Много бъгава приложение. Искам да направя елементарен превод , попълвам всичко, сменям фокуса да копирам данните на получателя и сесията ми е изтрита.. мега неудобно и тъпо

Нова версия, да ама не
Идва известие, отварям го и изписва, че има нова версия, такава обаче все още няма и приложението е неизползваемо, жалко че спряхте лайт-а.
Задължителни обновления?
Приложението започна да изисква обновления при всяка нова версия, без някаква съществена промяна във функционалността. Защо е необходимо постоянно да блокира дори и за обикновена справка?
eID is not working
Dears, after you implemented the eID, I have submitted a request for a credit card, received notification to confirm using the eID, however, the process couldn’t go through and the app got crashed . Please fix
Horrible
Try to make a transfer and paste in all the info from another app, see how far you’ll get. The app resets the screen every time you background it. This is nuts!

Досадно за ползване, залива с ненужни реклами, последното 20 е на всяко отваряне да рекламира преводи към телефонен номер. Чудесно за, който е нужно за останалите е адски досадно всеки Божи път да отказваме и на следващо включване отново и отново да пита, малоумно приложение.

Защо всички указания в google play са на английски? Защо потребителя не може сам да управлява лимитите си?

Браво за подобренията! В отзивите има конструктивни предложения, които ще помогнат. Може би ще е по-удобно, ако се влиза с “Touch ID” или “Face ID”, а не с PIN, както е сега😉 Поздрави и успех👌🏻

Най-мразя, когато приложението трябва да се актоализира! То не иска просто да се тегли, и проблема не е в моя интернет, защото съм пробвала и с wi-fi 🤯 😤
Every new version is getting worse
This app is developed as if a manager said "I want this feature added and I don't care how you will do it" and neither the developer cared about user experience either, nor wanted to put any extra efforts to do design. Until last version too check the available funds in my card I had to press on cards, find the card, press check and wait. Now there is an extra step to that. Oh and the font is too small so I have to put my glasses to see it. UX is terrible

На IPhone 13 Pro Max се виждат половината икони на приложението една част от тях остават скрити в дясната част на диспле? Някакъв съвет за оправянето му?
Проблем
Не ми дава да си потвърдя услугата на второ устройство, постоянно пише при потвърждаване, че услугата е временно недостъпна. Така е от месеци.
No regular update on card balance
Please update the balance of the card, over 1 week no update after there have been made transactions! When I cannot check my recent transactions why do I need mobile app?
За новата версия.
Към днешна дата изобщо не ми е ясно коя е “новата” версия. В приложението стои v.2.0.271. И още: стои ново съобщение, отварям прочитам, затварям, пак стои непрочетено. След седмица същото: ново съобщение, на непрочетени - нямате нови съобщения. И си виси така. Указвайте коя е новата версия и възможност да се актуализира от самото приложение.

Не може да се потвърди трансакция с карта
ДИДО, умрялото приложение НЕ РАБОТИ! Потвърждавам трансакцията и не изпраща потвърждение в Борика.
Има нужда от Face ID при първоначален вход
Това е може би единственото приложение за мобилно банкиране, което все още изисква пин при вход. Направете го да ползва биометрични данни, а пин - при по-големи трансфери или по-специфични операции! Има нужда и от dark mode (тъмна тема), защото вечер блести като електрожен.

Не знам кой девелъпър какво е променял, но Верификацията вече не работи - дава грешка - “За да прегледате Верификация е необходимо да активирате IDCM” - iPhone 12 Pro. Това е SDK-a Mastercard Identity Check Mobile. Всички настройки на телефона са ок. Моля, оправете го.

Annoying Apple pay notification
Every time after login an notification is displayed "You can add your CCB cards to apple pay..." even though I do not own cards. This prompt should be once and not every time on login. Fix your app, this is going on for more than a year.

We can only imagine that software engineer who decided to make white background on white font. It is far superior from before as you can no longer see the bank details or amount you are transferring. Bravo!!!
Improvements needed
The app is good, but I believe simple things like sending notification when you have a new bill will be good.
