Having episodes where the character has to give honor to so called gods is very offensive!!
Can’t you just keep to the normal and fairytale type themes without the crazy episodes that have the characters worshipping fake gods??? This thematic scenario that keeps recurring in multiple episodes is very offensive!!! It’s something that I will quit playing over for sure!! Get that theme out and I will keep playing. It’s enjoyable without it.

Ads ruining the game
Literally your ads are ruining the game and I almost want to delete your game…the creators of this game are greedy and this is just a game strictly so the creator can profit money off the players and the game actually goes nowhere and you can never successfully finish anything SCAM ill be taking legal action to for all the money I made off of playing the ads more then the game you owe 5%
Bad Update
This app has definitely become a better game since the changes about 6 months ago. However, the latest update is buggy and crashing during adventures. It is causing heating issues for iPhone; I can’t speak for android devices.

for no reason the game started completely. went from level 95 down to 1..was working fine the night before next morning back down to level one..would love to know what happened...
Very close to deleting for good
I’ve played this game for years and am so frustrated that I think I’m done. First, the ads. I understand the need for them but having to watch an ad to go from one island to another and ultimately get caught in a loop of clicks is too much. I seriously just want to play my game. Also, the game is actually kind of boring. I would love for there to be more options at home. Why can there be so many adventures but parts of home stay undiscovered? It used to be so addicting but now I can go days without logging on.

The ads are too much
It’s hard to go even two minutes into play before having to deal with a long add that forces you to watch a loop because they take so long to get to the exit button. I used to play and loved it but it has changed and been taken over by ads.

Ive played this for years but here lately when we want to go from home to an event we have to watch a long ad. Used to be after 5 seconds we could skip it. It’s irritating and ridiculous.

I love this game and I been playing for years but with these events we have to use to much energy and you all don’t give us enough y’all never even give a day hour minute or nothing where we can use unlimited energy ever now and then I think this will be my last event ill just play my regular map from now on. I’ve spent to much money and time with this game a little reward would be nice!

I’ve been playing for about 5 years about 2 months ago I lost everything was like boom everything just disappeared. I spent a lot of money and I asked for help to retrieve my game back and no one answered me. So now it’s a new beginning with a lot of stupid ads that you have to watch every time you want something because no more money from me ha ha

I love the game but the newest level it won’t let me press anything I can’t go forward or back. It won’t let me go to my home farm either.
Favorite Mobile Game
I love this game! I play it everyday and I don’t want to know how much money I’ve spent… but you absolutely don’t have to pay to play. It’s better than its more popular competitor in my opinion and has frequent events and updates. I was not paid to make this review!
Logged out of the game on my phone and can’t go back to my current level
I got logged out the game today and I can’t log back in. No matter which way I log in, I can’t because the “username is already in use”. It’s in use by me.
Be careful
Love the game but have been charged twice for in-app purchases without receiving the feature. Support didn’t respond to my inquiry. One charge happened when I clicked to see how much it cost which wasn’t visible.

Tried to play game on tablet. Made sure account was binded and registered and when trying to sign in, lost all progress! Now I can’t access my account after years of progress! Just awesome
lovely game
i love this game - especially the sound effects and plentiful energy. I dont even mind the ads… I just have one complaint. Half the time, the skip/close buttons don’t even show up after the ads have been playing for several minutes. I had to uninstall the game because of being stuck on an infinite ad loop one too many times, so i’m finally saying something. Please check the image specs, at least

I don’t know why else you’d go out of your way to ruin this game. Used to be my favorite game, but I hate how everything just stops because estate levels are ridiculously complicated, and events cost way too much energy, you don’t give enough in timely manners or amounts to make this fun. It’s apparent you’ve now designed this to extort money just to finish events. I hate this game now. Congratulations!

stuck on connecting to server
I open the game and it has Sarah and the dog walking along the bottom of the screen and says connecting to server 0% but won’t load. I’ve uninstalled and installed the app twice now and didn’t help. Really frustrating. It would be nice if this issue can be fixed seeing as quite a few ppl have written reviews addressing this EXACT issue. 🙄🙄

This is my all time favorite game, but Ever since the update I can’t connect. It just says connecting to server 0%. I’ll rate higher when I can play again.

