Nicht gut
Ich muss leider sagen, dass ich mit der Eröffnung eines Magenta-Pay-Kontos überhaupt nicht zufrieden war. Besonders die Videoidentifizierung war für mich sehr enttäuschend. Der Gesprächspartner war während des Gesprächs wiederholt unterbrochen bzw. hat sich teilweise selbst stummgeschaltet. Dadurch war eine vernünftige Kommunikation kaum möglich. Außerdem hatte ich den Eindruck, dass er sich bei einigen Dingen selbst nicht sicher war. Für einen Vorgang wie eine Kontoeröffnung, bei dem man eigentlich Vertrauen und Professionalität erwartet, finde ich so einen Ablauf absolut unangebracht. Ich habe deshalb für mich entschieden, kein Magenta-Pay-Konto zu eröffnen. Eine solche Erfahrung hatte ich bisher bei keiner anderen Identifizierung.

Η εφαρμογή έχει μείνει λίγο στάσιμη. Ούτε το θέμα δεν μπορεί να αλλάξει ακόμα. Από την έναρξη της, δεν έχουν γίνει αλλαγές και προσθήκες. Πάγιες εντολές, μηδενισμός προμήθειας σε αγορές άλλου νομίσματος, SEPA & αναλήψεων, συνεργασίες με άλλες επιχειρήσεις για μεγιστοποίηση οφέλους, χρήση buy now & pay later, αποταμιευτικός λογαριασμός με υψηλότερο επιτόκιο αποταμίευσης και ίσως προσθήκης Investment. Η χρήση του cashback στο οικοσύστημα όμως είναι μία χαρά.

Είμαι από το ‘22 στην εφαρμογή αυτήν . Πολύ καλή εφαρμογή αλλά μετά την τελευταία ενημέρωση , η εξαργύρωση των coins γίνεται μόνο σε COSMOTE και boxnow , κάτι που δεν με εξυπηρετεί καθόλου!

Schöne App mit viel Ausbaupotezial. Warnung bei niedrigen Walletstand kommt leider nicht zuverlässig. Dadurch oftmals Zahlungsabbruch beim Bezahlvorgang an der Kasse oder Ausfall mit Mahnung bei nachgelagerten Zahlungen (z. B. wenn Magenta Pay (vormals Payzy) bei Paypal hinterlegt ist). Das macht es sehr kompliziert und nervt ungemein.

Bis auf die Tatsache das man sich gefühlt ständig neu anmelden muss.. Was lästig ist, wenn man unterwegs ist und sich nicht mal schnell anmelden kann

Stabil und fair
Nutze payzy seit einigen Monaten mit anhaltender Begeisterung. Wenn nun auch noch Echtzeitüberweisungen von größere Beträgen möglich wären, wäre die Lösung perfekt.

Θα ήταν εξαιρετικά βοηθητικό να ξεχωρίζουν τα είδη εξόδων πχ σουπερμάρκετ, ψυχαγωγία, κλπ

Τα coins μπορούσες να τα εξαργυρώσεις στον λογαριασμό σ.. τώρα μόνο σε κουπόνια η σε πληρωμή λογαριασμών. Ένα πλεονέκτημα είχε σε σχέση με άλλες τράπεζες κ το έκοψαν . Δεν υπάρχει πλέον λόγος.
Richtige Richtung
Funktioniert an sich gut, aber alles sehr Basic. Zb. bei den Hinterlegten Kreditkarten sollte ein Name dazu stehen, da man anhand der Nr nicht sofort feststellen kann, welche Karte man einsetzen möchte. Ansonsten ist die Revolut App eine gute Referenz für neue Features 😉

This app is barely working. You can’t even add new things. I can’t expect nothing less from COSMOTE ecosystem. Literally worst app
Πρόβλημα ενημέρωσης εφαρμογής
Οκ με την εφαρμογή και την χρήση της Ομως εδώ και μερικές μέρες δεν ενημερώνονται ούτε η δραστηριότητα στην εφαρμογή ούτε τα coins της εφαρμογής Χρειάζεται φτιάξιμο η εφαρμογή με update άμεσα.
A Great App Losing Its Biggest Advantage
I have been using Payzy for quite some time, and until now I considered it one of the best fintech apps in Greece. It is fast, reliable, secure, and its customer support has always been much more responsive than what I’ve experienced with traditional banks. These qualities are the main reason I chose Payzy over other payment apps and why I initially rated it highly. Unfortunately, the recent decision to discontinue cash redemption of Coins from 27 July 2026 is a major disappointment. The flexibility to convert cashback into actual money was Payzy’s biggest competitive advantage and one of the main reasons many users actively chose to use the app for everyday payments. Restricting redemption to coupons and selected bill payments significantly reduces the real value and freedom that users had. While some users may benefit from coupons or promotional offers, they are not an equivalent replacement for cash redemption. Cashback should reward users with the freedom to decide how to use their rewards, not limit them to specific partners or services. I still believe Payzy offers an excellent user experience in terms of speed, reliability, security, and customer support. However, this change fundamentally weakens the loyalty program and removes one of the app’s strongest selling points. I sincerely hope the company reconsiders this decision or introduces an alternative that preserves the flexibility users have enjoyed until now. Otherwise it will be lost in the crowd since major banking systems offer a great extend of offers that make them more appealing.
Εξαιρετική, έως τώρα
Δυστυχώς παρότι κάποια στιγμή το περιμέναμε ότι θα σταματήσει να λειτουργεί η επιστροφή χρημάτων, μου φάνηκε πολύ σύντομο το χρονικό διάστημα. Εξαιρετική εφαρμογή έως τώρα, λειτουργικό σύστημα χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα ή παράπονο. Απλώς τώρα έχασε το πλεονέκτημά της συγκριτικά με άλλες τράπεζες εσωτερικού και εξωτερικού.

