Great for aircon
Was wondering about the low rating but must be for older versions. Easy to use especially given the power and much better than the native Daikin app, and great for local and remote use.

Great app
I’m using it with my Rinnai heating and cooling system for last 3 months. It gives me all features like remote start /stop, scheduling, on whole house and each zone level. Very happy with this app.
App connectivity issues
Many times the app can not connect. Tells me to check the wifi which is fine and the tablet works. Then it will suddenly work on the phone again then doesn’t Very frustrating
Room temp not showing correctly on app
I’ve noticed in the last month or so, the room temp on the app doesn’t show the same temps as the main panel. Very frustrating
White glove
Dan come out with Ryan and explained how to best operate system. He also set us up with the garage controller. Highly recommend him. Amazing service
Criminally negligent
This app fails constantly.
Great app
Overall works really well. You can control your temperature zones and fan speeds and it responds quickly, plus it works great with home assistant. Would love electrical consumption figures as most default controllers have it and it is over due for a design update like MyPlace IQ but is a big upgrade on a standard ac controller
Flakey app
Worked ok prior to recent update, now worse. Hit and miss if it connects, luckily has one device that has not been updated, so am using that for the moment
Decent but needs iPad app
Easy enough and works but lacks a few basic features, dark mode and dark icon, iPad app, and ideally (although I’m probably dreamin) HomeKit integration
White glove handover
Dan came out and helped us to set up mobile app and temperature control units . His assistant was very helpful. I highly recommend Dan’s services.
Useless and unreliable
My washing machine app works better. App always disconnects so can never use it.

Hardly ever works remotely
For goodness sake, fix the app to work consistently on the iPhone! More often than not we have to go to the iPad on the wall to control it!

I have literally never written an app review but I need to for this app. It is absolutely hopeless!!!! We spend more time reconnecting the stupid thing than anything else! Can never use it remotely. How annoying.
Cannot set scenes remotely
If you want to create a new scene this can only done on the touch screen. The functionality hasn’t changed much in the last 10-11 years
Less than average
Probably the worst app I use, but unfortunately I don’t know of an alternative option. When it works, it’s great, but it’s simply too unreliable to depend on
App continually crashes and doesn’t load on iPhone 13 Pro
When it works but the app keeps crashing. Have uninstall all the time. Annoying
Cannot connect from time to time
I have had this app for 7 years and it has caused issues from time to time. Now it doesn’t connect to the aircon.
Zone temperatures
Zone temperatures (from sensors) are always wrong on the phone app. This wasn’t the case until something changed in the past 6 months.
App Constantly drops out
Most unreliable app which is down more often than not. No point in trying to operate the system remotely - we just use the iPad instead.
Outdated UX and unreliable
It's a good system when it works. WHEN it works. But it's also an outdated user interface and feels like the best tech from 10 years ago, or an unpolished beta version. Needs work. I'm currently in a premium rental with this and building a home. No way I'll get this system on my place.
New update is terrible
Does not work from phone now - goes back to main screen - waste of time
Freeze app
App freezes have to close and open most of the time on iPhone 6s vision 13.3.1
Stupidest app ever made
Give 0 stars if I could, soon as you have a power disconnects to your phone constantly and have to re connect!