Very pleased that you went back to the original ad. Some don’t like that it’s the same video but I like that I can watch without fear that my game will freeze. Well done!!! I however am not happy at this moment, I have another game on my android device and I am unable to get on. I paid for the 17 day pass so this is unacceptable.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME - WORST CS ON THE PLANET!
UPDATED Jan 2025: the president of our club had been missing for about 9 to 12 months. Everyone in the group was very worried but we carried on hoping that she would return. She wasn’t in the best of health, so we did fear the worst. I was VP and did my best to hold the group together. I logged on yesterday and found out that I was no longer VP and that a member of the group that hardly ever participates was appointed president. When I contacted customer service they said that it was a rule that if the president did not log into the game for 14 consecutive days they would reappoint the president position to an active member. I told them I had been VP so why hadn’t I’ve been promoted to the position of president. They had no answer for that they just repeated their rules of the 14 days. Well it had been far more than 14 days since our president had logged in and we were doing just fine. Now I am no longer VP so I can’t do anything and the person who is president never checks in. So now we’re worse off than we were and I’m fed up with this game and they’re lousy customer service! Please do yourself a favor and do not download this game. you will have nothing but grief. I still haven’t had issues fixed that I’ve been complaining about for over a year. We’re all on iPhones in our group or iPads and none of us can collect double rewards because the button for double doesn’t show up and none of us can collect rewards from chests because we can’t get an ad to play. We have complained and complained and they keep blaming it on our Internet connection. Well I’m able to play with absolutely no problems on my Mac air and it only uses Wi-Fi. It uses the same Wi-Fi that my iPhone uses and yet I can play it on my Mac air with no problems but I can’t play it on my iPhone and neither can any of the members play it to get our rewards because they’re not using Mac errors. So the issue is obviously with the programming for the iPhone and the iPads but they refuse to accept the responsibility and fix the problem. This has been going on for over a year! I have finally given up and as soon as I post this review I’m going to delete the game and I will tell everybody I know to not play this game. And it’s sad because this was one of the best games out there but they just screwed it up and they have terrible customer service that doesn’t understand English and just refuses to help. UPDATED OCT 2024: ever since they did the last update I cannot get logged into the game. It just runs and runs and runs saying connecting to server. I got in one time and was able to post a ticket and was told that they were working on it but nothing has changed. I got in one time earlier today and had to log out because I had other things to do and lo and behold, when I tried to log back in again I’m right back to waiting to connect to the server! This is absolutely unacceptable! They know that I’m having a problem and nothing has been fixed. I guess I’m just never gonna be able to play this game again. just one more thing to add to their of problems.
Stop the side quests!
When I first started playing this game, I loved it! Now that the developers seem to only focus on side quests instead of working on regular game chapters and content, it stinks! Bring on the regular content. Also why the need for level 61 to go to the next continent…. It will take a lot of MONEY to buy my way to that level. Must be what the developers want. Really takes away from the enjoyment of the game.
I used to love this game
I’ve spent a lot of time and money on this game but it’s become a farce, back to back events that you can only complete if you spend money to buy energy. We used to have a break between events to save energy or continue on with the story exploring other lands, about 6 months ago the amount of energy needed for an event went through the roof, then we lost the break between events meaning you have to pay to play! I have a team of dedicated players, we’re all fed up, many are leaving, same on Facebook, lots of unhappy players but the developers aren’t interested. I5 used to be a great game!

The game has gone downhill. This used to be the best game out there and now, it’s all about money. The events have become so repetitive and boring. The energy requirements are outrageous. A new person would definitely not be able to keep up or want to continue with this game. If the developers are tired of coming up with new things for this game then they should just stop and end the game. I have been playing for a long time and will be looking for other games.

Don’t be fooled by the ads or the previews of this game as it’s nothing like it makes out to be. The sound now doesn’t work and they’ve made it impossible to complete anything and entice you to constantly spend money (which I refuse to do on any game).

Uses a lot of AI Generated art
Very disappointed. Wanted to try the game but immediately spotted all of the Ai generated art used both in the ads and the game. Will not be playing.
No customer help
The game freezes when you go into an ad, when you try and report it, you have other people’s messages show on your screen, also I have no send button, so I can’t actually send a question . Also twice now I have purchased a pass and it doesn’t give me the extra gifts from the order board, but both times this has been ignored and then the pass expires and they reply saying I don’t have a pass ….very frustrating to try and resolve anything

It would be a really good game to play, but it doesn’t load all the time. I have to check it several times a day just to see if I can get it to load. I’ve already tried updating it.
