I love the game! The only problem I have with it is when I open the game it starts flashing black as if it was to blackout 🙃! Today as I wanted to relax and play the game, the game is completely blacked out! Is there anything that can be fix with this?!

Several products take WAY too long. And forget about the blue jewels. Thayer take weeks just to get enough to upgrade anything. Uninstalled after a couple of weeks. Got old.

Forces you to spend diamonds
In the start it will force you to spend your diamonds even if you wait the timer out the game won’t proceed unless you spend diamonds Be sure to uncheck all the cookies before starting I don’t know if I’ll be staying very long If things go south I’m going to delete it

Why is there no Chinese? I can't understand without Chinese, I really need Chinese.
Takes Too Long
Really good idea for a game, and nicely laid out and everything but straight off the bat, its making me wait far far too long for things to keep me engaged. Like come on, 5 minutes into the game you're making me wait 15 minutes to build a new part of the shop? And 5 minutes for one pint of milk? Bare in mind cows are the first animal you unlock. I'm undownloading, immediately. Shame though, could have seen myself really enjoying it.
Don’t play on multiple devices
Game is quite entertaining however I do not suggest you playing on more then one device. I was playing it on an iPad then I downloaded the game on my phone and it deleted all my data from the game in the iPad. I had to start from scratch

Absolutely loved this game and would have given it 5 stars….until they stopped developing any new updates. Once you reach a certain point all you do is keep repeating the same challenges over and over and over again. I guess they moved on to new games and lost interest in this one.

The mini games are rigged to the max.. and my crops are ready for harvest, but show they are still growing.

I’ve been stuck on this game since I Download it, it is very good, but a bad addiction lol. Literally only thing I hate is that all of my customers only go to 1 register & I have 3 , other than that I’ve learned how to keep up a lot better I’m on level 52
Rewards are lies
Constantly hit reward checkpoints and don’t get the reward. Products go missing, lots of bugs and no way to contact for help. Ruined the gameplay for sure.
Bug with Time
I’m sure the game runs while I’m not actively playing it. But there’s been a few times I’ll get on and no time has went by, now I have to still wait all over again.
Bug between devices and no gems
Good game however experience is being tainted due to progress not transferring between devices. Downloaded on my phone at level 16, progressed to level 19 on iPad, went to play on phone and was still at level 16. When logging back into iPad, progress had gone back to level 16. Haven’t received any gems to my account since this also, despite the box popping up to say gems being awarded from levelling up.
Fun Game but Glitchy
I love this game and the amount of interacting I get to do, but the mini games are terribly calibrated, especially the Hamster Golf one. The color of the pull power is not equivalent to how far the hamster will go and the ramps and hills are a gamble of what power is needed to get over them just enough. This ruins the success of your game. The alpaca game is most frustrating so I barely play it.

Network issues
Same thing happened to me. I beat the alpaca game, got all the way to the end to receive my 100 gem reward and the game magically crashed after I received the gems. I closed the game out and reopened it to find all my progress not only lost from yesterday - today progress but need to use resourced to reopen alllll the factories I already opened with no resources to do so..such as have because I was enjoying this game a lot. Also, I get back into the game. I’m getting a UI warning error 3 message ever since the crash 😒

I was really enjoying this game as it reminded me of Township, which I have played for over 5 years and am very dedicated to Township and my co-op, but Supermarket Village just erased all of my progress (level 15, one full day of playing) and set me back to level one and the apple tutorial. I had just completed the challenge to win 180 blue gems after completing numerous grocery orders. I am severely disappointed. I invested real cash to buy building supplies, since the saws and hammers are hard to come by, just so that I could complete the expansion of my supermarket. But this game has failed me. I just deleted the app from my tablet. I could have been a loyal paying customer here but I can’t trust the game now. I’ll go back to Township, Klondike, Two Dots, Diggy’s Adventure, Pokémon Go and a few others where I am a long time investor/fan/player where I’ve never lost my progress and I always have fun.
Would be 5 stars but….
Im putting items ive spent hours making on the shelves for customers but then its disappearing and the customer only had half the order filled and all the items are gone. And that is on a good day.. Sometimes they have NOTHING accounted for. Other than that the game has a really cute graffics and i spend quite a bit of time everyday playing it. Definately keeps me entertained. I just hope i dont get bored trying to fill these orders x2.

