Re/design
I am immensely loving the redesign, aligning it to the newly launched, high design iStore app. I am looking for an iPad so hopefully I’ll get to experience the end to end flow of the new app
Very bad updates when it comes to stock
The issue is the updates of products are not live and what they have in store does not reflect on the app. The call center has no idea what’s going on with stock as I was at the apple pre own store and I tested the call center to see if they new if they had the device I was enquiring about they said no but I had the device in front of me. So as a client that want to have convenience this app actually costs me more in fuel and driving around looking for apple stock.
Lots of improvements - but still issues
While a lot has been improved and made the app seamless, simple things like app settings are not available (Theme/mode for night mode or store locations for example) would make a huge difference. Not exactly impressed.
Crashing
I loved the app the first time I got it I even wanted to buy myself an iPhone, but as I was showing my mom what I wanted the app kept crashing over, and over and over again. It honestly made me really mad and confused.
Great service
I don’t understand why people say this app is not good because it’s easy to use and the products ordered are top quality and don’t take long to come.
Unhappy
My history of previous purchases has just vanished after updating the app
App not responding
The app only worked for like a week on my iPhone 7 now is no longer working and I want to place an order. Wow 👎

App looks exquisite and runs smoothly. It works well on my iPhone 6 Plus, even though I’m on iOS 12. Highly recommend. I haven’t experienced any inconveniences
iOS update problems
The app keeps bombing out after I’ve done the iOS 26 update. I am unable to browse the iStore Pre-Owned app please find a solution for us. I’m using an iPhone 11 Pro Max.
Terrible redesign
I can see in principle, the redesign has a better foundation and is better visually, but in practice has worsened the overall experience specifically with IPad pros. Before the redesign I was looking to get the 11 inch iPad Pro from 2021 (M1 chip). The app redesign has no iPad Pro section when selecting the IPad tab (even though there is an iPad Pro image over the iPad section). I can search for the iPad I’m looking for, but the tab to show device specs is absent, and there is no option to choose WiFi only. I knew exactly what I wanted and could find it with ease on the old setup. It’s super frustrating that this app update makes it as if the product I’m looking for doesn’t exist while before the update there were many WiFi only M1 iPad pros to choose from and I could clarify it was what I was looking for based on spec sheets. Highly disappointed, as it also seems no one is ever available to assist with the live chat option either…