Sehr zufrieden
Cool wenn es noch eine physische Karte geben würde und die Cashbacks man gleich bekommt statt 2 Tage Bearbeitung dauert. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden. Anfangs hatte ich bedenken aber da auch die Telekom mit Payzy zusammenarbeiten dann nicht mehr. (Hab sie schon seit Oktober 2025)
Zahlen OK, Aufladen schwer
Das Aufladen mit verschiedenen, gedeckten Karten geht einfach nicht. Manchmal zeigt die App immerhin eine Fehlermeldung. Manchmal nicht einmal das, es springt nur eine Art Ball, mehr nicht, und es passiert nichts. Sehr unzufriedenstellend. Und Echtzeitüberweisungen kann Payzy auch nicht empfangen. Und Kundenservice antwortet nicht.
App Bildschirm bleibt weis
App startet leider nicht. Es bleibt beim weißen Bildschirm hängen iPhone 17

Wieso komme ich nicht mehr in die App rein war schon angemeldet eigentlich kam ich immer mit Face ID rein aber jetzt jedes Mal steht da versuchen sie es erneut??

Διαρκώς βγάζει θέμα στη μεταφορά χρημάτων , ακόμα και στην ανανέωση κάρτας μέσω what’s up το οποίο το δοκιμάζω αρκετό καιρό Επανεγκατεστησα την εφαρμογή αλλά το πρόβλημα εξακολουθεί να υφίσταται

Die Einrichtung lief super, die virtuelle Karte kann dann auch auf anderen Geräten verteilt werden. Ich habe aber nirgends Informationen gefunden, wie ich die 36€ Cashback mal in echtes Geld umwandeln kann.

Die Einrichtung des Kontos verlief reibungslos (E-Mail, Telefonnummer und Perso benötigt). Freischaltung tagsüber innerhalb von 10 Minuten. App und virtuelle Debitkarte funktionieren bei mir super. Es handelt sich um eine Prepaid Karte, die man regelmäßig mit Geld aufladen muss. Dazu bekommt man eine eigene griechische IBAN, an die man das Geld überweisen kann, alternativ kann man auch eine andere Debit- oder Kreditkarte zum Aufladen verwenden. Das regelmäßige Aufladen ist zwar nervig, aber dafür gibt es ja das Cashback, wodurch das Angebot echt attraktiv ist.

Jahresgehalt und Erreichbarkeit
- Warum muss/will die App mein Jahresgehalt? - Kein Mitarbeiter nimmt den Videocall zur Authentifizierung entgegen (bei einer gesch. Wartezeit von 1min). Natürlich habe ich es mehrfach versucht. +|- App hat sich ohne Fehler installiert, kann aber ohne Videocall nicht genutzt werden

Ούτε καν για εγγραφή δεν αξίζει
ΚΑΙ ταυτότητα ΚΑΙ selfie εκείνη τη στιγμή ΚΑΙ βίντεο κλήση; Και στη βίντεο κλήση δεν απαντάει κανεις. Μέχρι και αποδεικτικά εφορίας ζητάει για απεριόριστο ύψος γεμισματος του πορτοφολιού που θα μπορούσα να το καταλάβω είχε δυνατότητα παράλειψης για εμας που δε χρειαζόμαστε απεριόριστο υψος. Τόσο δύσκολη η διαδικασία εγγραφής που το παράτησα όπως και η πλειοψηφία του κόσμου φαντάζομαι. Και μην ακούσω για ασφάλεια γιατί όλοι οι (και διεθνείς) ανταγωνιστές της έχουν και ασφαλή και σύντομη διαδικασία

Why not give some incentive or interest for the money saved in piggys? I’d rather keep my money in Revolut that gives 1.15% for euro savings

App aktualisiert sich nicht. E-mail Kommunikation kryptisch und nicht vertrauenswürdig, verlangt dann noch, über einen link die Daten zu aktualisieren - Hallo! Alle anderen Anbieter raten von so einem Vorgehen ab!!
