Terrible navigation
Can’t you hire a UX designer and make an app that makes sense? Check the simplicity of bank apps in the uk for example
Good app but no iPad version
iPad version is missing. iPhone version is pretty good though.

Works fine on my android phone, but on my iPad it constantly freezes during log-in. I use my fingerprint, which it says is successful, but then that little black wheel just goes round and round…

Buggy terrible costly app. Avoid
Alpha bank is for years failing to transform to real usable digital. Every time I use this I fail to login and it takes me into loops of authentication that are impossible to resolve. In the end the transactions are paid for and it doesn’t work on weekends of holidays. I would avoid at all costs. Deleted

Major Security Flaw
After viewing my account details this morning, I went to log off as usual. Instead of logging off, the app switched so I could view someone else’s account. Can others view my account? This needs fixing ASAP! Good thing I’m honest, the account I viewed had lots of money.
Συναλλαγές με κάρτα & πληρωμές
Τίμια εφαρμογή με τα προβληματα της βέβαια. Το μεγαλύτερο μειονέκτημα για μένα είναι ότι δεν εμφανίζει την συναλλαγή που έκανα με την κάρτα. Δηλαδή θέλω να δω πόσο με χρέωσαν και το βλέπω από το Apple Pay μέχρι να εμφανιστεί στις συναλλαγές στο mobile banking. Επίσης δεν μπορείς να ορίσεις πάγιες εντολές. Λίγο δύσχρηστη σαν εφαρμογή
Μια χαρά εφαρμογή
Η εφαρμογή είναι άψογη και πραγματικά μου έχει λύσει τα χέρια. Απολύτως κανένα πρόβλημα . Θα βοηθούσε όμως ακόμα περισσότερο αν υπήρχε κάποιο μέρος όπου θα κατηγοριοποιούνται τα έξοδα ανάλογα με την προέλευση τους Ευχαριστώ
update details bug
Hey, update the app please as there is currently a bug that asks for personal details update via taxis and it gets stuck to a login loop where I receive a ton of pin texts to verify and then because of the amount of times i tried to login ( not me your system) it gets locked out because of three unsuccessful tries!! I mean come on? also the other annoying thing your app does is asking for password reset when your in a middle of a transaction ? really? like really really? you could give the option to postpone for later ?!!!

Χρειάζεται βελτίωση η εφαρμογή
Εύχρηστη και πολύ χρήσιμη υπηρεσία, όμως κολλάει πάρα πολύ συχνά, πράγμα που μπορεί να σε φέρει σε πολύ δύσκολη θέση. Επίσης για λόγους που δεν καταλαβαίνω κρατάει το τηλέφωνο το συνθηματικό, αλλά κάθε μία φορά που θέλει αλλαγή συνθηματικού για λόγους ασφαλείας, ποτέ δεν μπορεί να το πάρει αυτόματα από το κινητό. Γενικά έχει πολλά περιθώρια βελτίωσης η εφαρμογή.

Overall poor for a European bank
Might be good for Greece, not sure though if that good, Eurobank’s is on a different level and have not used NBG and Piraeus For European standards is by far the worst I have used. Bad performance, unfriendly UI and multiple clicks required for a user to achieve task when in other EU bank apps it’s done in half the time effort. As for the push notifications for approval when redirected from other providers it never works. Fundamental issues of getting codes when using non Greek numbers, still using viber - obsolete practices. Even worse when in Greece with foreign mobile number not even Viber works and customer success evidently don’t have a triage/troubleshoot plan, they blame the foreign provider

Σκουπίδια εφαρμογή
Πως είναι δυνατόν να φτιάχνεται μια εφαρμογή και να μην σκέφτεστε τις ανάγκες του πελάτη;; Μόνο ότι βολεύει σε σας; Ανεβάζω το Ε1 ΜΟΝΟ σε PDF που ζητάει για τη δημιουργία νέου λογαριασμού και μου λέει ότι ο τύπος φακέλου δεν αναγνωρίζεται 🤣🤣. Γιατί ρε ντουγάνια μόνο σε PDF? Μια φωτό δηλ δεν κάνει; Και γιατί δεν το αναγνωρίζει;; Πληρώσατε φυσικά εκατομμύρια για να γλιτώσετε του μισθούς των υπαλλήλων και για διώχνετε πελάτες 👍
Lacks basic functionality
How come I can’t see a sum of money coming in and coming out? Every other banking app allows you to track your income/expenses from the landing page. The menu also doesn’t make much sense, it’s like this app was designed in 2010. Give us more visibility please and help us track our money, I don’t care about getting loans through the app, I wouldn’t be able to see it anyway with the current functionality until the next balance statement

