Too Long Tutorial
Tutorial of how to play was too long and tedious for me. Looked like a great game but the tutorial bored me. I’d like short and simple then I figure the game on my own.
Administration
The problem I have is every time I want to purchase a new building and upgrade, it says I have to upgrade the administration which is very expensive!Or I don’t have enough electricity, and have to upgrade one of those as well. Or I want to buy more land - to expensive. Please make upgrading the admin. less expensive, or will will not be able to afford to expand, and continue playing . Thanks

It’s so fun and entertaining to clear the jungle and uncover mysteries although sometimes it can be very hard to obtain massive amounts of energy for quests but overall nice and barely has any ads
Extremely long ads started this week
Ads☹️ Two days ago they changed their ads to be unbearable. They’re about 5 minutes now and you have to find and click about 4-5 close buttons. This game is literally pay to win. The union quests this week almost entirely required buildings that are bought with only gems. It’s become extremely bad. The 5 minute ads are miserable.
So close to perfect
I have one BIG thing and one small thing that keeps this from a perfect rating. The BIG being: it’s pretty ridiculous they haven’t implemented a customize build option. I only have the first big bit of territory opened up a couple weeks in and rearranging my buildings around and changing roads is virtually impossible at this point. They offer a storage section which you have to start using gems to broaden but even then I can only hold 6-7 buildings and I easily have 50+ on the map. They should implement a customize option that allows you to place or remove buildings in an edit mode so it’s quick and easy instead of holding down on buildings and place them down somewhere else to replace it with another building which you can’t even do if you don’t have a bunch of spare open space. I like that there’s a storage option to hold extra buildings but that is in no way a suitable island editing option and it DESPERATELY needs one. The small thing is they have a right side menu that’s up on the screen at all times. It makes the screen look way too busy and cuts off some much view on the island. I think they should make a tab bar that allows you to open and close the offer section and maybe just add an exclamation mark on the tab when new things arrive. Other than that, the game is awesome and I love it

The best Sims Game out there!!
Literally the best SIM game out there. I love how colorful and interactive it is, very user-friendly and keeps you engaged. However, there is a lot on the island that has not been unlocked due to waiting for future updates. It has been the same for eight years now at least that I have been playing the game. Please work on adding more and unlocking those future updates.
Buggy & awful customer support
Support used to be the best of any online game now it’s terrible & the game has bugs. During the Beach Battles it was impossible to get past level two because I needed Beach Battles Achievement Awards. That’s impossible when the Beach Battle Achievement tab is not there. Customer service was of know help, simply apologizing and telling me it may take time. Well, the Beach Battles are over now so it’s a little late. Years ago if something like this happened they would have compensated with crystals or something. Now, all I received is silence.
Not Bad
I started playing this game when it was just Paradise Island. I left it and came back to Paradise Island 2. It is still a pretty good game. The only two things I wish were for are 1. A way to trade leftover items from different events with your union members so that they aren’t just sitting in inventory and 2. More attainable results for the events without having to spend actual money. It’s not impossible for all of them but a good portion of them.
Errors Crystals and energy
This last week every time I go to use my crystals to purchase smoothies it says the cost is six crystals and you receive for smoothies to trade with tourists. I double tap to confirm it takes it out of my crystals and then it doesn’t give me the smoothies I tried it again it said it was 14 crystals for seven smoothies I tried it again it came out of my account and took the last of my crystals I had left and never gave me the smoothies to trade with the tourist. Also on destroying the ridge when needing to get 500 energy completed, I used crystals to buy those giant energy balls (almost 300 crystals for the cost) and I was only two energy away from 500 energy. I applied the super charger and it showed I only had 2 energy left needed. I did other tasks and went back to Destroy the ridge to use the 2 energy that accumulated and when I clicked on add the energy it now shows I only have 44 energy out of 500 completed! even though I purchased the energy ball with crystals successfully and it showed I only had 2 left to add. I am very frustrated by this because I’ve been playing this game since the original Paradise Island came out and I finally am doing well in the game and now all my crystals are gone none of the energy to complete the task happened despite purchasing it and applying it and none of the smoothies I bought which the gems were taken out of the account, were given to me. Very upsetting
Not as good as the first one
Paradise Island 2 is decent but feels more tedious (building and deleting roads is torture) than the original. It also lacks The charm the first game had. I wish they would put the first game back up on the app store. I’d even pay money for it.

