Recommendations
The games great, my only two recommendations currently are add guild announcements, and make it so you can watch ads to get gems, the gem reward could be something like 5-10 gems per ad and it be a random generation of the amount rewarded, and after 5 ads it increases to a guaranteed 50 gems for one reward then reset to 5-10.
it was okay for a while
I played the game study for nine months hit level 51 leader of my group I played the game nonstop I just deleted the game and got bored of it plus there’s nothing really new to do. You’re just collecting resources all day especially with the recent update. It was so dumb. I spent so many gems and you get very little in return. The game is a money grab they want you to spend so much money and the gyms don’t even do anything. I’m looking for a different game now.

Great game, bad customer service
Been playing this game for about a month and really enjoy it. I’ve made a few purchases through the game which was fine . I had an unexpected charge show up on my Apple account so I contacted Apple to look into it. Apple refunded the money and I was then suspended from the game. I reached out like the app said and they said in order to get the game restored I have to send them 9.99 through PayPal because of payment reversal. It sucked but I was like whatever I sent it. They tell me they received it but a second payment was now required of 6.99 (now I’m feeling like something is going but I want to play this stupid game) so I stupidly send it. My suspension has not been lifted and Ive been dealing with this for now close to 2 weeks. I highly recommend not making any in app purchases and hopefully you don’t have to deal with customer service should something occur. I’ll keep this review updated if progress is made. Update A few days after review was made my game has been unsuspended and working fine. I will not make in app purchases and hope I don’t have to deal with customer service again. I have altered my 1 star rating to 3 because the game itself is very fun .
Good game
I have played township for years however this one is better to me I love all the islands and how fast everything grows and you can grow more items then just 6 at a time
Very buggy after latest update
I enjoyed this game until the last iPad update. Now it crashes after about 10 minutes of play. Tapping to harvest crops isn’t responsive. Ads freeze up. I’m on a 2-month old iPad and don’t have problems with any other app. It’s just been since this last upgrade. Customer service is terrible when loyalty awards and offerwall gems are missing. You click on support to make a claim and they tell you what they need but there is no way to get the information to them. They have to email you a link. It’s been a week since I provided my email address and they have yet to respond. Clicking on the support link through the App Store is a similar waste of time. It takes me to a page where there is no obvious way to get support. If I had it to do over, I wouldn’t play this game. I’ve invested a lot of time in it and some money. I enjoy the people in my guild, but the instability of the game and lack of customer support is wearing me out. The ads just get longer and longer and you have to multiple clicks to work through the ads. EDITED: it’s been over a month and still no contact from customer support.
Cute game, diverse, challenging but…
Overall great game, addition of plantation farms…yeah wondering what agenda is being pushed with that.
5 hours to process items is ridiculous
For the first hour or so I enjoyed this game, but it gets boring really quickly as it takes far too long for necessary items to process (5 hours for feathers, iron, cotton etc really?!). I refuse to spend a small fortune just to level up. The storyline is OK, but takes too long to progress as everything else takes so long to generate. It’s a shame, as this could be a really good popular game for me and my friends but the hard push to get people to spend a fortune on micro transactions is a tad greedy and far too obvious.
Bought a skin, took the diamonds but then the skin isn’t showing at all
I am really having a great time playing this game til this happened to me. I bought a skin at the Skin Merchant. I bought a few before but then this time, it took the diamonds and I couldn’t find where the skin is at all. It is showing I have to join an event and see offers which I find weird at all. I am still awaiting what the support team will do but If I will not get my skin, i want my diamonds back.

This game is ok, I wish it didn't take so many items to extend. Some of the products also take so long to make or grow. It's a shame otherwise would of been 5 stars. You can't play for long has you progress due to the long wait for items and crops to produce. Update after playing for a long time it gets boring same events over and over again, this is so tedious. That's why stars have dropped to 2
Spiel instabil
Leider werde ich immer wieder aus dem Spiel gekickt. Es läuft sehr instabil und häufig hilft nur das Deinstallieren und neu starten. Schade, da das den Spaß an dem Spiel verdirbt und wir die Aufgaben nicht im Team beenden können. Sehr nervig.

