I am in the USA and not able to find out what exactly they need and can use my ebanking
Verifying recipient
Your security team could not have chosen a worse way to authenticate and verify recipients. When I need to pay someone, I don’t always know how they spell their names and in some cases I know how they spell their names in Greek but you demand that I do it in English. Are you intentionally trying to make your customers lives difficult?

Maintenance issues
There’s always a maintenance issue when i need to check my bank account. Even when i’m just trying to see the new programs they offer it says “Please try again later.” I’m considering changing banks just because of how many maintenance issues and in general how they handle the app.

Στην παλιά έκδοση ήταν όλα μπροστά σου. Τώρα πρέπει να πατάς κουμπιά για να βρεις τα πράγματα που θέλεις. Είναι λίγο περίπλοκο. Έχει περισσότερη πληροφορία, αλλά μου φαίνεται πιο δύσχρηστο

Σύστημα για γέλια
Λυπούμαι παρά πολύ αλλά το ηλεκτρονικό σας σύστημα με δυο λέξεις μπορεί να περιγραφεί. Η πρώτη είναι Πειραιώς. Η δεύτερη δεν λέγεται λόγω ευπρέπειας αλλά είναι ταυτόσημη με την κοινή ονομασία του οίκου ανοχής. Και επειδή για το γελοίο αυτό σύστημα και την παντελη απουσία κρυπτογράφησης και συνεπώς ασφαλείας λογαριασμών και συναλλαγών δεν ευθύνονται οι εργαζόμενοι αλλά η ηγεσία ας ενημερωθούν ότι δεν τρώμε κουτόχορτο. Ξέρουν πολύ καλά τι πρέπει να κάνουν, και όπως λέμε συνήθως «με π……s δεν βάφεις αυγά». Χρειάζονται κάποια εκατομμύρια για σοβαρά συστήματα κρυπτογράφησης και όχι αυτά που φτιάχνονται από τις τεχνικές υπηρεσίες σας.

Θα μπορουσε να μας ενημερώνει η εφαρμογη κ για ποσα που δεχομαστε.

Δεν έχει επιλογή για προεξόφληση δανείου. Για απλά καταναλωτικά δάνεια θα έπρεπε να έχει επιλογή προεξόφλησης και όχι να πρέπει να πηγαίνουμε σε κατάστημα.

Θα ήθελα το υπόλοιπο να φαίνεται μέρα από κάθε συναλλαγή.
Συναλλαγές
Από τον Ιούνιο δεν φαίνονται οι συναλλαγές ως ολοκληρωμένες με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορώ να δω τις δαπάνες του μήνα. Επίσης δεν μου έρχονται ειδοποιήσεις όταν πραγματοποιείται οποιαδήποτε συναλλαγή.

Πιστεύω οτι θα ηταν πιο ευκολο να βρισκει καποιος αμεσα και ευκολα τα iban των λογαριασμών, να φαινονται πι κονησεις των καθε λογαριασμών ξεχωριστα στο app και οι πληρωμες στο πανελ να φαίνονται ξεκάθαρα με εισροες και εκροες

Nice easy app to use if Greek is not your first language. Somethings are sometimes difficult to find, but are always there if you look hard enough.

Κατά τη γνώμη ενός απλού χρήστη, έχετε αλλάξει μόνο την πρώτη σελίδα πρόσβασης και όλο το υπόλοιπο interaction παραμένει το ίδιο. Ελπίζω να μην πληρώσετε πάρα πολλά για αυτό.

Η προηγούμενη εφαρμογή ήταν καυτερή πιο εύκολη … εδώ πρέπει να έχεις πολύ υπομονή για να μπορείς να κανείς το οτιδήποτε … μου ζητάει επικύρωση των στοιχείων μου … τρεις φορές έχω προσπαθήσει και όλο δεν δέχεται τους κωδικούς που μου στέλνουν … απογοήτευση .

Excellent app , easy to navigate huge improvement on the previous app. Still a little hard and counter intuitive when making payments. Otherwise perfect.
Not user friendly
Extremely buggy, not user friendly even for the simplest task you need to search for a lot of minutes. Alpha banks app is way much better. Please check alpha banks app. Peiraios app was amazing a few years ago before the major update. You made it the worst app.
Chaotic
As a multi international bank client this is my worst bank app by far. Perhaps just copy the format and ease of use of a US bank. Too many authentication steps, too many extra pins, difficult to navigate and execute payments to public sector entities etc, no place for monthly statements (really????) unless they are hiding in the chaotic design, no side window of upcoming payments, no list of scheduled payments, cant even repeat the same payment to the same recipient in a single step…sad…

Η προηγούμενη εφαρμογή ήτανε πολύ πιο απλή στο χειρισμό. Ασχολήθηκα να την μάθω γιατί καταλαβαίνω ότι κάτι καινούργιο είναι διαφορετικό, αλλά επιμένω ότι η προηγούμενη ήτανε πολύ πιο απλή στο χειρισμό της και η καινούργια πλατφόρμα είναι άχρηστα πιο σύνθετη

Δεν γίνεται να μας λέει πού έχει ΑΤΜ χωρίς να ξεχωρίζει αυτά που δέχονται και κατάθεση χρημάτων…πάμε τζάμπα σε ΑΤΜ που δεν είναι κατάλληλα …
Ok app, but cute Piraeus obnoxiously tries to outsmart Apple’s Face ID
Apparently the security and cryptographic research arm of Piraeus Bank has decided that Apple’s Face ID feature is insecure and therefore it “expires” every three months. Reenabling it requires a super secure four digit pin that also has to be changed every three months to a different super secure four digit pin… what to do but write the pin down? Seems super secure to me.

Δεν υπάρχει η επιλογή να μεταφέρω χρήματα σε άλλη τράπεζα όλης της Πειραιώς. Ανέτοιμη η εφαρμογή.
Γενικότερη λειτουργία
Η εφαρμογή είναι όμορφη, αλλά με πολύ πληροφορία με το που κανεις log in. Όλες αυτές οι πληροφορίες (πχ καινούργιες κάρτες και yellows) δεν είναι τα κυρία ενδιαφέροντα κάποιοι που μπαίνει στην εφαρμογή. Θα πρέπει να υπάρξει μια ρύθμιση ώστε η καρτέλα «καταθέσεις» να μπορεί να γίνει default σε περίπτωση που ο χρήστης θέλει να βλέπει μόνο τις καταθέσεις του με το που μπαίνει στην εφαρμογή. Η εμφάνιση της εφαρμογής είναι πολύ μοντέρνα, και πλέον υπάρχει η δυνατότητα χρήσης της σε dark mode, η οποία όμως γίνεται μόνο χειροκίνητα. Δεν υπάρχει η δυνατότητα αυτόματης αλλαγής dark/light mode ανάλογα με το mode που βρίσκεται η συσκευή εκείνη την στιγμή.
