I enjoy this game very much, I love this game and play everyday, a few times a day. It’s simple fun , and I simply just love it.
No customer service
No agent reached out to me when I had an issue with the game, so I followed the instructions on a troubleshooting page and lost all my progress. Thankfully I only put time into this game, not money or else I would be angry. If you take people’s money in a game you should have customer service available 24/7! Saying an agent will reach out in 24 hours is really unacceptable. It was a pleasant time sink until I had an issue and lost my progress because of their lack of customer service. I do not recommend this game or their troubleshooting pages
Stuck on caravans
Help i keep reclosing and reopening my game and stuck on the caravan wont let me get my order there as its forst time that its open to me
Incentive to play too low
It takes way too much work to accumulate materials. The orders for trains, ships and wagons require too many long growing plants, long production wait times and too much variety of goods that use same production facilities. To get the town to progress in any way that’s feasible you have to spend actual money. I came over from Township when they got money hungry and now I’ve realized that this game isn’t fun unless you spend money too.

This game is ok and I mostly enjoy it. But I play it on my phone and the ads/deals offered are now displayed across the screen. At this time there are so many that it is blocking and getting in the way of my game-play. It’s literally covering the farm and getting the way of being to click on anything
A lot of fun
Really love this game and I play it every day Just want to mention that just recently they changed it so you have to use your energy to buy items and they use up energy much faster I still love love love this game
Game won't load
Got up this morning, tapped on game, and it won't load. Deleted app and reloaded, as they suggested a few days ago, but it won't reboot. Game was crashing when I played their new match 3 in game, side game. Think I've had enough. Don't bother.
Enjoy the game but has bugs
If you need instant gratification, this game is not for you. That said, I appreciate it has a much slower pace than very similar games like Township. Difficult without an active/helpful neighborhood, especially until you reach levels in the mid to high 50s - thankfully I’ve found one. Fun mini games. Our neighborhood continues to experience/report bugs, like requests in the group chat disappearing before completed and very soon after requested. Wish they would fix this soon.
The new update sucks
Adding match 3 was a stupid move on the developers part. Many of the players left township due to how match 3 obsessed it got. Stop trying to be candy crush!!
Too much waiting
I was loving this game, but a week into playing and the waiting has gotten ridiculous. I get they want you to spend real money, but not in this real world economy and I spending rent money to make my ship come back earlier than the THREE HOURS it normally takes. Harvests - an hour for sugarcane and 2 hours for tomatoes? Need 6 pegs to complete the shooting range, but the last 4 ships have not brought back any pegs. Not “buying” them, that’s for sure. Make the game less time consuming, if there’s nothing to do but wait, ppl are gonna close the app and move on. Get them hooked, that’s when they get desperate and pay to keep going.

I’ve been building my farm for over a year; at level 68, and all of a sudden my farm disappeared. I opened the app and the game is starting me over; no explanation, all my progress…GONE. Bought golden passes; spent a significant amount of money. No response from chat.

I really like this game to help me pass the time. What I wish you could add is a feature where someone in your neighbourhood asked for help you can just add one item or as many items as you have an inventory instead of all. For example, if my neighbour asked for five corns, but I only have two I would just be able to add two into their bucket. This goes for trains and ships other than that the game is fun.
Okay But
I like that there are no ads, unless I choose to watch them, but it is very apparent that this game doesn’t work well if you do purchase extra items with real cash. I’ll play from time to time, but it will not be a go to game for me as I do not wish to waste my money on it.

