You will never be able to transfer the balance back out of your zable account it’s a scam. You will be trapped with your balance look it up and save yourself before you also get trapped

Fraud wasn’t dealt with
I experienced a fraudulent payment and Zable is making it difficult to get my money back.
Logo missing
The recent app has took the logo off the Home Screen it’s currently blank
Bug in the app
You cannot order a new card if lost or stolen, if you have not activated the previous (now lost) card. When directed by the help page to the menu option to offer a new card… There is no option to request a new card, only to activate the old card! No one answers the phone at customer service (if you can even call it that), and the AI bot won’t pass me your a human.
Not fit for my purpose
Been stuck on 1k credit limit for a long time however my aqua card has £2700 limit on

First time using the card
I only received my card a couple of weeks ago and only used it to buy something knowing I was going to be given the full amount back so decided to make full payment which was really easy.

I was able to prove my credit score over the year and eventually get a loan.

Started with £50 limit, waited more than 6 months, limit increased to 200 and now after more than 3 months they won’t increase it further even tho all has been paid on time… Paid all back and cancelled as it is a waste of time and energy
