Best in Bulgaria
Banks in Bulgaria are known for charging fees for almost everything, but TBI Bank is different. I’m genuinely satisfied with their service. Not having a monthly card fee is a huge advantage. That’s one of the main reasons why I, along with many people I know, choose TBI Bank. I hope they continue with this customer-friendly approach.

I have tried several times to start it after download, but nothing except white sceeen appears - deleted and downloaded again - same story. iPhone 17

Really happy, but
I’ve been using TBI app for almost two years now and I’m generally really happy with the UI, it’s user friendly, fast and easy and easy to use, BUT I am confident that seeing this many adds in an app leads to distraction and if there is one app you don’t want to be distracted from while using this is the online banking.

They try to become a leading bank on the Bulgarian market, but their online service takes between 30 min to an hour for an agent to get in touch. Their app crashes all the time. Their stock loans don’t reflect the contracts. They charge you extra for any sort of service you might think of, including printing a document, and they charge you a lot. Their % interest is the same as if you get a loan from a loanshark - around 30% monthly. I gave it a chance, twice, in a span of two years and both times i’ve been scammed. I bought a TV for X amount, paid a first instalment at the cashier, the app didn’t reflect that instalment as if I never paid it.

Avoid that bank — they don’t listen to their customers and can’t resolve even simple issues. Easily the worst bank experience I’ve ever had. Regarding your response I have tried to contact costumer services multiple times and the reply was the same. We understand your frustration but we cannot do nothing. So your reply is at least ironic

Как така става, че функционалността, която ми трябва, не работи? Открила съм срочен депозит в долари + разплащателна сметка в долари, за да мога да довнасям в разрешения период. Бутонът Довнасяне е активен, но дава системна грешка. При опит да прехвърля долари от разплащателната сметка, приложението забива. Отговорът на консултантите на ТиБиАй - може само в офис, защото в офис сте открили депозита. Всъщност друга опция за откриване на доларов депозит нямат… Отдавна се опитват да ме прогонят като клиент на банката, защо ли още стоя там, като за всяко нещо трябва да ходя до офис на банката…

Ужасен support, проблеми със сметката ми, бавене при зареждане на средства. Вече ужасно съжалявам, че си отворих сметка с tbi. Оправят ли проблемите, които ми създадоха, веднага си закривам сметката. Не препоръчвам! Явно безплатната сметка си има цена...
Бъгове нон стоп
Приложението непрекъснато бъгва – не отчита погасяванията по кредита, чатовете със съпорта изведнъж приключват и връзката се прекъсва. Личи си, че не поддържат приложението.

Bugged Login notification
Every time I login, the app sends notification that a new device is using my account. There is no button to confirm that it is me….which is very annoying. Concerns the the iOS version.

Много удобно и лесно и за банкиране. Сам си откриваш сметки и картата идва за 3 дни. Щеше да е перфектно ако имаше интеграция за криптовалута и борса за търговия и размяна.

Използвам приложението от няколко години, нямах никакви проблеми, но наскоро започна да бъгва и дори не мога да отворя страниците. Не мога да заявя карти. Вашите служители не могат да открият бъговете. Моля направете вече нещо.
Good and Bad
The TBI service at point of sale was excellent and convenient. However, some of the bank’s policies with regard to individuals over a certain age are antiquated. The app is also virtually useless if you do not have a credit limit.

Good not great
Every time I open the app and login, I get a notification that a new device has logged in. Which is me and the device is not new. It’s always the same device.

От няколко години използвам TBI за финансиране на електроника и прочее , излизат доста по-изгодно от употребата на кредитна карта и същевременно ми подпомагат за повишаване на ЦКР ! Супер са !

Functional but slow
The app is very useful and functional. Unfortunately I'm rarely using it because it is very slow. Everything is so slow for a modern app: from authentication to reading the notifications.

TBI Bank App е доста удобно приложение, както всички други приложения. Голямо впечатление ми направи чат обслужването в реално време, свързването със тях за мен е бързо и доста огромно впечатление ми направи че екипа е на разположение 24/7 за да помогнат. Благодаря на екипа за добрата робота! Удобството за превалутиране от лева в евро бързо и лесно и без такси. Разделянето на вноски на даден продукт Кандидатстването за кредит и изчисляването за кредитен рейтинг. Към момента от приложението съм доста доволен. - Забележка: Ще е добре в мобилното приложение да мога да видя номерата на картата си, дата на изтичане, трицифрения код за сигурност за да не е нужно да търся картата си когато ми е необходимо, а директно да виждам информацията на картата си при нужда от приложението! Все още тествам приложението и ако има някои Новости ще ги добавя тук.
