Идеята е чудесна, НО първо е много забита като местоположение в приложението … би трябвало да е на началния екран горе до Начало Карти Касички. След това за да е истинска една касичка тя трябва да събира дребни суми (и понеже е електронна система) трябва да го прави сама! Оценката ми ще е такава докато не прегледате местоположението на Касички в менюто и не ги направите истински касички!

Crashing sometimes, no available info for my car, all deadlines on when to pay differet taxes, insurance etc.... No notification for incoming transaction.

Не мога да си използвам акаунта, който е новосъздаден, защото не ми се активира избора на профил, съответно няма и възможност да я поълня!

Приложението не е лошо, но има недостатъци. Ако се върне widget, който показва информация за суми по сметките, без да се налага влизане в приложението, ще бъде страхотно.

App not working
For the past few days, i cannot access my mobile banking. The app is stuck on loading my screen, yesterday i waited approximately 3-5min for it to load and open, but today it just says “error” at some point and just doesn’t work.

При създаването на шаблон за превод, не може да се запази “основание за плащане”, сума и т.н. В предишното приложение това бе възможно и много удобно за често повтарящи се плащания.

There is always some issue with the app. I cant sign in “at the moment”, i cant see my bank account details “at the moment”, cant do a transfer “at the moment”. And i have to do an update every other month just to see another thing not working “at the moment”.

Force update broken
Force update flow is broken - it requires an update but in the App Store I’m on there is no new update.
No real-time transaction notifications
The app does not provide notifications when money is received or spent. This is a basic and essential feature for any modern banking app. Transaction history is also frequently delayed, and recent payments or incoming transfers sometimes do not appear for several days. This makes it difficult to track my spendings. Please add instant push notifications for all incoming and outgoing transactions and make the transaction history update in real time.

Some features are not working
I recently decided to get a credit card. Today I found out I cannot transfer money to it. Also, when I click on my bonus point there is an error message. I don’t really care about the bonus points, but eventually I will need transfer money to my credit card. Can you fix it please? You can contact me on my email so I can provide screenshots.

You want to transfer funds - when you start typing the amount, the screen moves and you no longer see the amount you are typing. Do they test the apps before launching them? Seems like a very basic thing you must get right for a banking app.

Can’t even register - won’t submit the code to my mobile phone, so I can’t go beyond the verification stage.

липсват важни подробности, пример- влизате в сметката си и виждате всички разходи но не виждате наличната сума към момента на разхода. Виждате приход но не виждате каква е сумата към момента на прихода. Имате сумата в реално време но не и как се променя с плащанията, преводите и приходите. Имам още два акаунта в други банки и този привидно дребен детайл ти дава доста точна и наистина ясна представа как се е стигнало до наличната сума. Надявам се да добавите тази дребна но основна подробност към сметката. За да можем да работим по лесно и да имаме яснота по движенията. — Ново-16/09/2025 В допълнени, полезно е в детайли на движенията да се вижда името на другата банка, ако е банков превод както деня месеца и часа, а ако е плащане в търговски обект името на обекта дата и час. Липсва възможност с един клик на икона като око да скриваш всички цифри по сметки, карти и движения така че когато показваш нещо в апликацията като функционалност или просто правиш прехвърляне към телефонен номер или каквато и да е операция на публично място да си защитен. Също така ми липсва от старото приложение възможността да видя в детайли на банков превод разширената информация на "Основание за превод" където описвам допълнителни подробност които да ползвам като доказателство. important details are missing, example- you log into your account and see all expenses but you don't see the amount available at the time of the expense. You see income but you don't see what the amount is at the time of the income. You have the amount in real time but not how it changes with payments, transfers and income. I have two other accounts in other banks and this seemingly small detail gives you a pretty accurate and really clear idea of how the amount available was arrived at. I hope you will add this small but essential detail to the bill. So that we can work more easily and have clarity on the movements. — New - 16/09/2025 In addition, it is useful to see the name of the other bank in the details of the movements, if it is a bank transfer as well as the day, month and hour, and if it is a payment at a commercial establishment, the name of the establishment, date and time. There is no possibility with one click on an icon like an eye to hide all the numbers on accounts, cards and movements so that when you show something in the application as a functionality or simply make a transfer to a phone number or any operation in a public place, you are protected. I also miss from the old application the ability to see in the details of a bank transfer the extended information of "Reason for transfer" where I describe additional details that I can use as evidence.
DSK mobile
The app is ok but it took nearly two months to be downloaded due to a savings account that was there all the time. It had to be closed in order to download as it didn’t recognise me, when my details were entered, no explanation on that at all! Finally when I managed to log in it doesn’t have as many functions as the “DSK smart” which is a shame! Why change something when it’s not broken for the worst! All the DSK staff had no idea what to do about it in four branches so I suggest that you train your staff before releasing something new!

I had a rough beginning with this App but now I am a happy customer. It gives me full control to change my card's limits in a flash with immediate adjustments! I believe this App is very reliable and well developed!

След като минава всички проверки и потвърждения всичко спира на последния стадий- създай парола..?!? Не съм особено учуден …
Доволен съм
Ползвам ОББ от 7 години и ДСК от 2 години. Еми, ДСК са по-добри, според мене. Какво да ви кажа? Много съм доволен от тях!
Не работи с чуждестранни номера
Опитах се да активирам приложението, но не получавам смс код на английския ми номер, който до сега ползвам успешно с предишното приложение и ДСК директ.

След ъпдейт изобщо неможе да се влезе- излиза съобщение проблем при свързване със сървъра. Друг проблем е аутентикацията чрез смс за англииски номер- не получавам такъв и това е проблем от години!
