Не заходила в игру месяцев 6. Когда зашла вчера, увидела, что у меня пропали все карты героев, теперь нужно их найти заново, а без доната это сделать практически невозможно, потому что миссии выполнять я не могу из-за того что ресурсов не хватает, они производятся в ничтожно маленьких количествах, как будто я только начинаю, дерева я трачу на 300к меньше, чем добываю. Боюсь, что через пару дней все мои жители просто замерзнут и игре конец
Tutorial
It’s a fine game but every 5 seconds it goes into tutorial and tells you what to do. I’m trying to make my own choices and play the game in peace and I can’t do that with the game making me do what it wants so the game low key sucks

The game don’t give you all the rewards it only give you half….. it is working against you all the time!!! There glitches they won’t fix. All the comercial every 2 mins for everything in the game!!! Am good on them taking my rewards after I woke so hard!! For you to get rewards you have to watch 2 long commercials am good!!!! The worse cheating game ever!!! Even when I bought rewards with my money I didn’t receive it I send a message to contact us they did nothing they kept my money and my rewards!!!!
Fun but flashing light warning
Excellent game! Maybe pick a different one though if you are prone to migraines, because the pulsating ring light they use to advertise to you can trigger them.

It gives me the options to login with Facebook or Apple and when I tried them both it kept resetting me back to the beginning of the game losing all the progress I started with…

Like the game but why does nothing happen after the latest update
It says I haven’t made any progress overnight after the update and says I have to wait 29 days to do anything. I’m afraid to delete the app and redownload and lose all my progress. Help please.
Frozen
Played for a few days, it was fun while it lasted. Eventually the app froze and won’t let me play anymore. I can open the app now, it says to collect the resources since last time (2 hours worth), and then the screen goes a little dimmer and locks out any tapping. No other obvious pop-ups to click away. Too bad. UI was a little glitchy with some resource counting before that. I guess the snowstorm was too much after all…
Suspected of Hacking (update)
While it took a little longer than I would have cared for the team did get back to me. It was a long tedious process because it seems like something else got borked past couple days as well. BUT after much back and forth we finally got it fixed and I can go back to enjoying the game. I’ve been enjoying this game for probably a month or 2. All of a sudden with this update, I’m supposed to go to the new arena but when I try it tells me my account is suspected of hacking and to contact the company. I’ve sent both a Facebook message and an email and have heard nothing back. In the mean time I managed to log out and an playing from the beginning as a guest while I wait for a reply. When I get answers I’ll delete this review and do a positive one.
Buggy
The game was great until I got to map 3. Apparently in map 2 it never register the hero unlock and when I unlocked map 3 it reset me back at map 2 and cannot progress back to map 3 because it says I only have 4 villager max with all the house upgraded to the max already. Tried reloading and signing out and back in nothing fixes it.
Fun, Chill Game
This is a fun, laid back game with NO ads, unless you initiate them for bonus materials, etc. Definitely worth trying out. Update: I have been playing this game for a couple of months now and have made it to Map 12. While I have loved the game’s theme of building communities in a low pressure gameplay environment, it has gotten to the point where I can’t progress without increasing my pink heroes to a level that cannot be achieved through normal gameplay and watching ads (that, as I said earlier, are 100% initiated by me). It seems the game is at a point where I need to pay to buy gems to increase the level of my pink heroes so I can produce materials just to keep the fire going. I do not have a problem watching ads for upgrades (I probably watch 10-15 each day) but I will not pay for a game. Unless the hero level requirements to add workers are brought down to keep pace with the natural gameplay, I will have to move on from this game. Thank you Icy Village for a fun last couple of months.

It’s a nice game, lovely graphics but takes to long to complete tasks not much daily offers gonna keep playing for hope gets better, I’m in map 3 took me days just for complete
Can’t log in on another device
I like the game so far, but everything is so small on my phone that I tried to move to my iPad. When you download the app, it creates a new account immediately and forces you to go through the tutorial again. When I tried to sign in with my Apple ID, it gets a 500 error, I assume because the Apple ID is already associated with the old account from my iPhone. It’s getting unplayable on the smaller screen, so that’s why 3 stars, cause I can’t get it on the larger screen without starting completely over.
Fun so far buuuut…
The game has been a fun play so far however I seem to be stuck on map 3 because I can’t complete the watch the sunrise with the villagers mission. I’ve had them work over time while I watch and I’ve had them sleeping while actively watching the clock. What am I missing and has anybody else had this issue? Edit: I figured it out. Just gotta let them off of work.
Signing in or signing out of Apple reset my data back to the start.
This has happened 2 times already and it’s annoying. This is why I stopped playing.