It wouldn’t let me get past the cows
I tried waiting the five minutes it takes to get milk during the tutorial twice and then deleted the app and redownloaded it and waited again. Each and every time my screen froze and it wouldn’t let me do anything in the app. Also a total rip of township or whatever but they let you keep your gems
Love this game
This game keeps you going ! The little city keeps growing but it needs people you build homes etc. you got them going to the market and disappear at the doorway meanwhile your growing a town. But great game though , also it needs more pigs , chickens, cows pens . Only 4 is not enough
Glitches. To many of them
Play, purchase and loose them all because the game decides to reload on its own. After reading comments from a year ago, this has been an ongoing issue for a year. Now that is ridiculous. And the shuttering it does when it voluntarily reloads is not good for someone with seizures. Correct these huge glitches or just shut the game down.

This game my game was going really good. I was pretty far along and then when I wanted to play later in the day, it went out everything and I had to start from the beginning. I had a Network error and it really wasn’t true.

My newest obsession
I’ve been playing this game for a couple months and am now on level 35. I started playing on my iPad and pencil but now mainly use my phone. I love it- no pop up ads, mentally stimulating, and relaxing. I enjoy calm games like this and am looking for more with similar designs. I wish there was more to do, there is a lot of downtime while waiting for orders to finish, and the mini games are disabled frequently while being interchanged. Despite these notes, this is definitely one of those games where you want to keep leveling up, and I love the sounds! I’d love a restaurant themed game just like this one.

I used to play this game all the time but since they added a piggy bank to put the diamonds you have already urned you have to pay real money to get them back so not playing any more until they take the pig off still not listening Tate the pig off

Township 2.0
This game is so FREAKING AMAZING!!! I love the graphics, the gameplay and side games, awesome graphics, a very mellowed pace and village building, the best graphics ever, and the pets with their perks. Did I mention that this game graphics is off the chain. This is a game that I love to play repeatedly several times a day. I can never get bored. The mining, transportation logistics, and fulfilling orders, this is a must and if you like Township then you will LOVE this one here. I would like to add a suggestion to these wonderful developers, can we have an option to close the store. I find it fascinating to restock while closed and then open for business when I am ready. This is a 10/10 for me. I would love to say more but this game is too addictive. Have fun fellow players!!!
Fun but....
This game glitches out and doesn't refresh like it is supposed to. I hadn't played for 8+ hours and when I go back some things that should have been completed are at the same time. For example I've had the ticket satisfied customer for four days now instead of the two it is supposed be at. I planted carrots 8+ hours ago the game is showing they were just planted. It's frustrating.
Good game
Addictive and fun. The wait times are short, the game play clear. It is fun without ads. Although you don’t get to choose where new builds go, the city doesn’t feel cluttered. There is space to keep the city organized not overwhelming.
Disaster!!
This game is so addictive and fun to play when you have a little time to yourself. However , after successfully saving this game every time , after 3 months of daily play my history disappeared.!!!!!!!! 🤬 So if anyone can recommend a similar game to start , then please do.

I don't write reviews and I also don't contact support, but here we are, let me explain. I've been playing this game on and off for some time now. I used to play FarmVille but it required so much interaction with other users that made it difficult to advance at my own pace. I found this game and really enjoyed it. A few months ago, I finally decided to contact support because there was a bug with one of my shelves that had been there forever. They were quick to respond and fix it. This week there was another issue after completing the weekly challenge where I didn't get the big prize so there I went asking for support and what do you know. Response and above and beyond fix. Thanks developers!
Production timer bug
In a resource management game like this, it’s important to rely on the game to keep production of time-consuming items while the player is away. In this game, for several days already I found that after leaving the game for many hours, nothing gets produced. It’s one of the main mechanics! You have items that take hours to grow / produce, how can you mess this up? Don’t waste your time on this glitchy cluster.
Phone keeps getting hot
I love this game, but even if I’m playing it for 5 minutes my IPhone gets hot. Is anyone else having that problem?
Don’t bother
It seems this is my second time as the first review didn’t show. As of Aug 18th 2023 the game won’t load. I have restarted my iPad. I deleted and reinstalled …nope, just a frozen load screen. RIP off of a golden ticket I can’t use since I can’t get in the game. Mini game doesn’t work either. Complained ages ago and never heard back. Don’t bother until everything is this fixed, but they don’t seem interested in fixing anything.
Items disappearing
I love the game. I hardly write reviews, I would give it five stars, but this has happened to me more than once. I’ll put ingredients to start creating an item a customer needs but then my game glitches out and has to restart and my ingredients that I put on the line disappear. I’ve dealt with this since the first day I played. Please fix this issue.