I switched from Township to Wild West about a month and a half ago (following TS’s stupid economy update). I love it. It’s everything I really wanted out of township without all of the money hungriness and match 3 hierarchy! I wish this app was as popular as township though so recruiting people to your neighborhood is easier! My neighborhood tag is #109EFO if you wanna join, levels 30+!
So the goal was to copy Township… But make it way worse?
Your only saving grace was that your game felt like the old Township. Your interface, user-friendliness, overall design, characters, visuals, and even bugs are honestly far worse than Township’s. The only reason many people downloaded your game instead of Township was because you didn’t include the obnoxious match-3 mechanics and money-hungry features Township became known for. But yesterday’s update proved me wrong. You finally rolled out the match-3 pass and mini game, completely ruining the very reason people (including me) downloaded your game in the first place: to escape Township’s endless match-3 nonsense. The problem is, your game’s interface and design are already significantly worse than Township’s, so adding a match-3 mode just makes the flaws even more obvious. Your match-3 gameplay feels like a cheap Candy Crush knockoff, filled with transparent tiles, cluttered targets, and distracting electrical booster effects. It’s honestly unpleasant to look at. If you’re going to copy Township with absolutely zero originality or creativity, you could at least copy the parts they actually do well. Township uses clean, solid colors and simple visuals that are easy on the eyes. Your version uses transparent tile nonsense and messy candy-like items that make it unnecessarily difficult to see objectives or understand what’s happening on the screen. It’s impressive how you managed to take the most disliked part of Township and somehow make it even worse. What a waste of potential. Your game could have attracted many players who were tired of Township, like I was, but instead, you chose to alienate both current and former players. If I’m forced to play match-3 games anyway, I’d rather just go back to Township’s cleaner and more user-friendly interface than deal with this mess. So congratulations on turning your game into a below-average Township clone instead of building something players actually enjoyed. 👍🏻

Why?????
People are coming here to get away from township, they like the nostalgia of a simpler time when you didn’t have to use $1,000 a month to pass match-3 levels. Well that’s in the past!! If you’re trying to get away from township don’t look here, literally an update last night to ADD MATCH 3!! On top of that I lost all my progress to the update. I will just stay with township where at least I know I’m being screwed. I don’t need another money hungry game. If it goes back I would consider coming back and starting over but there is no need for 2 of the same game.
Now a solo game, greedy publisher
They took away the market allowing people to help each others. Now if you get stuck filling in a task you must givevthem cash or no soup for you!! Terrible, terrible company and game. Greedy and stupid sabotaging their own game by taking away features that made this a community. Now it is mostly a crappy solo game.

Match 3 is not needed in this game. It is the reason I left Township because they forced match 3 play in everything. We don’t want the garbage Township has turned into in Wild West. Please keep match 3 out! Otherwise you will likely lose players and $ from the golden pass. This update gets a 1 rating simply because of adding match 3.

Les usines sont petites on ne voit pas ce qu’elles ont produit tout les dessins sont petit même en agrandissement difficile de jouer. Make it more friendly for everyone
It is very difficult to get ahead as I do not want to pay into the game to enjoy it . I just can not get to fill the train without emptying my barn every time . I gave it a long time to try it now I will delete it.
Good game, but glitches
The game has nice details, cute animals, & good fun if u want to play alone or on a team. But it also has glitches. The time clock sometimes jumps backwards so anything u recently did, gets undone. Ex: I fill my feed mill slots with a variety of food for my livestock, but I return to the game later and the mill is empty. Once I filled my train and sent it on it’s way. I checked for what was coming on my next train, & began prepping that stuff. When I returned my train was back at my station sitting there full of the previous stuff. Fortunately after I sent it away the 2nd time, the stuff for the next train was the same, so at least it was all prepped. My biggest pet peeve is simply that there’s not enough land for u to have all the factories, animals, etc and still have room to display your decorations that you can win, or buy from the store. I want to be able to show them off & enjoy them, but there’s no space for them. 🙁 Please give us more land for our things! We don’t need a whole village, just a bigger farm. 🤓 I have played other apps that are entire towns/villages, but they get too complicated & aren’t as enjoyable as this cute farm. Keep it simple and fun, & just expand our farms please. 😘

It’s a good game but much too slow to be able to move on
Impossible to update
All my apps can be updated but not this game. So I now cannot get back to continue playing and not able to let my team mates know why I stopped playing. Hope they are not angry with me. Tech support is not helping. They said will get someone in the chat to help but it’s 24 hours wait! ☹️

Love the game my only complaint would be that you can’t expand your land from what is blocked off also some of the orders for the stagecoach are just too hard to complete! the crops take to long to grow! Stagecoaches orders are repeated to offen ! They the owns could try do more crops
Troubleshoot game issues
I purchase a golden ticket and my perks didn’t upload. I tried chatting with game representative several times with no results. I leave the game after partially filling the train only to come back and the train is gone prior to expired time. It’s a waste of my $$$ to continue in this game.

I played this game a few years ago but I downloaded again and tried to restart it took me back to my old farm I wanted to start from scratch. Got in touch with quantem who deleted my old account for me I then spent ages happily making a new farm however when I tried to sign in alas my new farm got lost and my old farm came back and froze so I can’t play at all now.
