New update
The new update is terrible it doesnt tell you your upcoming payment unless you click into it, and you dont know what number instalment unless you go into it as well
Bad update
Love using Zilch but this new update is just awful. Put back the little icons on the Open tab where it ticks off how many payments you paid and show it shows you how many payments you got left to go so we don’t have to actually open to see. Also it just looks messy now. Put it back to how it was

Doesn’t even complete sign up before saying ineligible.
Emailed me to say apply then says ineligible even before credit check. Seems like a scam to get your details so now they have my number and address

Customer services agents appears to read scripts on their screens , complaints not been reported by agents. Time to get those who are regulators to crack the whip
Great Financial App
Have been using Zilch for a few months now and, on the whole, the app has been an absolute life-saver. The “Pay Over” weeks feature has saved me on many occasions; I’m terrible with money but knowing that a certain amount is taken every so often has actually helped me manage better. Yes, some elements attract fees, but it feels much better than high interest rates you may find elsewhere – like credit cards, pay day loans and other financial services.
New app doesn’t work
Can’t log in on new iphone as the link wont let you open the app

Shocking customer service
Brilliant app and concept, however, customer support is incredibly slow and they are incompetent. They can’t sort anything out, referral programme doesn’t work to complete challenges and they don’t care. Slow replies, takes an hour to sort basic issues out and nothing but generic copy and paste messages. Really terrible.

Zilch much less attractive compared with other options
The way the available credit works is quite different from other Buy Now, Pay Later services such as Clearpay. When you make an instalment payment, the amount you have repaid does not immediately return to your available credit. Instead, your credit remains tied up until the entire purchase has been fully repaid. So, even though you are making regular payments, the money you have already paid is essentially sitting there without becoming available for you to use again. Personally, I find this quite restrictive and I wish this had been made clearer before I started using Zilch. I think customers should be aware of how this works before opening an account, especially if they are used to services where their spending availability increases as they make repayments. For me, this makes Zilch much less attractive compared with other options, and I hope they reconsider this system in the future.

Stay away from zilch they keep Closing my dispute and ignoring my live chats for months speak to agents who don’t understand english! Over 400 pounds in a dispute and zilch just ignore and ignore and everyone who picks up can’t see anything you’ve spoke to the previous agent I’d stay away rubbish!

I have used Zilch for a long time. I don’t need to apply for the real credit card which is great! But sometimes feeling frustrated .When I go to the shop with no signals ,I am not able to active the cash back in the Zilch app. In future I hope the cash back could be earned by just using the virtual Zilch card without login the app first .
New layout is terrible
I’ve been using Zilch for sometime now. The new layout is terrible once inside the app. You used to be able to easily view what was due when. In what day and not by date. You can no longer see the days they are due and now only by date…… It is in list form now by date as opposed to the opposite. Much harder to use and control payments or forward paying. Do not like the new update or layout. It’s terrible. No longer user friendly in my opinion. Much harder to see what is due by day. Which in my opinion was far better…. Sorry zilch. You’ve lost my vote!