Blocked on Facebook for reporting a rude person
I’ve been playing this fake for over ten years now. Recently I reported to game insight that whomever runs their Facebook social media is very unfriendly to people. And what do you know…I was blocked! I think my paradise island time is over. It’s just the same recycled stuff anyway. Nothing fresh or new and if there is, you always have to spend lots of money to achieve it. Sorry guys, whatever few “glory days” you had are over.
Crystals
I’ve been playing this game for a long time. The only problem I have is, loosing crystals unnecessarily by accident. It is so easy to touch it by accident and you lose them on one touch. I wish they would make it in a way where you have to double click to use it like it does when you want to wreck a building. It takes so long to save the crystals and then losing them by accident on one click is so frustrating, I have lost so many crystals.
Bug
I have been playing this game for a while and I have not yet to see the character to play sandy caps and this is causing me to be behind on the things that are in the game and I’m asking for to please fix it

So the game is rlly great and there’s no reason you shouldn’t download it but sometimes it gives you a quest to do but it doesn’t give the right character for that quest like in scientific boom the quest was to trade with ten scientists but there wasn’t any on my island.Also it keeps saying that I don’t have Wi-Fi even though I do and I’ve checked.Lastly, I keep on pressing the button in the game to update but when I open the next time it’s deleted all the progress of it being downlloeded in to the game.I have tried to update it from the App Store but it there are no updates available pls fix this.But other than those things the game is great and I hope u download it too.
Almost a fun game, but…
These types of games use to be fun to play. But the amount of advertisements that pop-up at random times is insane! It makes it nearly impossible to play the game. If this changes in the future for the better, then I’ll check back then. If not, well then what a shame…
Good but could be improved
Could add a build mode as moving your island around to create space is a nightmare. The more into the game I get the worse this issue is and is becoming impossible. Bit ridiculous it doesn’t have one when game play is a lot

Update Game
Hello I’ve been playing this game for a couple years now. I’ve deleted and restarted a couple different times, and I agree the land expansions are just unachievable. You should at least give more room to build more buildings. I have a ton of special building I bought with my own money, and barley have enough room for entertainment or other hotels. Especially if you want to build several of each type to earn more money, which is the whole point. Obviously you want to build 5-10 of each type of building to earn any real coin. I just think you need to follow through, there’s so much open land you can’t access, just make the land expansions way cheaper and the building. It would be more fun if I could customize my city more. The size is the problem there’s just no room.

Love the game, but a suggestion
Have been playing for a month or so, quite enjoying it. Love the deals, so I drop $ easily to support the game. But one thing keeps me from giving this game a 5 star: the event times are too short! I want to buy the passes for the events, but all the time I only complete half of the season. If events/seasons were more achievable (4 weeks perhaps), then it’d be worth buying the passes because you actually can get all the rewards. Moreover, there’s the extra bonus season after you complete the main event, which is not even a possibility with the timespan given. The same goes for the island tasks to advance the story; the time given is way too short to achieve any bonuses. It’s an island game about relaxing and building, not a speed race. The easier and more enjoyable you make people get rewards, the more they stay, play, and pay. I’ll happily spend the money, but the rewards availability has to be worth my timespan. Hopefully this changes in the future! Thanks 🙏

Developers are lazy!
I’ve been playing for over 9 yrs. I’ve dropped a ton of money into this game because it was developed well, was challenging, and was worth giving money to their team to keep going. But no more! The game crashes all the time; several times a day! You’ll be in the middle of a race or challenge and bam! it crashes, you lose your live, any money and any things you collected. Their challenges are no longer new, exciting and creative! They repeat/dup the same thing and just slap a year on the end and pretend it’s something worth while. The challenges will cause you to develop hand issues because to get through them will require tapping the screen at least 100 thousand times and you go through 40 or so levels to get to the end. When you start you thing, hmm just 10 tasks but look at the corner, of each icon and you’ll see there’s 4 levels to each task. These are timed and there is absolutely no way to complete a challenge without spending a minimum of 100 dollars. In the end, if you finish, you get a very small prize worth 1% of what you spent. So if you’re not wanting to spend money then this isn’t for you. Moving up a level has become very difficult. I’ve been on level 59 for somewhere nearing a year because you need 5,250,000 points to get to the next level. You only get 1 to maybe 100 points with each task and you average about 20. The longer the tasks the more you get and some things take 2-9 days. So you can see to get millions and millions when you are collecting 10 at a time takes forever. These ’daily’ tasks and group tasks once complete give you rewards that you can actually get free from friends or buy; nothing is worth the time you put into it. You may spend 3 days and get something worth 1-3 dollars! You’ll need a ton of time. Rewards, in the past they were great, now not so much and most challeges are near impossible so the group doesnt even try. You can work at a challenge for a week and get junk you could have bought for 4 bucks. They trick you by making the first level of the daily quest easy say getting 1 point then the next level they’ll go to 500,000 which is just unachievable. And of course the first level prizes are terrible. Most of the rewards today are awful for the work you have to do and the amount of taps required. This year the development is poor, the quality is poor and the stability and performance is poor. When it works, it can still be entertaining and fill your time but it’s no longer challenging and fun. Today they pulled another fast one where waiting for a building income is 8 hrs and pays a couple grand and you have 3 days but you need 4 million points just to hit level 1. Its just unachievable the developers greed is over the top! I feel like they are just like little kid trying to see how much they can get away with. But there are people addicted and spending 1000s on this game because there is no other way to get the points and levels without that; i spend 200 a month easily and im not even 0.2% (no not an error) of the top players. I wonder if the top players are employees so that they dont have to pay out anything. Why would someone spend so much if they dont have ties to tge game? Theres a lot of variety in this game, races, snowball fights, feedings, daily chaneges, group, team and even teams against teams. Everything is driven by a need to finish. Most things are timed and not possible today ( they used to be) unless you spend money. Most challenges require 50-200 to complete on time. The recent halloween challenge was a 10 day challenge to get through two parts 18 levels and somewhere around 60 tiers. Without spending money you might make it half way but likely only 1/3. You wait 4 hrs to get 100 tokens (every theme brands them) then you have to trade those tokens for missing pieces to level up in the mini game. You’ll exchange 26 tokens to get 5 pieces and as an example you'll need 900. So as i said, its unachievable even if you play 24/7 and have no life. Again never used to be this way so i used to give them money for such a great game. But its sll greed and no longer achievable.

