active players that are dealing with the constant issues.

The new trade event is great! Really enjoyed the new event and a chance to earn some $$

The game is fun but there are a lot of bugs that need to be fixed. There is no way to contact them. Also you can’t complete so,e of the challenges even if you purchase items. The grand prize will remain out of reach.

There are always 2 or more buttons that don’t function for Apple users. This company has zero customer service. They never reply to emails and I’ve tried multiple ways of contact. The amount of storage in the barn is a constant money grab. Enixan is an awful company.
Great farming game
I’d give it a 5 if they responded to emails and information on malfunctioning of certain parts of the game. It’s a 4 because it doesn’t require a lot of purchases to succeed.
Too Many Issues
This game would be great if it didn’t have so many issues. Half the time doesn’t give you credit for completing tasks. I like to play on both my iPad and iPhone and it doesn’t sync up the two platforms. Never have a problem with Township when I play on both. Steals money. When you go into the chat it often locks up saying no internet connection. And on and on.
Loved the game until I didn’t
Loving game until last week. Zoo not loading and now I can’t send my ships out and several buttons not working. Was having fun building my town but the problems kinda not worth the effort anymore

Today is 3/8/26 western pass has started and I cannot -open mine to get on. This is very annoying when the game has glitches. Then there is no one to contact for help to fix the problem.. put a contact number on here so we can get help to fix a problem.

The game is ok for a western fan its needs improving as its lacking 360 rotation so you can get a good view of the place ie buildings etc roads Also I may add when clicking on the icons ship boat carts they are slow can’t get on them when you tap it takes a while to load or can’t get on at all
Broken:)
since this morning the rodeo results screen is stuck, the boat and stagecoach buttons are frozen so are no longer usabl. this is a great shame as the game is really good but without the stagecoach it is unplayable. Hope this is fixed as I really don’t want to delete the game. Have messaged but no reply or offer of help. Not happy:(
Competitions
As much as really love this game and so many things to do, I have become so frustrated over last few months. All the competition like product rush, product marathon, transports production etc etc, I used to get about 2 days to get as much done as possible. However this has not been the case for about 3 months now. Let’s take product rush which is on at the moment, I sign in every day but this morning was normal but when i got home from work competition only had 12 hours left. I never knew it had started as never seem to get notification which used to happen. So i will never be able to compete with the big boys and girls as they are so far up the leader board. I am sure this has something to do with the updates this game seems to have. Maybe when they do updates they check to make sure everything is working properly. Or maybe put a contact so we can help them out when there is a problem. Like I said I love this game its just cannot compete in the competitions to try and make a mark. Thank you John

I normally play this challenge but I don’t know what is happening. I pick a challenge collect most of the items required then they vanish and I am back to the start ver frustrating 🤨😭😤😡
Good Game Bad Service
Glitches and Banning from app will cause you to lose play time and money spent. Not worth the investment of time or money unless you know you are playing until a ban or glitch. Lots of glitches. Great players if you can find the right group, but chat a feature do not always work. Waste of my time

Lots to do in this game which is good but the waiting time on trail is long and the chat box so small and doesn’t write all you want, also regattas are few n far between.
Levels not saved
Downloaded it a day ago, up to level 11. Then app goes down for maintenance and when it comes back up I’ve lost 2 levels and buildings and cash. NOT IMPRESSED

Had to remove app as it did not run properly on iPad. Kept freezing And rewards not given. Kept closing itself down.
