Absolute fraud
Changed direct debit not early enough (didn’t know it takes 8 days) before their collect the money, on collection day they didn’t collect the either the old amount nor the new amount and then charged me 12£ for late payment. Cheating! Will never use again.
Rubbish
The app doesn’t work there is a page that I cannot get rid up- so I can’t see the front page of the app. So have to log on to laptop
Amazing App
Had my account a little while and cannot be more happy or impressed with the service. Participating vendors are varied and can also pick up good offers and bargains. Great service and long may it continue. I’m one Happy Customer.

Paying into your account has been made worse since I last used my account when it was just studio it is now more complicated after this account is paid off will not use frazers plus ever again will shut down the app completely never to use again

Unable to search for immediate help for small queries. Also, transferred in money does not appear on the app real time.

The fact you cannot use the app to just see what your balance is if you were to clear it today, is ridiculous. You have to go into every single purchase and change them all to 1 month and then pay that off. Which is what I did…then low and behold the amount I cleared seemed to make zero difference and the monthly payment remained just below £100 per month despite me lowering all the payment plans to 1 month and paying them off. You cannot just view your balance and pay it off in one click. It’s confusing the way they law it out. Interest is huge.

Digital loan shark
Used it for the first time today just to get double Pokemon from sports direct. Even though I’d paid it off in full within 5 minutes of leaving the store it still charged me a full years worth of interest, over £5 for a £34 spend. Daylight robbery!

Must remember to keep an eye on the payment plans and make sure the right one is set up and it's easy to check/change; otherwise works for me.
Nightmare
So I changed my number recently and came to find out unlike any of my many other retailer accounts I have to go through customer service to change my number despite the app already requiring my 4 digit passcode for access! So until I can get through to someone I won’t be able to make purchases on my account. Another issue I observed when I had a direct debit in place it wouldn’t allow me to adjust my payments the default setting direct debits is the long term payment plan. This app is a nightmare to use!

Rip off - do not get this app!
I chose 3 month interest free credit plan on direct debit of something that cost £68. After one month they billed me for £3.71 after flipping my account to 24 month credit without consulting me. They then charged me £15 for missing this payment (I didn’t realised I had anything to pay as had set up a dd). I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone to resolve this. I’ve paid the full balance and am trying to close my Fraser account but it is now saying I owe the full interest for a 24 month period even though I have settled balance in little over 1 month . I am speaking to the financial ombudsman regarding this shady practice. Avoid at all costs or it will cost you a lot in the long run
