You now have to start the app twice, cause an imposed banner will not go away unless you close the app. Great idea!
Dark mode
Gosto imenso da aplicação, uso todos os dias e é top. Inclusive tenho um dispositivo para pagamentos tambem. Existe apenas um se não que para mim é a data do dark mode. Seria possível adicionarem esse feature?

Είμαι νέος επαγγελματίας με ηλικία 43 χρονών έχω δυσκολευτεί πάρα πολύ στην δημιουργία κωδικού καθώς και στην επικοινωνία σε προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίζω με το chat bot δεν είναι ξεκάθαρο για μένα το πότε πρέπει να συνδέουμε ή το πότε πρέπει να κάνω καινούργιο λογαριασμό αυτό έχει σαν αποτέλεσμα να εκδώσω άθελα μου δύο κάρτες και γενικά να δυσκολευτώ αρκετά στην περιήγηση και στην χρήση της εφαρμογής και του pos. Είμαι δυσαρεστημένος

Het betaalsysteem van vivawallet is ok. Maar hun bankapp laat wel wat te wensen over: - zeer omslachtige zoekfunctie - soms is het onmogelijk om een begunstigde aan te maken.. - de mogelijkheid om een overschrijving te doen met gestructureerde mededeling bestaat hier niet..
Does not Work as intended
When I try to log in I always choose “another way” since I never get any notifications in the same app installed on another device (notifications are enabled). So i have to wait 10 seconds and receive a code through messages. When I input the code some times it won’t log me in. It freezes so I have to do the entire thing twice even though once is already annoying.

They take way too long to do account verification, even though I submitted all the documents requested, they keep rejecting without giving any explanation. Reached out to the customer service, they're not very helpful either. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Viva.com is a JOKE

I’m not that satisfied. Revolut is by far better! The last few days I have an issue. Every time I launch the app it needs login. Even I clicked the stay logged.

Could do with easy to follow instructions when using international banking numbers.
THE WORSE bank ever!
This is the worst bank on this planet! Don’t waste your time and go elsewhere. They can’t fix simple issues… I asked for the IBAN to be activated and was told that there needs to be money on my account (there was) and that’s why the request was rejected several times and of course they’re unable to help…don’t keep your money here, better go to Eurobank so elsewhere

Application qui a du potentiel qui est pratique mais beaucoup de bug et de paiement qui ne passait pas sur cette application mais sur une autre oui. Depuis mon changement d’application je n’ai pourtant plus aucun problème.

De app kan zeker nog gebruiksvriendelijker. Waarom moet je steeds de uitvoeringstermijn kiezen bij een overschrijving? Waarom kan dat niet op een standaardkeuze van de gebruiker gezet worden?

You need to be a registered business
What they don’t make crystal clear on the download and signup pages is to use this service you need to be a fully registered business, ie you can’t just be a hobbyist making and selling stuff below the threshold of needing to register with HMRC in order to use this service. So you enter all your personal details, and only after you’ve done that discover it’s useless to you, and have to then jump through the hoops of getting them to delete your personal details.

Referência dos pagamentos mbway
Quando recebo pagamentos por mbway ou referência multibanco efectuados através do meu link para pagamentos, a descrição que pedem na página inicial e que os clientes escrevem não me aparece em lado nenhum, nem no e-mail, nem na App no movimento em questão… Desta maneira não consigo identificar os pagamentos. Apesar de já ter comunicado este erro há mais de 2 meses o mesmo continua sem ser resolvido.

Viva Wallet are stealing money from their customers as I was with them, had my own money in my own account, and they refuse to give me back because my company was dissolved although the money I had in my account was way too much before the company dissolved, and I try to contact them and make complain more than doesn’t times but I refuse to give me back the money so they are stealing money in daylight, from everybody never use them again

After endless problems with other providers I came across vivawallet. It’s been seamless and stress free with Pos and online. Selling cbd products has been made nice and easy alongside my cryotherapy and floatation business.
App no longer works
Just blinking login button now, n Can’t login, can’t do anything uninstall and reinstall does not fix it
Simply doesn’t work
I’m using OS 17.4.1 with an IPhone 13 Pro Max, and the app doesn’t work at all. Both the open account button and the login one have no action. Desktop app doesn’t work also since I need to authorize it with the phone.

You will need to be a mathematician when transfers from your account as it doesn’t deduct 80p for you and will keep denying your transfer until you manually subtract 80p from your transfer total for the fee. The App Store says 0 fees and this is not true it’s one of the most expensive card machines to have instead use lowpay.

Excellent and swift service. Better than most Banks in terms of Transfer of money only. However the customer service for credit card machine replacement or charger lead replacement are ABSOLUTELY USELESS & INCOMPETENT and don’t have any idea or Authority to replace FAULTY CREDIT CARD HAND SET or even the charger lead. Been in contact for last 10 days but no replacement of credit card machine . Never known a company who don’t care or look after their customers. Seriously thinking of moving of a new supplier. SERIOUSLY USELESS AFTERCARE SERVICE.

80p charge to transfer money.
Don’t like having to pay viva wallet .80p every time I want to transfer my money to my bank account. This is why I don’t use this payment system very often.
Hidden fees
I was informed about 0.85% + 3 ron/transacion, but in reality I was charged 1.41%/transaction. They motivated a new fee added recently for WooCommerce and they didn t knew about it... they said....
