Loading in the Game
This game cool had this for so long, and since am leveled up and my city is big it won’t let me go on it. I tried deleting it and it still doesn’t work
Another Chance Again!
After a few years of not playing Citytopia. Due to not able to advance after a few updates. I just now decided to give this game a chance to play. The higher the level and lack of land to build upon is what cause me to lose interest to keep advancing onward. Not just once but 2 to 3 times! Now maybe, I shall see what becomes of this play game! Too soon to tell if I’m staying or not. But I am giving this another shot! Thanks so much!!

Forced tutorial locked the game. Support is nonexistent! Deleted the game!
As the title states, the game forces you into a tutorial to start an event in your new baseball stadium costing $293K coins. If you do not have that, it locks up everything. You cannot even buy coins on that screen or skip or close it. The settings gear icon and all others are locked. Their support is non-existent. Don’t even waste your time starting this game. It’s old forgotten trash

Cards are kind of annoying
The cards are kind of annoying because to unlock a building you have levers up and if you want like a tall building or something. I bet you have to grind to just get one skyscraper it’s annoying. Please fix this

Add a “Restraunts” and “Cafes” section to the game. Restraunts in Main are Master Chief’s Pizzeria (level 14) Droughtman’s Donut’s (level 18) Donald’s Burgers (level 19) Mr. Guy’s Sushi and Kebab (level 23) there are more sections like “Big (level 28)”, “City-Build (level 34”, “Greathouse (level 37)”, “Corresponding (level 44)”, and “Buffet (level 46)”. Cafes are Small (lvl 25) Medium (level 27) , Large (level 33) , Co-coffee (level 39), Robusta-portable (level 46), and Yorkies (level 50). Add house numbers and street names. There is a keyboard to type the house numbers from 0 through 9. Higher numbers than 9 are supported too, Example: 729. Now with street names, There is a word or name box that you can type a name. The street names supported are: Street, Avenue, Lane, Way, Terrace, Drive, Road, and Highway.
Screen stuck in loading
Good morning! Has anyone else’s game stuck in loading screen? I messaged help center 3-4 days ago and have not heard back.i also just spent money on it. Somebody please help lol. I love game and just wanna play

I got to level 8 and it keeps telling me to do the baseball event but I don’t have enough money and it takes me to purchase coins and just freezes it won’t let me exit , buy coins or do anything I’ve tried restarting it multiple times and waiting a couple days and it’s still doing the same thing

Reached lvl 8 and once it gets me to start an event I don’t have enough coins to start it and can’t back out of the event story part and can’t even buy the coins it like it freezes on me there should be an option to close the window to continue playing this ruined my gameplay and experience and only option is to start over

This is a fun game that lasts for a while. It does become too complicated eventually, where you almost have to spend money (or wait inordinate amounts of time) to be able to upgrade buildings, etc. I wish there were more chances for money or deals.

Ive been playing for 2 days and it has been pretty good yet its that the problem is the game makes my phone overheat too quickly, it also takes up lots of storage being up to 1.5GB which i find quite absurd other than that this game is pretty good

It’s good but I couldn’t get far because…
I think it’s a great game and I’ve been searching for a game like this for months and I couldn’t find one as perfect. The buildings are nice, I love the upgrading feature from town to city ect. But one thing happened and now it won’t let me play. So basically I spent most of my money on upgrades and I had 22,000 left but the tutorial kicked in and told me to buy the amusement- which I couldn’t afford. There is no way of clicking anywhere else and I’ve tried everything to stop it, I’ve even uninstalled it and it doesn’t work. I’m actually sad because I love the game and I can’t play it anymore until it fixes. I wish I could give it more stars. If I wasn’t for that I would give it 100/5 stars but sadly I can’t. Please fix this because it’s hopeless for me and I don’t want it to happen to anybody else. But I would recommend this game and try not to make the mistake I did :) - Maisy :)

Good idea but….
Good idea but the tutorial is not that great. I had no real idea what I was supposed to do and just kept clicking on stuff, making money with no real idea how! I got completely confused by so much happening too fast with no sense as to where I was going with it all. Deleted it now after being initially pleased but the bombardment of information that was not really that clear, was just too much for me.
Good but needs improving
It is most enjoyable but frustrating that at this level the stars collected are worthless as the limit is reached . When clicking on reaching a level for industry , population , retail the level is never Reached and points wasted .