Used to be great game no any more
This game used to be great, myself and others in my guild spend a lot of time and money on this game however the glitches are so bad now we are debating finding a different game, 1 glitch is the game will not allow you to lift anything it just zooms in and out you have to close and reload, 2nd glitch you start watching adverts and are completely kicked off the game and have to reload and re watch the video if it wants to let you or y get kicked off again, this happens to at least 3 people in my guild and we was hoping this would be resolved but it’s being going on for months now and it’s getting unbearable

It’s been a few days and I can’t get into the app! I remember you had done maintenance, but for more than a day? It says connection to server is lost and never loads. With or without VPN turned on!
An upgrade?
I don’t know if your company takes suggestions and implements them into your games. One suggestion I have is for the game Sunshine Island. My fiancé and I both play the game and we love it. However, my suggestion would be to add an option to give or sell items to people you are friends with to help out with the growth of their progress. Or at least and option to be able to sell items that others need across the platform in an open trade place built into the game. A community market to trade or sell. I believe this could help bring in more people to play Sunshine Island. Thank you for your time and consideration.
AWFUL COOKING EVENT
This cooking event is on another level of bad. First off is very difficult to progress through the levels, and second off it givea you a quick option to continue to keep your streak going and that makes it super easy to accidentally spend your jewels and when you actually spend 100 jewels to keep going that no where nears helps you get further. This game isn’t bad but this event is so bad it needs to be gone forever. HORRIBLE!!!
Great Game!
I have to talk about the game cards. Your ratio for new cards really sucks. You have all these different events going on with your game and when they reach points where you’re gonna collect cards, they are never new cards! Even when you reach milestones, you still get duplicates! Even when you use your coins or your gems or your Fish, points, you still get duplicates! That is very annoying! I have never seen a game that gave out so many duplicates even when you’re doing special events! That is a real big turn off. You can’t keep doing all these events in your game and have milestones for cards and none of the cards are new cards that are needed to complete the pack. Even when you buy the special for the month, you’re not getting new cards. So how exactly are you supposed to get the new cars to complete the packs. You get as far as maybe four completed and then you’re not able to complete the rest. You really need to improve on that.

Third time I can’t log in the game
This is the third time I’ve suddenly been unable to log in just as I was about to hit the 180-day consecutive check-in milestone. It usually takes about a week before I can log in again. I’ve contacted the technical team on Discord and tried all the solutions they provided, but nothing worked; furthermore, I received no compensation for the losses incurred during the lockout. I’m starting to wonder if this is just a coincidence or if their system is deliberately preventing me from reaching my goal. I’m becoming increasingly disappointed with this game—it’s time to say goodbye.
Great but hard to level up
It’s a great game but so difficult to level up unless you spend real money. I’ve already spent much more than I usually would but am still finding it difficult to progress. It takes such a long time! But it’s enjoyable. I would definitely play more if it was easier to buy land.

I love the game but for the last 2 days I can’t login. When I login it gets to 46% and stays there. I cannot contact support because I don’t have my username or user ID. Please help!
Pretty good
The game is pretty good if you like playing these kinds of games my only real complaint is I wish there was more quest or other way to gain xp that actually made a difference after level 19 it gets significantly harder to level up for some reason you get like 3 or 4 quests every level and they don’t even get you half way through the level forcing you grind for days selling things on planes and markets instead being able to unlock new things and just enjoy the game your stuck doing the same thing forever before you can finally unlock something new and expand your islands the other complaint is there isn’t a market where you can pick what you want to sell and for how much , I play hay day with my girlfriend and I’d definitely recommend it over this game it’s superior in basically every way I just thought I’d try it out but I think I’ll probably quit soon but it was worth trying out ig
Lack of XP opportunities
I enjoyed this game until I found out that the more you level the less quests there are and less XP. For example i only got 2 quests worth 3500 XP when I need 200K cp to level up. And trading and selling stuff is only a few hundred xps

I already installed and reach the level that says I gonna get rewarded but nothing happened.
Best Mobile Farming Game
Few games have genuinely piqued my interest in mobile but this game heavily reminds me of my favorite game on console. Coral Island, at least with the farming aspects. And if you enjoy working alongside others then you will LOVE the guild aspect of the game. 10/10 would recommend

I recently downloaded the game and in the portion of the game when it first begins it forces you to follow directions where you are trying to build a wind mill that you are not yet at a high enough level to reach. Which leaves you stuck on the new building screen with nothing to build and no option to leave the screen!! I have closed the game, deleted it re-downloaded it and its still doing the same thing 👎👎

This is a cute little game with lots of potential. One of the currencies used is gems. They can be earned or bought. I tend to spend a fair amount on gems. I logged in Monday & all my gems were there. Logged in Tuesday & 1500 disappeared.Sent in a ticket to support. Received a form email to reboot, reload…the usual trouble shooting things. I replied that I tried what was suggested & nothing. I haven’t heard back & from what other players tell me I probably won’t. So I’m out gems & real money. Their support is atrocious. If you must play this game then don’t spend money.
