Handy App!
I have a 2025 Hyundai i30 N-Line Premium with BlueLink and I find this app very handy. I especially like the reminders when you forget to lock the car and you can do it remotely. My car is a mild hybrid and I sometimes get a battery caution on the app but no indication of a problem in the car. When I took it to Hyundai for a regular service, they said there was no issue with the battery and it may be an app issue. Hopefully this update might fix that issue, apart from that the app seems to work fine with my vehicle.
Low effort garbage
Very unreliable and the UI is confusing and poorly laid out. Can no longer set charging schedules if I include climate settings. If I leave climate settings off it works fine. Completely bizarre. I wish they got a competent app dev team on this, and some people who actually took a few seconds to think about how people would actually use it.
2025 Sonata N Line Bluelink
I’m happy with the app, especially in Summer. However, I wish I could control the roof as well. Ventilation of the windows isn’t quite enough, it would be good to be able to open the roof partially or even close it n the event of inclement weather.

I have had this app connected to my car for a few years now, nil issues. Only recently, it has been slow in loading times and not letting me change the account profile picture

Great app, but could you provide an update to where when using dark mode on the icons there is a dark mode icon for the Bluelink app so it looks seamless & clean.
Suspicious and unnecessary
This app collects a lot of information about our driving, presumably so Hyundai can sell it. The features are unnecessary. We used it to complete an update to the entertainment system and deleted it
Works okay with 2023 Tucson
There is a fair bit of delay when starting engine but it works every time. But one annoying thing is that it keeps sending me door unlocked or not closed whenever I just leave it open for a few minutes or stay in the car after turning off for a few minutes. That’s handy but the thing is that it doesn’t give me notifications when the situation clears up, so I wish it sent another notification when I lock the door so that I don’t need to go and check the vehicle later on unnecessarily.
Works but not optimised
It will work after a significant delay for any command, it recently signed me out for no reason, I’d forgotten my password but was unable to reset it as it does not send a reset password link via email so if that happens you’re out of luck and will need to make a new account under a new email like me

Inster - improvement needed 1. unable to access charging limit. 2. Charge schedule times are very limited- needs 2 off peak per day at least. Needs different schedules per day. E.g. 10:00-16:00 & 22:00-07:00 3. Icons should be greyed out when not available e.g. lock greyed out if it’s locked. Same with charging climate 4. Low battery level or maximum days unused setting for scheduled climate control. E.g. you can drain the battery if you leave it on and don’t use the car for many days. …
Great app!
Works great, I’ve had no issue with the app connecting to the vehicle. Can remotely start the vehicle, lock/unlock, adjust A/C and open/close windows etc. works a treat.

Terrible app, they should just concentrate on the API and let other developers build the app.
Great App
Fantastic app that comes in very handy. Especially on cold mornings where I like to preheat the car, seats and steering wheel. Always good to get the alerts to notify me on things that I forgotten to do, such as put the windows up on exiting the car.

Not easy to reset password…. After fulfilling all the steps - no link is sent to email address…
Bluelink issues
Fault Error , Battery Warning false error message. Please update app to include non battery sensor models to resolve this issue.

I’m finding this app invaluable! I remote lock regularly, start cooling from the beach as we pack up, start/stop charging the ev. I am really happy with app.

Not as bad as other reviews
The Bluelink app is super easy and quick to use — way better than the Toyota app in my opinion. There’s heaps of great features, and honestly, most of the issues people are having seem to be because Optus doesn’t have good coverage where they are. As a Hyundai lover, I reckon this app just adds to the whole experience. Overall, it’s a great app!

Bluelink commands only work on select items like engine start up and turn off. Windows do not open or close, fails 100% of the time
Update
The app kept telling me my car door is open when there locked, when the app had an update those notifications stopped but then the phone software updated happened then the app changed back to telling me there open after locking them! Otherwise it’s good :)
Buggy update
The last update has messed up the sign in to calendars, neither the Apple calendar nor the Google calendar will work, they both say that the username and/or password are incorrect.
Needs an update
Doesn’t work with iOS 18. Great.
Updated but still lacking
Glad to finally see an update after 10 months, but key features (such as digital key 2.0) are still missing from the Australian Bluelink app!
Really bad system
I had the car for a year and a half, and Bluelink stopped working. I keep getting server errors, and Hyundai hasn't been able to fix the issue after 4 or 5 visits to the service station.

Never able to use use app to perform unlock or lock of vehicle even when standing next to vehicle with strong internet signal
Terrible
Can’t connect. I have uninstalled a few times as the app won’t let me sign in at all, to try and rectify the problem, to no avail. AI and technology, not always what it’s cracked up to be.
Maps navigation is useless
The navigation system needs a serious overhaul. If the maps are open on the home screen, you can’t see the street names and the map is a bad colour. I find I have to use the map in my phone and follow directions from car play. Very disappointing navigation userface.
Can’t log in
I used this app for nearly 2 years without any major issues, but as of yesterday I have been logged out of my account and cannot get back in. I have tried to reset my password using both the mobile and email methods. Despite copying and pasting the verification codes received, when I input a new password I get an error message saying the verification code was wrong. There isn’t any means by which to contact Hyundai and have this resolved - no phone number or email address are listed, and there’s no chat option.
