Collecting rapeseed in the game
Rapeseed is called Canola in the US. I wonder why? In the Crystal Cave part of the game “rapeseed” is collected for its oil. I contacted support and asked why the term Canola wasn’t used instead of the term that has the name for violent sexual assault in its name. I was hoping for some acknowledgment that this name could be offensive to some and in future updates an alternative could be used. Nope. The reply as you can see below basically says: this is the name we use in Europe so we see no need to change it,- while at the same time mentioning olive oil and sunflower oil so they obviously are aware of alternative plants with less offensive names. Thank you for taking the time to share your views on this. Rapeseed oil is actually the common name in English for countries in Europe (where our headquarters are based), due to the plant it comes from. Similar to olive oil and sunflower oil. We don't have separate versions of language for English and American English, so occasionally you may come across terms that are common in England but less so in the USA. This has no correlation to the topic of rape; the name is just the most common terminology when it was added. This wouldn't be a topic that requires any change, however I will discuss with the team to consider.
Improvement needed
I really enjoy the graphics and different production projects. However, it doesn’t seem to make sense to me how fast the animals can produce milk and eggs without me being able to convert them into coins to buy energy or to trade for energy when I a whole lot more energy to gather raw materials for construction projects. It’s way too slow for energy to be restored and too few ways to get energy without paying for it. It makes you feel stuck a lot since you need a lot more energy to coins to continue the game.

When I first saw it it looked like a fun open world 3d adventure game but I was wrong it’s blocked off and now I’m thinking I should just delete it because I got so excited and I wanted to decorate my character and name but it didn’t let me and I’m surprised that just 5 minutes playing gave me so much disappointment.

This game would be so much more enjoyable if you could interact with your team members. Not just the chat but if you could visit each other to assist or buy from their marketplace etc otherwise to me it’s pointless in having alliances you might as well just go solo

Why leave a review with our problems about the game if it’s not fixed? I’ve read countless reviews now where they all complain about the energy and diamond system where the further you get in the game the more it comes to a crawl. And these are reviews from ONE TO THREE YEARS AGO. and I’m experiencing the same issue. Like why even continue. Every time I go in, my 64 energy are depleted in a matter of seconds when I try to clear a path and god forbid I try to clean up my main farm area so I have more room to make it look nice cause I can’t. My energy is gone. I like the game and it’s a cute design I just wish it wasn’t slowed to a crawl and not able to go further without waiting for more energy.
Hmmm. Events good and BAD
Been playing casually for many years back in the day the events were fantastic and seems like quite rewarding. That has not been so much of the case in recent year or so , certain ones are fun. Some are just not fun. This current 4 day Walden grove event is horrible. So much energy to do so little I’ve been using all available energy all day long for one lousy quest. And the tasks are complete joke, to even get one of them done in this short time.
Relaxing farm game
I’ve tried a few different farm games and this is the one that’s stuck. I love how pretty the village is and the river and the sounds of the birdies. Lots of cool features that other top farm games don’t have.
Next to zero play time
You can play maybe 5-10 minutes at a time before energy runs out. It costs way too much energy to cut down 1 tree or even a shrub. If you want to truly enjoy this game you have to spend LOTS of money. No thanks and easy delete.
Need more Chapters
I am so tired of playing the side games. I am finished with Chapter 10 stripped it bare to play side events, I am not going to use up my resources or spend money to go nowhere. Every event keeps telling me to go to chapter 11 but there is no chapter 11. I have a feeling this game will be dormant for a few months, I will check back the end of summer. Your developers should spend more time on new islands rather than the side games. But I know it is not about moving on it is about the $$$🙁
Game could be better
This game would be 100x better if your energy level was higher or Atleast went up when you level up like an extra 15 energy for every level instead it stays the same.
Impossible to progress
It’s impossible to progress on this game as levelling up and completing chapters does not equate to higher energy bank/ extra farm plots or greenhouses. The minor rewards do not reflect how long it takes to complete a task. The moon tasks I have never completed and never will attempt to, as I don’t have enough energy for my own chapters before trying out mini games that pop up every week. Great graphics and really enjoyed this game at the start but I kind of hate it now. It is clear this game is designed so you can never finish it, so they can continue to earn money off the adverts needed for a measly 10/70 energy. I’m now at level 37 on chapter 7 and I cba anymore, what a shame.