Η εφαρμογή έχει εύκολο μενού και ωραίο interface. Ο λόγος που δεν έβαλα 5 είναι γιατί έχω κάνει αίτημα για έκδοση νέας κάρτας την οποια δεν έλαβα ποτέ.
Worst banking app I’ve used
I can’t think of one thing I’ve tried to do that worked smoothly. And now logging in issues make it virtually impossible to use, to the point of considering I probably have to change banks - only unfortunately everyone in Greece seems to do business with Alpha almost exclusively which makes them convenient for settling up direct debits etc.

UX from the dark ages
So every 3 months it will require password change (any new types of security you should know about guys? TSB has never asked me to update it and I have an account with them 12 years). Then requires you to enter a new password and confirm it (so adding 2 steps) and THEN it decides your current password is incorrect 🤔 So adding up to …entering various passwords for an eternity. When the current password is incorrect there is no direction as you what you are supposed to do. Just the same page expecting you to add a password. All of this when you have activated face recognition 😳and you have various other pins and account numbers to remember. End result I’m locked out of my account? Or am I not? Who knows. In any case I have no idea what to do but can’t access it

Έχουν έρθει ένα κάρο mail για να ενεργοποιήσω τις push notifications. Οι οδηγίες είναι όπως αναμενόταν ελλείπεις αφού μιλάνε μόνο για το πως μπορείς να τις ενεργοποιήσεις βάζοντας την εφαρμογή από την αρχή. Για εμάς που την έχουμε ήδη τίποτα και η επιλογή παραμένει θολή. Προφανώς και δεν θα κάνω χρήση της υπηρεσίας και προφανώς προσφέρετε υπηρεσίες με τον γνωστό τσαπατσούλικο τρόπο που για κάποιο λόγο είναι απόλυτα κατανοητός και απλός μόνο στα στελέχη που το έφτιαξαν.
Can’t keep up? Poor planning
Alpha Bank was late to introduce Touch ID and now is very late to support Face ID. Apple gives early access to developers for this reason, to prepare and ship out their apps in time. I gave 3 stars because it’s the second time this has happened. Strategy should be mobile first not last.
I love this app
I have other accounts at different Greek banks and this app is the most user friendly. I can pay my bills online, send myself an email with the pdf of my transaction and save a pdf of my transaction on another application. Thank You Alpha Bank!
Απαράδεκτο σύστημα
Προσπαθώ να ανεβάσω pdfs κ το σύστημα δε λειτουργεί. Με ενημερώνει το σύστημα ότι μετά τα μέσα Μαΐου θα μπλοκάρουν οι συναλλαγές λόγω μη επικαιροποίησης στοιχείων… πως να προχωρήσω όταν δε λειτουργεί το σύστημα σας;
Good but...
Good app, but..... it’s 2017-2018 and there are 4 generations of iPhone with higher resolution than the one supported. Not to mention iPhone X. Maybe we’ll see support for this in the next 5 years. Apart from that, very good!
You can’t change the username
You can’t change the username either from the app or the website! Bad choice!
The way to turn it to English
To turn it to English you have to download it and then go into your settings on your apple device the click on alpha bank. Then click on language and select English and then it will change from a weird language to the one we all know.
App not sending OTP to foreign numbers
I have had to install and uninstall the app as I am not getting the OTP notifications - called Alpha and was told to download Viber - but that shouldn’t be a requirement. Vodafone U.K. have confirmed there is no block and I have had intermittent service. I know of more users in the U.K. facing the same issue - disappointing that we can’t get the right service.

Το πρώτο πρόβλημα παρουσιάζεται όταν αλλάζεις μεταξύ μιας εφαρμογής και του Alpha Bank. Δηλαδή ανοίγω την εφαρμογή πηγαίνω μεταφορά ή πληρωμή και παω να αντιγραψω απο το email μου ή το σημειωματάριο έναν αριθμό λογαριασμού. Η εφαρμογή γυρίζει στην 1η σελίδα και ζητάει να συνδεθώ ξανά! Επίσης θα μπορούσε να σου στέλνει η εφαρμογή κωδικό με sms όπως γίνεται στις άλλες τράπεζες την ωρα που θέλεια να κανεις μια πληρωμή, χωρίς να ειναι απαραίτητο να φέρεις την συσκευή παραγωγής κωδικών.