Villagers don’t collect food. I tried deleting and reinstalling the game as well as doing things in game to make them do it but they won’t.

The game bugged me to log into Fb. I’ve been playing a couple months. I logged into Fb, the game restarted. So I logged out of Fb & into Apple, it asked me if I wanted to load cloud or local data, which both looked exactly the same, so I loaded cloud, same exact restarted game! What a bad bug! Delete!! Thanks for wasting my time!
Map 3
This game is fun but how on earth am I supposed to watch the sunrise with the villagers? I’ve tried watching the time I’ve tried watching for thought bubbles I’ve tried just letting the game just sit there but nothing. And I have 3 separate tasks that are watch the sunrise with the villagers so I’m stuck what do I do?

Decent game but after a while you hit a paywall where you either watch a million ads or can’t progress for days or weeks. Skip it if you want something that’s playable long term.

I really like the game. Even though I am no fan of ads when I do try to play one I get a black screen that never clears so I have to manually shut down the app to play again. Please fix so I can give higher stars.
Good potential but needs some tweaking
Enjoying the game but it needs some more clarity on missions to get cards. For example I’m on map 3 and have a mission to get a certain card which is seriously preventing my progress. Mission is: Consume 500 materials Magic Orbs. Unfortunately there is no guidance and what these orbs are and so I’m thoroughly stuck.

Bull
So this is the fourth review that I have tried to put. Long story short so that I don’t have to keep typing the same thing over and over the support team has no respect. They took over a week to respond to me because I was sleeping when they responded finallythey decided because I didn’t respond right away that they would close my ticket. I showed proof of a glitch, where my money was taken, my points were taken, and it was not returned. This game was a rip off.
Bug
EDIT. They worked with me to fix the issue. I’m glad I can continue playing. Thank you! I’m on map 5 and my needle crafting station is maxed out, so each person is producing about 6 million per second or so. I can’t move on to the next map because the last task I have to complete is to produce 7M needles, but it’s telling me my needle count is -21aa. I try to buy things like skipping 30 minutes ahead, but it doesn’t change the -21aa. Please fix as I am unable to continue the game.
BUGS BUGS BUGS!
I was enjoying playing this game until the limited time event came then my gems started buying thing 10x what it cost then all my workers don’t work regardless how many times I restart or anything also when I go to upgrade to another level it just does construction forever and never goes away doesn’t let me make money this game is terrible w bugs !
Was a good game
Unfortunately I got to map 5 and it stopped letting me upgrade anything. I can still play events when they are on. And when I clicked the support button in game, it said coming soon… not helpful.
Thoughts
Can be slow at times, especially if you don’t have the right characters, but quite fun nonetheless.
Bug: Fails to start
Game gets to the guy trudging through the snow and the a picture opens of his face and freezes there. I have restarted my iPad and same result. Disappointed, reviews sounded interesting. There was an update 2 days ago which must have broken new installs!
Good game but needs improvements
The actual gameplay is great but the music is kind of annoying. I would recommend this to anyone who needed a good game to play.
Issues with billing.
I’m uninstalling. Be very aware to double check your billing statements from the App Store if you purchase anything on this app.
Meh
It’s not as advertised AT ALL. And it’s like every other survival game. Like frozen city. Eventually they all become trash because they don’t give you the cards you need & it makes it impossible to level up.
BEST APP
This is my favorite app I have ever gotten. At first with all the other bad reviews I thought it would be a bad game, but i am so happy that i did get it. And the ads are basically non-existing. The gist is I looooove this game and I hope you will love it too.
Too many bots
Not a bad game but you will never even get into the top 475 in the events out of only 500 people in your event group. The game is nothing but bots and they do nothing to stop it so any pvp or events with other players you will have no chance unless you also plan on using a bot.

I was only on the first village after tutorial and the game glitched. Wouldn’t show me how many workers at a station, wouldn’t hunt for food, wouldn’t let me upgrade. I deleted and redownloaded app and have to start all over because there’s no account to backup