I have to admit that this is a really good game.！love it so much！I've been playing it since primary school. But I found a problem. When upgrading buildings through synthesis, a large number of standard blueprints are needed. I know they can be obtained from the workshop, but the ways to get these standard blueprints in the workshop are contradictory. I don't know if there are other ways that I haven't discovered yet. This really bothers me 😢. Maybe it's because I'm Chinese and have some language barriers, so I also want to ask if a Chinese mode can be developed in the future. I want to reiterate that this game is really interesting, and version 2 is much richer than version 1!
Lost my account
I didn't play that much, but I had my account for over five years, and when boredom set in, I'd always log in for a week or a month, or every few months. I logged in last year, but my account is gone. I don't know how to restore it. I couldn't find a way to contact them. My account might not be that high level, but I spent a lot of time there.
Decent game but UI very cluttered
It’s a nice decent game with lots of side game potential and achievements available but the screen feels very cluttered and overloaded if you play on a phone.

Too many tasks and quests
This game is really nice and enjoyable but there are too may quests to complete to get ahead. That makes it tiresome. Make it easier, this is supposed to be fun and relaxing, not my second job. For example, the trapped animals. Every time I complete the tasks which are MANY!!, and I think I’m finally going to be able to free them, here come more tasks. This is not fun, it’s too much. It also takes too long to level up. It’s just not enjoyable with all the different quests and tasks.

LVL43 and I hate it
You can imagine how long I’ve been playing to be level 43. You can also imagine my annoyance with this new update. If this game wasn’t already difficult enough to get energy to do anything, it just got a whole lot worse. The energy that you already couldn’t get is now required in order to get supplies that are needed to make any resources to level up. But each resource requires like 20 items. It’s impossible to play now. I HATE IT!!!!!!!!
Zooming out issue
Love the game! The only issue that I would have is that you cannot zoom out enough to see more of your island but only small parts of it. I would love if that could be amended as I think it is a good feature for the game especially after months of playing when the island gets bigger . This is the reason I only gave 4 stars.
Will not run on my iPad
I usually play this game on my pc at home. I have had to go away for a few days and although I had loaded on my iPad it will not run. It gets the display screen with Naomi on locks and then crashes. My iPad is supposed to support it as shown in the App Store and I am close to completing the bridge task. Not very happy with the cross platform issue with this game and the help topic suggests turning off hd graphics and animations and selecting dynamic building. This is only accessible once the game is running. I am not a happy bunny.
Game shuts down
I’ve been playing this game for many years. For the past 2 days, the game shuts down randomly and doesn’t save my progress. I’ll try a few more times. Would be helpful if developers could check this out and reward all who’ve had problems.

2000 straight days…and now I’m done
I originally started playing this game because I love a good building simulation. Thought of creating a little island town was appealing. I stuck with it for 2000 straight days, checking in to get the daily rewards and, bit by bit, filling up the space. But I’m done. The game has been boring for a long time. It’s as if the game developers have totally forgotten about it…there hasn’t been anything new, challenging, or fun for ages. I stuck with it a long time just to see if anything would change, but I’m tired of being disappointed. Delete.
