Joke
The app isn’t working if you want to send money to a European bank account. It doesn’t recognise the Iban. This app is a joke. Fix it.
Works fine for the basic jobs - direct debits / standing orders etc. 👍

Συναλλαγες
Είναι απαράδεκτο να μου απαγορεύει η τράπεζα να μεταφέρω χρήματα από τον έναν λογαριασμό μου σε άλλο αν δεν έχω κάνει επικαιροποίηση στοιχείων. Την ίδια στιγμή δεν μπορώ να μεταφέρω 1000€ που έχω σε λογαριασμό SBL από ένα παλιό δάνειο που εξοφλήθηκε προ 2 ετών , έχω κάνει 2 σχετικές αιτήσεις, έχω υπογράψει δύο χαρτιά και ακόμα τίποτα !!
Επαναλαμβανόμενη συναλλαγή
Δεν μπορείς να τοποθέτησεις από την εφαρμογή μια εντολή η οποία να επαναλαμβάνεται περιοδικά πχ μηνιαίως, παρά μόνο στο e-banking . Αυτό γενικά (να μην μπορείς να ολοκληρώσεις τις συναλλαγές σου από το κινητό) συμβαίνει και σε άλλα προϊόντα. Είναι ιδιαίτερα εκνευριστικό διότι δεν έχει πάντα πρόσβαση στον Η/Υ.

Καλύτερη ανάλυση κατηγοριών , πιο απλή και ξεκάθαρη περιήγηση . Χρειάζεται αναβάθμιση πιο εύκολη αλλά παράλληλα πιο ενημερωτική προς το χρήστη .
Problems
Better than the old app (which was the worst app in apple store!) but still has problems If you only have a loan account, when you are trying to transfer money it allows you to select recipient account but then it stops displaying an error message that you have no account available!!! The same with the new web site. I have to use the old e-banking to transfer money!!!!

Password Gets Lost on Updates!
Every time there’s a new app update the old password stops being valid! It forces you to update and make new password. I have changed my password multiple times and is super annoying!!
Last update broke the app for iphone8
Since the last update, the mobile banking app will not initiate. When I click on it the welcome screen shows and then the app quickly shuts down. Please fix!!!

Ridiculous bank with a ridiculous support
Spent 1 week trying to reach an English speaking agent to get my e-banking password reset. It came to the same usual ping pong with people sighing transferring you right and left and clearly not willing to help at all. 0/10 would not recommend. Closing my accounts and moving somewhere else. Thank you for the waste of time Eurobank.
Καλή Εφαρμογή αλλά έχει κάποια προβλήματα
Μετά από κάποιο διάστημα από αδιευκρίνιστο λόγο κολλάει και δεν προχωράει από την αρχική οθόνη. Εάν προχωρήσει και θέλει κανείς να κάνει κάποια συναλλαγή κολλάει όταν είναι να δώσει έγκριση κάποιος.

Καλή αλλά θα μπορούσε και καλύτερη
Το tab περισσότερα θα μπορούσε να ανανεωθεί με ένα καλύτερο UI τύπου μιας λίστας για να είναι ομοιόμορφο και να φιλοξενήσει το πλαϊνό μενού με τις πληροφορίες του χρήστη και να αφαιρεθεί το άλλο. Στο tab προϊόντα θα μπορούσαν τα tabs να είναι swipeable αντί να πατάς κάθε υπηρεσία από τα κουμπιά Θα ήταν ωραίο να υπάρχει η δυνατότητα φραγής της κάρτας μέσω της εφαρμογής Θα ήταν επίσης ωραίο να υπάρχει η δυνατότητα να κλειδώνουμε χώρες στις οποίες επιτρέπονται οι ηλεκτρονικές συναλλαγές
Great App
I use this App so often with my everyday banking and purchases, with bank transfers and with international transfers. It’s so easy and user friendly and as I use the English version it is exceptionally well translated. Love it.

Πατάω το notification για να εγκρίνω συναλλαγή και δεν κάνει τίποτα ..
Καλό αλλά
Overall πολύ καλό update σε σχέση με την προηγούμενη τραγική εφαρμογή. Σε ένα σημείο χάνει τα 5 αστέρια κατ εμε. Σε όλες τις μεγάλες τράπεζες εξωτερικού που έχω apps κάνουν απλά χρήση του touch Id. Μπήκατε στον κόπο να κάνετε τόση δουλειά. Αντί του πιν εφαρμόστε το touch Id. Το περιμένω στο επόμενο update!
Χρειάζεται βελτίωση
Το update προσέθεσε βελτιωμένο UI (που πραγματικά χρειαζόταν) αλλά αφαίρεσε πράγματα που έκανε η παλιά εφαρμογή. Πχ: notifications/sms όταν σου έρχονται χρήματα με PAF και περιγραφή στα PAF. Επίσης κρύφτηκαν πράγματα που ήταν ευκολότερο να τα βρεις στην προηγούμενη εφαρμογή. Τέλος, πολύ συχνά δεν δέχεται το pin/Touch ID και χρειάζεται να κάνω log out και ξανά log in αλλιώς εμφανίζεται «Γενικό Σφάλμα».

Το σύστημα e banking είναι αρχαίο, κουραστικό, μονίμως προβληματικό και καθόλου εξυπηρετικό για τους πελάτες σας. Το δε τηλεφωνικό κέντρο απαράδεκτο. Εξαιτίας της απαρχαιωμενης τεχνολογίας μας έχετε αφήσει εκτεθειμένους τρεις φορές

Αντί καλύτερα χειρότερα
Μία απλή συναλλαγή, όπως η μεταφορά σε άλλο λογαριασμό, έγινε αδικαιολόγητα πιο δύσκολη. Ή πρέπει κάποιος να θυμάται το IBAN του παραλήπτη (μάλλον αδύνατο) ή να χρησιμοποιήσει όνομα επαφής, το οποίο επίσης πρέπει να θυμάται πώς το έχει ορίσει, μιας και δεν υπάρχει μια λίστα επαφών για να επιλέξει (όπως πριν). Μπορεί για άλλα είδη συναλλαγών η νέα εφαρμογή να είναι καλύτερη, η μεταφορά χρημάτων όμως έγινε τραγικά δύσκολη.