Pros: Good game in general. Plenty to do, especially as you move into new chapters, but it takes a LOT of patience to get energy until you level up several levels. Cons: for me, it crashes five minutes into the game - every single time. It always has. Then the crashes are more spread out as I play (..It’s a bummer when using the timed maze tickets). I’ve played for almost a year and just deal with it. No game is perfect. One thing that’s frustrating though is that tech support will always - always - make any glitches that I report: my fault. I always think they might like to know so they can look into an issue. Nope. They don’t handle feedback very well. It’s always on me. Might be time to delete the game because of tech support’s defensive stance.

Love the game but really need more energy
Slower than slow
You get about 60 energy which doesn’t seem to be increasing anytime soon. Come back in an hour or two, energy full. Cut a tree, lose 18 energy. Smash rocks, lose 22 energy. In less than 2 minutes you’re put of energy. Rinse and repeat. By the time you come back, you will have forgotten what your quests are. This is a simple game but the lack of energy is tedious. Deleting.
Bring on new islands
Please, please, finish the new islands. Like the July 5th review, I have stripped the article island and have to rely on the resource generator to fulfill the tasks in the team events. You are failing those of who have been long time players.

I am very glad I found this game. It has so many fun elements to it that keep you engaged and I’m very impressed at how smooth and polished the gameplay is. You can tell the people making the game obviously put a lot of time and effort into it so thank you all for that! And the events are really fun too :)
Same old same old
If you’ve ever played FarmVille or any other farming game in the past ten years, pass on this one. It’s identical, cynically so.
New Chapter?
I have been waiting weeks now for chapter 10. There is so little to do while waiting. I’ve been banking resources and energy for use when this chapter opens. Rifts are pretty useless except for collecting resources, but what’s the use when you have nowhere to spend them? The adventure quests could be fun but, you’re given so little time to complete a task it becomes impossible to play unless you play for hours at a time. I’ve enjoyed SV for a couple years but I’m starting to lose patience.
Used to be good, the rifts are annoying
I used to enjoy playing this game but it has become increasingly annoying after the drastic new changes that the developers have decided to make in this game. The rifts are frustrating as you can’t make enough yellow energy to complete them. You can make hundreds of blue energy but you can’t use it as the maps are closed. The challenges require you to get resources such as shard, wood etc, but where are you going to get them from as all the islands are closed? There are huge imbalances in this game no, and the developers need to look at how frustrating this game as become for players! The rewards for the team challenges are also unbelievably reduced now to the point that it’s not even worth completing them as there’s no incentive. I personally think that the changes to this game have been too drastic and left a bitterness for regular players that used to enjoy playing this game.

Average and buggy
When it works, it’s an average game. But it crashes often, has to reload and so on. Seems very resource hungry. Once in the game, the energy you need to actually play runs out very quickly, and you need to spend real money to continue.
Abandoned game
The game is super fun but it’s clearly been abandoned by the developer as they haven’t added a new zone in an extremely long time after doing so regularly.

This game used to be fun. Now all you see is pop up after pop up trying to get you to buy !! That and no respite from exploration games with your fellow players ! Give it a rest and let us play the game without feeling the pressure of always having to participate in the explorations. Really thinking of deleting this game.

Lots to do
Game is really good and there's always something to do. Graphics are good and the quests are fun. But, and it's a big but, the game is played using energy and when you run out to have to wait until it restores, unless you buy or make more. I think this spoils the game as it is restrictive, but apart from that I definitely enjoy playing it.
Fun but constantly asks for money
The game is fun and the regular events are well designed and interesting But the game constantly asks you to spend money. Open the game and a pop up asks for money, change maps and it asks for money again. I don’t mind that there are options for spending money I just wish they were not in my face all the time I am playing. The game also has options to watch ads in exchange for rewards which is ok, except that most of the game ads force you to re-direct to the App Store and then back again which is very slow and frustrating and sometimes crashes the app.
Fun for 1 minute
The graphics are great and the storyline is really fun, but I get through my energy in about 1 minute, and there’s limited opportunity to acquire more. I’ve been using the sweet shop to use up all my fruits to gain energy but the supply is finite. Quite frustrating. Downloaded it yesterday but it probably won’t last long for me since it’s clear they really want people to spend real money to play.
